We enjoyed our stay in the Friendship area of Pittsburgh. The apartment was exactly as pictured and was very clean and within walking distance of Penn St. which made getting everywhere convenient!

The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Natalia responded quickly to any questions we had both before and during our 6-night stay in October. The apartment was clean and stocked with the paper products, toiletries, and dishes we needed. We appreciated having extra storage space in the bathroom - two large drawers, a medicine cabinet, and places to hang towels. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood, while still being fairly close to many stores and restaurants. Thanks, Natalia!

Spacious, felt like a modern apartment in a "real" Pgh neighborhood. Great having dedicated parking. Area has unique businesses nearby and easy access to convenience and grocery store (Whole Foods). Slight trouble with WiFi, but was fixed in 15 min after I alerted the host.

Another great stay!

This is the second time staying at Natallia’s place and we will continue to come back. Perfect place to spend the weekend in Pittsburgh…super clean, great neighborhood and the off-street parking is very convenient. It’s a 10 minute drive to the University of Pittsburgh and to the Strip District. We look forward to coming back here again!

Adequate for the price. Liked off street parking. Unit was clean. Not walkable to any restaurants. Unit was sparsely furnished with one ceramic cup and just two spoons. I didn’t realize there was no dishwasher. Owner chooses to provide only duvet cover with no top sheet. Too hot for summer. Owner also requests you remove your shoes when entering, so bring your slippers. Owner responded quickly to any issues.

Clean and modern apartment on the edge of Friendship Area

The apartment itself is clean, modern and spacious. The surrounding streets felt safe. We walked to Whole Foods and also explored a bit of the nicely maintained Friendship neighorhood. The owner was kind in allowing us an early check-in, once the cleaner was finished with the unit. We were surprised about the exterior of the building. (We should have noted that there are no exterior photos on the listing.) Whereas it seems to once have been an historic home, it has had various additions to become a residential as well as a commercial building (high end restaurant attached). All that said, we did not hear noise from the restaurant while we were there.

Great place…great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this very modern and clean place. Natallia communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. The location was great while we attended our son’s graduation weekend at Pitt…12 minute drive to Oakland and 15 minutes to the Strip District. Neighborhood was quiet and the off-street parking was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway and we will definitely rent it again the next time we are in Pittsburgh!

Great location

We stayed for the weekend to visit our daughter who lives in Pittsburgh. The location is great, on a quiet street right off Penn Ave, and there is an Aldi in walking distance (about 3 blocks away). Parking is easy right behind the property in a reserved spot. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It fits 2 people nicely. If we had more people it might have felt a bit cramped. It was nice to be on the ground floor right by the entrance for easy street access and carrying luggage to our car.

Excellent little apartment in a good location

The property was just as described. Everything was clean, and the interior is very modern and spacious. My only (very small) nag is that the water pressure is a bit low. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and will likely try to book this property again when we next visit Pittsburgh!

Perfect spot for Pitt family weekend!

We came to town for UPitt's parents weekend - our freshman surprised us and wanted to stay with us and the apartment was perfect. He slept in late both mornings in the very comfy sofa bed, we enjoyed breakfasts together in the cozy dining nook (Whole Foods nearby), and really enjoyed the comfort and simplicity of the apartment - felt like a little bit of Europe in Pittsburgh. We all want to come back and stay here again!

Great Place for Pitt Parent Stay

Great stay

We were very happy with our stay here- off-street parking, great communication with host and near a lot of what we were in town to do. Apartment is clean, bright and airy (although the bedroom did stay nice and dark with the shade down despite a sunny day). There is enough of everything for two people. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own pillow if you sleep with more than one. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

1 month stay perfect for two

Cute little apt located on a quiet street off of Penn Ave. The space was clean and had pretty much everything one would need. Bed was comfy and locations was close to many things. I would highly recommend this space to anyone. Natalia was a great host and very responsive to all of our needs.

Basic, clean and comfortable

We found the property very basic in furnishings, with a minimally stocked kitchen. Still, it was clean and very comfortable and we enjoy staying in the Bloomfield area. We feel the apartment was a good value, and we would stay there again, and recommend it to our friends.
