The Space:

Vista del Mar is a luxury 3 bedrooms, located in the exclusive Vista Vela community in Cabo San Lucas, just 10 minutes from downtown, Cabo Marina and 2 minutes walking to Costco.



Bedroom arrangements:

- Master Bedroom: King-size bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and private balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of Cabo San Lucas Bay, the Sea of Cortez at sunrise.

- Second Bedroom: Two full-size beds, perfect for families or friends.

The Neighborhood:

Vista Vela is a newly-built, luxury gated community conveniently located just a 5-minute walk behind Costco. You're also less than a 10-minute drive from Walmart, the popular Medano Beach, downtown Cabo San Lucas, and the Marina. The development boasts five-star resort amenities that elevate your vacation experience. These include three large pools with breathtaking ocean views, a tennis court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a fully-equipped entertainment area complete with a BBQ grill. It's the perfect setting for a dream vacation.



Getting Around:

Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.

If you're particularly noise-sensitive or seeking complete tranquility, this property may not be the ideal fit. However, if you're looking to enjoy breathtaking views, top-tier amenities, and a prime location, Vista Vela offers an exceptional experience.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for this condo is strictly limited to 6 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in denied check-in. Daytime visitors are welcome, provided the maximum occupancy is not surpassed. Violation of this rule will incur a $250 USD fine.



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

While you could definitely see the Costco parking lot from the condo, as some reviewer’s mentioned, we were in the first phase of the condos. If we looked straight-ahead, we had a direct view of the sea. That’s what we were looking for. We arranged to have Covid testing on site and that worked out perfectly. The property manager was extremely responsive.
