*¡Oferta especial! ¡£ 250 / w del 5 de mayo al 4 de junio!* La villa se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo y apacible en la hermosa Üzümlü, rodeada de viñedos, olivos, higueras, naranjos y granados. Hay maravillosas vistas de las montañas Taurus y vistas a través de los olivares hasta la playa de Patara, pero todavía está a solo 10 minutos en coche de la animada Kalkan y sus numerosas tiendas y restaurantes.

La villa está extremadamente bien equipada. Ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de granito, un cómodo salón completo con Smart TV LCD de 32 "con canales internacionales de noticias y deportes. Hay una buena selección de libros y DVD, pero puede traer su propia tableta / i-pad y cable HDMI para posibilidades ilimitadas. Otras comodidades incluyen aire acondicionado, acceso gratuito a Internet inalámbrico ilimitado, lavadora, lavavajillas y secador de pelo.

En el interior, la villa tiene una sensación de amplitud y luminosidad mejorada por la planta baja de planta abierta que incluye una sala de estar, cocina contemporánea, comedor y guardarropa en la planta baja. El salón tiene acceso a un balcón que tiene una sala de estar, donde podrá disfrutar de una copa por la tarde. La villa cuenta con impresionantes mosaicos de piedra natural.

El primer piso consta de una habitación doble y doble, cada una con su propio baño moderno con ducha de efecto lluvia y acceso a un balcón orientado al sur con cómodas sillas para disfrutar de la vista.

En el exterior, hay una amplia zona de piscina, tumbonas, sombrillas y un comedor exterior, donde puede tomar un desayuno al aire libre o simplemente disfrutar del sol de la mañana con un café. También hay dos áreas de descanso de piedra con cómodos cojines donde podrías pasar un rato tranquilo y tal vez leer un libro.

Este es realmente un lugar maravilloso para una escapada romántica, vacaciones familiares o amigos de vacaciones juntos. ¡Ven y experimenta la verdadera Turquía y la amabilidad y calidez del pueblo turco!

Ruhe mit einem Ausblick ins Grüne

Villa Meryem ist ein älteres, charmantes Ferienhaus, das inmitten einer Obstplantage liegt. Man schaut ins Grüne, auf die Berge und sieht in der Entfernung das Meer blau aufblitzen. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der Poolbereich ist nicht einsehbar - wobei man den tollen Ausblick genießen kann. Man hat seine Ruhe.Die Villa war mit allem funktional ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut. Ein deutliches Plus sind die Fliegengitter für alle, die frische Luft der Luft aus der Klimaanlage vorziehen. In 18 Min ist man am Patara Plaj, in 12 Min am Cakil Beach Club. Üzümlü ist ein niedlicher Ort in den Bergen über Kalkan. Supermärkte und ein guter Bäcker sind genauso wie Restaurants gut mit dem PkW erreichbar.Der Gastgeber war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tips (wie den Markt oder die beste Strecke zum Flughafen). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A little piece of Paradise!

Can’t praise this villa highly enough. So peaceful and relaxing, amazing views, Villa had everything you could need. Yusuf the owner could not have been more helpful, and even before we’d booked would respond immediately to any questions/messages. He brought a lovely bottle of wine when we first arrived and sat and had a drink with us in the beautiful pool area. His English is excellent. Kalkan is stunning, amazing rooftop restaurants with fabulous views. Can’t wait to come back to Kalkan, and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else than in this villa. Perfect!

Above and beyond

We had a 9 day stay at this villa. Lovely quiet location, you need a car to get around. Local Village restaurants were very nice. Kalcan and the boat trips were excellent although drinks on the boat were expensive and spoilt the experience. The owner Yusuf was so helpful he meets you at the Villa shows you round and is on hand for any help. We will definitely be coming again and for longer. This typical Turkish villa is highly recommended by us. Thanks Simon & Jayne

Peaceful and quiet

Fantastic village with really good restaurants. The food is amazing and their eating areas in the gardens are so confortable even with high temperatures. So much to see around, especially if you like historical sites.

Absolutely fantastic!

Just had a 2 week stay at this lovely place. It was just what we wanted - extremely private, peaceful and quiet. Although to get to such tranquility, the drive down to the villa was a bit of a challenge, but soon got used to that! The villa was clean and well equipped, the showers were great - plenty of hot water and water pressure! The views are amazing - looking across the valley towards the sea, and the night sky with so little light pollution was spectacular. The bed we have to say wasn't the best, but again the views from it night and day are beautiful. This was our first visit to this area of Turkey having stayed numerous years around the Fethiye area previously. Kalkan was obviously the closest 'town' to the villa, and this is where you can find a couple of supermarkets, lots of places to eat, bars and a few shops. We usually like to find a local restaurant for meals out, and this we felt was lacking on our visit, although the area is still developing and so this will probably change soon. Overall we loved our time at the villa - we just wanted to stay longer!

A delightful villa in beautiful surroundings

We have just spent two weeks at Villa Meryem in the mountain village of Uzulma, a ten minute drive from lively Kalkan. This a well-equipped, clean and tidy villa. It is set in secluded position over-looking a lovely valley and ultimately to the sea. There is a delightful patio garden and the swimming pool is serviced daily by the owner. The owners speak English and were extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this villa and can assure you of a very pleasant stay.

Great rural retreat

Villa Meryem is a very nice new villa built into the part terraced valley-side owned by the family of Yusuf and Michelle who built the villa, and is surrounded by the grape vines and olive trees (and vegetables) that the family still look after. Custom-built as a holiday villa, it has large sliding glass doors making it feel light and airy, and nice marbled floors and bathrooms. Outside, the pool, kept sparklingly clean by Yusuf's attention every morning, has a patio with a couple of small olive trees retained giving character and some shade, a couple of large sun umbrellas, and the nice corner "chill" area with a semi-opaque net covering gives more shade. There are nice wooden sun-loungers with wheels at one end, and as the pool and patio are on the western end of the villa and if you want to maximise your sun-bathing, you do need to move them around because of the way the shadows work. Breakfast can be had in the sun on the south facing verandas, the late afternoon sun is on the slightly narrow piece of patio between the pool and the villa, the sun then sets behind some trees (around 6:30 when we were there). There are no adjacent properties overlooking the pool and patio, although several hundred meters away and up the hill a few properties distantly overlook the verandas. Outside the atmosphere is nicely tranquil, with some gardening, and grape and olive tending at times. On the opposite side of the small valley there are a few olive trees, but we never saw anybody there. Set off before it gets too hot for a nice 30-50 minute round trip walk past local life and countless grape vines to the village shops - the seeded bread rings were our favourite bread, the "village cheese" (soft white stored in water) goes well with both the tomatoes and pears. Or there is a daily bread van.

A Villa Hideaway `different from the rest` !

Having stayed in Kilkan before we knew what we were looking for, A Villa in a quiet location within easy reach of the Town, we found it ! `Villa Meryem` just a 10 minuet drive and a nice hideaway location, the pictures do not do it justice, its far nicer than you expect, Michelle and Yusuf should be proud of what they have achieved, a first class villa that i`m sure all guest will enjoy. You will receive a very warm welcome and Michelle is only a phone call/text away if you require any help, Yusuf maintained the pool every morning keeping it clean and crystal clear, We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return sometime in the near future ! Would I recommend this Villa to a Friend ? YES 10/10

Stunning Location, perfect for a quite get away

The pictures don't go this property justice. The villa is surrounded by an orange grove and grape vines. The pool and windows overlook a green valley with not a house in sight. We loved the fact that it was only 10 minutes from Kalkan and all that has to offer, but far enough to be a quiet retreat. The couple that own it are lovely and very helpful with advice on where to go, what to see etc but also left us to enjoy the place. This is a perfect getaway for couples or families who love Turkey but want something a bit different. The property was immaculate and spacious, with excellent facilities. We will certianly be going back.

If you want to experience real Turkey, whilst still being only a 10 minute drive from lively Kalkan and its many shops and restaurants, then this is the villa for you. The setting is so beautiful and the views from the villa are stunning. This is the perfect location to base yourself to be able to enjoy the many sights and activities nearby. Patara beach with its Roman ruins and horse riding, the fish farms and restaurants at Islamlar, Saklikent gorge, Lycian way walking to name just a few.
