Justo al lado de High Street, este estudio en la planta baja es perfecto para 2 personas. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento gratis. Es luminoso y acogedor, goza de calefacción por suelo radiante en todas partes y una chimenea de leña. La cocina está bien equipada e incluso tiene una lavadora-secadora. La sala de estar / dormitorio tiene una cama de pared, que es muy cómoda y un sofá, comedor, TV / DVD / CD. El estudio tiene un encantador cuarto de ducha fuera de la sala de estar / dormitorio. We stayed one night as had already stayed before. The apartment although small was tastefully presented and finished to a high standard and very clean. It had everything we needed in terms of shower, fridge, WI-FI. Its in an ideal location as within walking distance to the Elie deli, Ship Inn or indeed the beach.

We just had a lovely relaxing stay. Great quirky little flat in a good central location. All local amenities within walking distance. Elie is a little hidden gem with a real community feel and stunning views.

UK trip with St. Andrews as a stop…

Fantastic time in Elie! Town was quite nice, great restaurants and shops. The location and access to surrounding courses and St. Andrews was fantastic. Our property rental was quite exceptional, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Comfortable but noisy

All facilities are in good condition. The bed is very comfortable. The hob is a little old fashioned & slow/inconvenient. Our major hassle was street noise. Sleep was difficult. I was surprised at the lack of double glazing which would go a long way to alleviating this problem. The location is very handy for local amenities. I think it is a little overpriced.

Smaller than expected

Kitchen was clean and well equipped considering the size. Bathroom was a good size. The living area was a bit smaller than I thought but it's probably me. Do not think the floor had been hoovered due to the amount of sand on it but found the hoover. Bathroom towel rail needed a clean. Some of the skirting boards had not been done for a while so marked cleanliness down but kitchen was clean. Tinted windows is a great idea being on the road. Get used to Church Bell chiming every hour especially early morning

Short break in East neuk of Fife

Lovely wee flat for two people everything was spotless and it was very comfortable.We really enjoyed our stay in Elie and would recommend it as a base.

Highly recommend

We only stayed one night here as we had attended a wedding nearby but could have happily stayed for longer. It’s a beautiful studio, gorgeous decor, super clean and perfect location to walk to cafes and the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Mini-break Golfing & Dining

Excellent location for nearby Golf Course and short bus ride to St Monans for beautiful meal at Craig Millar’s West End restaurant. Accommodation was spot on, exactly as advertised. Homely feel and very well-equipped kitchen. I would use again on my next visit to Elie.

Place has just been re-decorated so is actually even smarter and neater than the pictures we viewed at booking. The quality of the new decorating is stunning. And the place is exactly as promised... perhaps even better. Booking easy. Check on easy. Very very clean and tidy. Host is an excellent communicator. Place was warm and comfortable. Elie is a stunning coastal village and the property is perfectly positioned for shops and pubs. I'd definitely book again.

Great use of a small space in a fab location

This studio apartment was just as described. The kitchen/bathroom were ideal and the comfortable pull down bed made great use of the space leaving room for a nice seating area with the log burner during the day. The location is ideal for pottering around Elie just a couple of minutes walk from the sea.

Immaculate accommodation but not very peaceful

The apartment was fab. Had everything we needed. Very well maintained, clean and good central location. The only reason I marked this down is due to the noise. A lot of traffic noise right outside the window and being next to a church, the bell can be heard every hour- so not much sleep had. If you are used to a busy central location you may not notice as much, but if you are used to a quiet street/countryside location you may find it disturbs your sleep.

Could be an excellent accommodation

The communication with Viv went really smooth. The check in was with a lockbox so we could enter when we want. The room is small but well equipped with a small kitchen, double bed, tv and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't that clean. There was hair in the shower from the previous guests and had an overall feel of not being cleaned well. This is in my eyes a negative point. The location was good, it was close to a small convenience store were we found everything for dinner and breakfast. The bed wasn't super comfortable but it was sufficient for one night.

Great well appointed wee flat.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was lovely. Viv is a wonderful host with lovely friendly touches. We even left something and she posted up the next day. Elie is lovely with a mix of proper shops and a great wee harbour and a gorgeous beach. We had food at the ship inn on the waterfront and it was lush! The flat was spotless with a wood burning stove and a novel pull down bed. Have no hesitation in recommending here.

An excellent studio, centrally situated.

This is an excellent studio which is spotlessly clean and is a wonderful base for two adults. It has a good, clean shower room with under floor heating and the lounge area is well set out with an ingenious bed which comes down from the wall and which is full sized and very comfortable. There is also a log burner in the lounge if needed which makes it very cosy in the colder evenings. The kitchen area has all the appliances you will need including a washer / dryer. There is always a bottle of wine awaiting you from the very friendly host and we have had many wonderful holidays here and are returning this summer again. Elie has a wonderful beach, great walks and is a good base for touring the East Neuk. We would recommend this studio apartment to anyone wanting a great holiday in Elie or the East Neuk.

I live 6 miles along the coast in Anstruther and manage both this Studio and a larger Apartment in Crail, which sleeps 4. I think it is very important to offer a high standard of comfort and cleanliness to our guests, so I do all the cleaning myself and my husband, Robert looks after the maintenance.

Elie is the most exceptional location-it offers such a lot to the visitor: beautiful sandy beaches, coastal walks, golfing, putting, tennis, outdoor bowls, watersports, good Pubs, restaurants, Deli, and easy public transport links to the rest of the East Neuk, St Andrews and Edinburgh and Glasgow.
