Super clean and well appointed. The appliances are top notch, the hot tub was in good order and very nice. Lots of space and well stocked with towels etc. Beds are nice, very comfortable, The condo smells great when you walk in and is very inviting. Its a great location, Driveway is heated but steep so be prepared for that, host will provide excellent instructions for that and the rest of the condo.

Nice family stay in Schweitzer

Accommodations exactly as described. Very clean condo. We stayed with our 2 college kids to ski at the very close ski resort. It was about a 5 minute drive from the house. Kitchen very well stocked with everything I needed to cook- this is pretty rare with rentals. There was even a sharp high quality chef's knife. Mike was very responsive whenever I had a question. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo, great host

This is an excellent and comfortable condo in a great location - but note that it is a two minute drive to the base area parking lot, or there's an option for a local van to drive you (you must call in for pickup). Walking it might take 15-20.The condo is clean and well-organized, the hot tub is new and flawlessly clean, the beds are so comfortable we actually looked forward to sleeping each night. No complaints. Excellent host, easy to communicate with and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Stay at A Very Nice Property

We stayed a week at Mick and Kim's property to ski. The condo/townhouse itself was outstanding. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, including some really nice touches from the owners -- hot chocolate and apple cider mixes. It was very well stocked with additional linens, sheets, throws and pillows. We found plenty of kleenex and hand lotion, which are much appreciated in the winter. The hot tub was great -- very clean, as was the entire property. The heated driveway was fantastic, especially since there was a significant amount of snowfall while we were there. We were able to use a snowblower to deal with snow that had slid onto the driveway from the roof/yard. Mick was extremely responsive and the information binder provided about the property was excellent. Wifi/internet service were strong which was helpful since the Verizon signal isn't the strongest in the area. The weekend shuttle was great and the mountain parking lots are a mere 2 minutes away. Hope to stay at this property again in the future.

Great Place, Superb Host

Very nice place up the hill a bit from Schweitzer.Owner was as responsive as any owner we have ever stayed with (and we have stayed at a lot of VRBOs). From start to finish, Nick answered questions and gave unprompted updates. The house is larger than we needed (family of four) and had all sorts of nice touches like tons of hooks everywhere for ski gear, a workbench for skis, all of the kitchen stuff you could want, lots of extra supplies like soaps for all the washers, nice appliances and TVs, games, and we even played Mariokart and Wii Sports when the snow took out our internet briefly. Access to the slopes is not easy on foot, but there is a free shuttle weekends and holidays and we actually ended up making our way up the mountain on foot twice and it's not a terrible walk. There is a huge free lot at the bottom of the lowest lift that didn't fill up even on a very busy holiday weekend. The only thing to watch out for (and this may be in the listing) is that when the snow is good, there is a decent drop-off from the plowed road and the heated driveway... it was like going down a large curb to get from the street on to the driveway in front of the house. We had a large SUV that handled it fine, but you would not want to do it in a standard car. (But, you probably shouldn't be taking a normal car up the hill in heavy snow conditions anyhow.)Really nice place and great hosts.

Spring Break Family Ski Trip.

We are so happy that we chose Schweitzer Mountain and this condo for our spring break trip. We wanted to get away from the crowds and this was the perfect place. The skiing was awesome with 4 days of fresh snow and no lines! The condo was a great place to relax by the fire with movies and games after a day on the slopes. We love to cook and really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Mick was an amazing host with prompt communication and great advice. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!

Amazing ski cabin!

They thought of everything! The cabin is stocked with anything you might need. Extra towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, EVERYTHING! The cleanliness is next level great. Owners couldn’t be nicer. We highly recommend this cabin, just down the road from the village. Free shuttle is so quick and drivers awesome. Stay here!!!

Great Condo

Fantastic Condo, very close to the base of Schweitzer (we saw many people walking to the slopes, but it's just a tad far for us). Excellent communication and informative hosts. Provided everything we needed and was well maintained. Kitchen was very well appointed, and including basic oils, spices, etc. for cooking. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was piping hot, clean, and comfortable (some have weird seating arrangements). And, FINALLY!...an owner who understands the importance of lots of clothing/towel hooks in every room and out by the hot tub (with beach towels provided in addition to the normal bath towels). It could've used a boot/glove dryer, like we've had at other rentals, but there was plenty of storage in the deep 2 car garage for all our gear. We drive a suburban with a large box on top, and it fit wonderfully in the garage with room to open the trunk and walk all the way around. In other rentals, we've had to park outside, or remove the box entirely to fit inside the garage, so this garage was amazing for our big SUV. The snow ledge to heated driveway was not an issue for us, but we have a high clearance vehicle and there wasn't much snow. You could probably also scrape it down with the shovels provided to slope or decrease the drop off, if needed. Ski pass included worked great, and saved us money on lift tickets. We've stayed a lot of ski cabins, and this one was one of the best. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again. Thanks!

Great Refuge for a Cold Weekend!

We got in late for our trip due to unforeseen travel delays, but all was perfect at the house when we arrived! Two solid days of skiing and the shuttle was a great perk to get our crew in and out of the place to the hill. My husband and I with my sister hosted our teen and young adult kids and it was the perfect size. Great time!

Perfect for family ski vacation!

We skied so proximity to the Village, a large hot tub, spacious rooms and living area, and view of the Cabinet mountains make this an ideal family vacation spot. . . highly recommend! Host Mick was amazing--thank you for letting us stay!

Wonderful home!

Beautiful home! Everything is very high end. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds were all very comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived. Be aware there are steep stairs up to the main living area and stairs to the bedrooms. Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is so clean, everything we needed, beds very comfortable.

This property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is very clean, warm & comfortable. We enjoyed it SO much. It is located about 15 min walk at a good pace from the lifts. Shuttles are available, but do not run on week days. The driveway is tricky to get in & out of. It is heated. The snow piles up on the road so is higher than driveway. Hosts provide instructions to enter driveway at an angle, which works.

We love this property because it is so convenient. Very warm and cozy, and the heated driveway means no shoveling when the big storms come in! We love the oversized 2-car garage so our vehicles stay warm and dry and the private hot tub speaks for itself!
