Una hermosa propiedad justo arriba de Jasper en el lado del condado de Walker del lago Smith. Esta es una nueva remodelación con todo nuevo. Ubicado al final del camino pavimentado con un vecindario tranquilo y acceso al lago. Hay un lanzamiento privado del barco y un muelle para amarrarlo mientras te quedas. Hay una hoguera y sillas afuera y adentro está amueblado con TODO, solo traiga su ropa y comida. Ciervos deambulan por el patio en ocasiones.

We have no complaints at all on this stay. Booking this stay was easy. The place we stayed was very nice and very clean! It had anything you would need for a stay. We stayed 5 nights and had a great time. The people were very helpful with anything we needed! The lake was great! We will definitely be back!

Such a great place to stay. The house was clean and updated, the bed was very comfortable and it had everything we needed in the house for our stay. Walk out the front door and down the boat ramp and off we went on our boat. If you don’t have your own boat there is one on site you can rent from the hosts. The hosts were the best we have ever had. Very helpful and kind. We will be back to stay here again.

Cleanest, best equipped rental ever.

I could live in this duplex. So tastefully furnished and decorated. All new appliances, spotlessly clean. Many properties say all you need are your clothes and food, but these owners mean what they say. It is without question the best appointed rental we have ever rented. The brand new private concrete boat launch and well kept dock located in a no wake zone was an added bonus.

BEST KEPT SECRET

Thomas and Sherry are great people who take a lot of pride in their rentals. They are available whenever you need them. Rental was newly remodeled (literally brand new)- clean- felt like home. I would highly recommend if you have a smaller group. Could not have asked for a better weekend. Thank you Thomas and Sherry.

I would give this property 10 stars if I could!!

We rent about five places per year in several different areas of the country and this house by far was one of the cleanest, most well decorated, well stocked and well thought out places we’ve ever been. Besides the house being absolutely great, the owners had games and fire pits and nice furniture on the front lawn in front of the lake. They were kind enough to let us use the paddle boat as well. I wish this couple would buy houses everywhere and we would always rent from them!! 100%+++ recommend

This is a very clean beautiful place to visit. Thomas and Sherry supply Everything you need to cook or play with. ( a mat, paddle boat , kayaks and paddle boards. The location of the duplex is close to everything popular around Smith Lake. Dustin marina is very close in case you need to rent a boat.

Perfect getaway!

This was my second time renting from Thomas and Sherry and they did not disappoint! We rented both sides of this home (295 & 299) to share with 4 couples and our 4 young children. The home is extremely clean, well stocked and a great layout for families. There is plenty of space and accommodated our mix of family and friends very well; we will definitely rent again! We enjoyed the common area with the fire pit at night and it also allowed the kids a safe space to play away from the water’s edge (I have found that isn’t easy to find with other rentals as they usually don’t have much yard and it drops off into water which is scary with young kids) The house is on a quiet road and safe for walks or kids to ride bikes without much traffic. The swim dock was great for swimming and easy to load and unload the boat with our supplies for the lake day. They even have a few kayaks to use that was fun for the kids. The home truly has everything you need and much more not usually included in rentals. Everything they supplied was in great working order and higher quality as well from the furniture, bed mattress, linens, towels, kitchenware and etc. They truly try to make your stay as easy and cozy as possible and are great hosts. I can’t say enough great things!

Amazing

We gave this place 5 stars plus. Very clean place in a very quiet neighborhood . When it says all you need are your clothes and food that was true. Host was available to answer all our questions. We felt safe in this location . We are planning on returning very soon. Weather was beautiful and fished everyday.

Short Summer Lake Trip

My wife and I along with our children stayed in this property in June 2021. Upon arrival we were greeted by Thomas and he made sure we had everything we needed. The property was very clean and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Over the past few years we have rented several places around the lake and this was the cleanest and most well stocked of any. Thomas was available anytime I had a question and stopped by a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. He asked on the first day to let him know if we could think of anything that would make this rental better and we couldn’t. He said his goal was for you to bring only your clothes and your food. That’s pretty much all you need. He has thought of everything down to trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. He stopped by once again before checkout to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. If your looking for a nice, clean, well decorated, and well stocked rental this is the place. We enjoyed the property and look forward to visiting again soon.

Ladies Getaway

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Like an earlier review, this place is a little hidden gem on the lake. It has everything you need and more. The owner is so nice and helpful. Place of relaxation

A very beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxing get away. This duplex was Very clean. The decorations we the best. There is everything a person would need to cook with, no need to bring anything but your food. We brought our kayaks. You can put in at the boat ramp and enjoy a peaceful paddle along the river.
