Esta villa de 3/4 dormitorios es espaciosa y tiene una sensación de plan abierto con una cocina moderna equipada que conduce al comedor interior. La sala de estar ha sido diseñada para una relajación máxima con un sofá en forma de L, TV de pantalla plana, altavoces Bluetooth, conexión inalámbrica a Internet y canales vía satélite para incluir inglés, ruso, árabe y muchos más.

Además, hay 2/3 baños, 3/4 duchas (una exterior), aire acondicionado en todas partes y servicio de catering para hasta 6 personas dentro de la propia villa y un adicional de 2 personas dentro de la casa de la piscina (si es necesario).
* No hay grupos de solo sexo menores de 26 años por favor.

Spacious property in a great location, brilliant contact with property manager

Kash was brilliant throughout the whole process of booking, and booked a transfer to and from the airport for us. The property was spacious and clean, located just a few minutes from the lovely Nissi beach and not too far of a walk to the centre, with plenty of taxis around. Brilliant property for groups or families who want plenty of space without being too far from Ayia Napa!

Fabulous villa in a perfect location

Communication with host was excellent. Perfectly located for a great holiday. Villa and garden were spacious, private and in a quiet neighbourhood and literally round the corner 2 mins walk was bars and restaurant also Nissi beach was just over the road about 5 mins walk. We all had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the villa and Cyprus. 😊

Great villa and close to all you need

We stayed at Villa Sofia 19-26 October 2019 and have no complaints. The villa was clean and tidy. Kash was always available if I had any questions and especially helpful even helping us with transfers from the airport to the villa. This is a great place to stay if you want slightly away from the buzz of the main town. There is a bar close by that can be loud at times in the evening but it didn’t bother us too much.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wie in jedem Urlaub hat man positive und negative Punkte. Zusammengefasst war es ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Villa. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Strand, Einkaufsgeschäfte, Apotheke und Restaurants. Leider waren die Betten unbequem und ab und zu war die Lautstärke einer Bar in der Nähe störend. Ansonsten haben wir aber keine Kritik und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Bei Fragen war der Kontakt immer schnell hergestellt und hilfreich. Mehrfach wurde Unterstützung und Hilfe angeboten für die Organisation des Transfers zum Flughafen und ähnliches. Was uns auch überrascht und sehr gut gefallen hat war der Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach der Hälfte der Zeit. Wir sind uns einig und würden es in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Lovely villa

We were looking for a villa that was light and airy with good outdoor space and situated close to shops and restaurants. Villa Sofia delivered on all counts. Although close to the main road it was mainly quiet apart from the karaoke bar (which was entertaining!) at night when sat outside. I couldn't hear anything when the doors and windows were closed. The villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The outside area was superb with the swimming pool and a choice of shaded seating areas. Kash, the owner kept in regular contact before and during our stay. The only slight criticism was the air con was on a two hour timer and it was frustrating having to keep turning it on in the night. Also the beds were uncomfortable and not easy to get in and out of. Even with these slight criticisms we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend Villa Sofia.

Well located spacious villa

Just arrived home after 11 nights. This villa is in an excellent location, a nice walk into Ayai Napa with plenty of shops and bars along the way, yet peaceful and quiet. The owner was very helpful and accomodating and very quick to reply with any questions. TV had a good range of UK channels which helped with the small children when the sun got too hot. Pool cleaned regular. Bed linen was changed. Fully facilitated villa. Beds comfy. Overall a modern spacious clean villa . Was left bread, eggs, tea, coffee, water etc on arrival which was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Relaxing break with the family

Well located and maintained property

Really well maintained property in an excellent location in Aya Napa. The pool is clean and the ambiance surrounding is peaceful. Easy walk to the nightlife and shops. Recommended. The owner has thought through everything and it is managed in a responsible and professional manner. There are a number of restaurants on the strip - each one pretty good.

Lovely beach side villa

Had a fab time at Villa Sofia over Easter break with my family. Loved the fact it was private yet with lots of amenities around it. The owner called us upon arrival to make us feel welcome and stayed in touch over WhatsApp. Pictures advertised were exactly how we found it.

Overall, Villa, location and facilities were very good.

We (2 couples) stayed for 10 days in June 2016, the villa itself was superb, lovely garden, pool and location were fab, but did need lick of paint here and there, and the TV, although had 1000 channels, only 2 were UK ie world news and one other. Very disappointed that we did not receive a change of bed linen and towels after 7 days. That should be a basic service. Would return if these couple issues were addressed. Owner gave good contact with booking.

nicht empfehlenswert: u.a. renovierungsbedürftig!

tolle fotos, aber... muß mich arg begrenzen mit stichpunkten- alle aspekte mit fotos beweisbar (w = austausch): 140 qm und nicht 60 lt angebotstext/rauchen nicht erlaubt. der türcode wird während unseres anflugs geändert (?), kommen nur nach tel mit verwalter herein. 3 schlafzimmer, in 2 davon betten beschmutzt (?)/eins wird gewechselt. 5 cm schaumstoffmatratzen! bad:3 qm, drehen grad noch mögl/versiffter duschvorhang/w. oberes bad: nur 2 x wannengröße, fugenschimmel, komplett dreckiger fensterinnenrahmen, keine steckdose!! wz: zerrissene sitzfläche weißer plastiklederstuhl/w, ebenso ein kissen + sofabrandflecken. küche inkl gelöstem furnier, zerbeultem kühlschrank generell: auffallende verschmutzungen an den wänden/flur: letzte renovierung? alle 2 sonnenschutzpergolas sind oben (strohmatten) nahezu komplett zerrissen = null sonnenschutz: reparatur lt eigentümer nicht nötig im nov: wir hatten 20 von 21 tg sonne! von rd 1.000 tv-ch sind etwa 4 international(eng/frz)- der rest arabisch. grill nahezu durchgerostet/große aschereste daneben im garten. alarmanlage = witz/1 m hinter tür stecker ziehen und das wars. personal vor ort: da könnte ich einen roman schreiben inkl 'bemüht', inkompetent/unverschämt. der höhepkt nach abreise: die zugesagte erstattg für das stornierte poolhaus wird verweigert: wir hätten den schlüssel dazu mitgenommen- völliger quatsch, hing mit am ring der weiteren schlüssel. erst nach frage vor bewertg (der örtl. handwerker berechet weniger als 50% des erstattgsbetrag für schloßwechsel?) wird komplett erstattet. normale kaution dauerte zuvor stolze 16 tage. weiter: haus hellhörig, jede toi-spülung unterhält sie ne weile (dauert extrem lange zeit). der übliche wechsel von bettzeug/handtüchern erfolgte nicht: hätten wir nicht gebucht (wo?)- erst mit hinweis auf die infomappe im haus erfolgt der wechsel. in 3 wochen zig mails mit eigentümer in london und verwalter vor ort: urlaub geht anders! die tote ratte im pool 3 tg vor abreise bleibt trotzdem unbeachtet. ein z.t. zerbrochener wäscheständer wird uns gegenüber als neuwertig (3 wochen) deklariert- div. roststellen und eine alte reparatur inkl rostiger schrauben sagen was anderes... kochtöpfe und pfannen sind nach heftigster nutzung z g t nur nach reinigung nutzbar, oder man nutzt nur den halbwegs sauberen teil. in toto: nie wieder- weder haus noch vermieter noch verwalter möchten wir als zypernfans mit zig besuchen wieder sehen!
