Oportunidad de invierno Snowbird

Herron Bayou Observe a los pelícanos zambullirse en el anzuelo, los delfines aparecen en el Bayou en nuestra pequeña cala privada. Use el kayak o el runabout Lowe de 12 'para explorar el pantano o la bahía de Perdido. El dormitorio principal está en el 1er piso. Todo está incluido, sábanas, toallas. Utensilios de cocina, sartenes, platos. Entorno muy privado en el patio trasero. Encimeras de granito y pisos de vinilo de lujo ... muy fáciles de mantener limpios. ¡Qué manera de pasar el invierno! Casi lo olvido, traiga su bote o motos de agua. Mantente en el muelle. La rampa para botes está a 1500 pies de la casa. Mientras esté de vacaciones aquí, viajaremos por el país en nuestra casa rodante. ¡Disfrutemos nuestras vacaciones juntos!

This is definitely a unique rental. Having access to a pool and a pontoon made this trip one that my children and grandchildren will never forget. Dan was so accommodating and we appreciate all he did to make our trip enjoyable!

Everything we needed was supplied. Property was clean, peaceful and if we didnt want the sand, we just stayed at the house and swam at the pool.

Family time in Pensacola

The property was perfect for our family visit and Thanksgiving with our son stationed at NAS Pensacola. It was a quiet home close to base. This is a comfortable home that is cozy and also big enough for our whole family to just be together.

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome property! Dan was very accommodating and did everything possible to make sure we had a good time. We enjoyed the pontoon rides to the beach, restaurants, and shops the most. We loved that he had everything easily mapped out for us while using the boat.The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing games inside. This was a very memorable vacation for us!

Home away from home

There were a few hiccups when we arrived but the owner quickly ironed them out. The place is cozy and set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything, groceries, beaches, entertainment and of course come back and chill by the pool side and bbq or play games. I definitely would recommend and look forward to returning!!!

Exactly what we needed!

The place is fantastic. A lot of neat stuff to do nearby, or just hang in the beautiful backyard and enjoy the house. Our 4 kids (2 to 11) jist loved it. From the game room, to the pool, to the man cave.. great home! Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Awesome

Dan was an amazing host, his home was well stocked with anything you might need. The backyard, pool and boat were great. Location was in a good area near to anything you would want to do. Had plenty of room where you could spread out. Majority of the time was spent sitting on the back deck enjoying the scenery. Will most definitely be on my list for 2025 family vacation. Thanks Dan for providing such an amazing stay.

Excellent location

Treasure Place 4U is in the perfect location. 6-8 minute drive away from anything that we needed. Close enough to the beaches yet far enough away for some quiet time with family. The little kids loved the pool. Our oldest and his grandpa loved fishing off the pier. Plus a fully stocked kitchen made cooking so much easier on the rainy days. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Great vacation home

We loved the fact that so many things were included in this property. My family really enjoyed themselves. We loved the fact that there was a skiff, canoe and Kayak to take out and enjoy the bayou. The pool was amazing and the house was very clean, updated and had a home like feel to it. We loved the yard as well. Our two dogs really enjoyed the big back yard to run around, play and explore. We highly recommend this rental.

Birthday party

Unfortunately wife and I couldn’t make the trip due to a medical emergency. My daughter and her family had a great time. Having a boat was the greatest benefit. They enjoyed boating and once back home granddaughter enjoyed the pool. She is definitely a water baby. The accommodations at the house were above and beyond. We will definitely be booking again.

Dog Friendly, Responsive Owner

We found this house to be a good base camp to explore around the Pensacola area. Finding a house that was welcoming to our 2 dogs was a priority for us on this trip and this place fit the bill perfectly. Our teenagers loved the games (darts, foosball and air hockey) and were able to go canoeing right out the backyard. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quickly responsive to a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall, we had a great time. The kids enjoyed the game room and we had plenty of room to spread out. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the temperature but the deck was very nice. Having the bayou in the backyard was entertaining for our dogs who saw local wildlife. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to many beaches and the Foley outlet mall. Dan, the owner, was very courteous and responsive. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!

Relaxation

Dan’s home is a delightful, cozy and fun-filled home with plenty of indoor activities as well as out. We were able to bring our 3 dogs and the backyard is perfect for them to run around. The pool is clean and well-maintained as well as the rest of the house. The dock is perfect for casting and the boats are an added bonus. We feel like they really cared that we would have a relaxing time and the home is well-appointed with lots of special details. We appreciate all they did to make our stay comfortable. Thank you to Dan and his family!

Quite the Experience!

From the viewpoint of a urban dweller, staying in a house on a bayou was an exciting and interesting experience. It far exceeded the beach side vacations we are accustomed to. The house was lovely, the owner was kind & responsive but the bayou was incredible. We saw gators (in the water & non-aggressive), heard loud singing frogs, saw lizards & really big water turtles. It was a great for kids & adults alike. Also, a short drive to the ocean and conveniences. If you are after a unique experience, this is it.

Felt like I was truly a guest and the owner just happened to not be there…

The owner was so available as needed. In fact, he was so accommodating and available that he spent time on the phone with me answering questions I had about entering the Vacation Rental business. Having direct access to the Bay and fishing (via of the channel behind the house) was really a plus. Not to mention that a canoe, kayak and Jon boat were all available there for us. My son even just fished off the dock at times. Also, being able to come in and take a dip in the pool was really great! I can go on and on talking about this place but let just end by saying that “you will definitely be pleased” with all aspects of your stay if you choose this property…

Not what we hoped for..

No main floor bathroom except in the master bedroom. Listing stated TV in all bedrooms there wasn't. Owner showed up daily and/or drove by saying I'm checking on things. Owner showed up departure day at 8 am check out was 10 am he started cleaning yard and put chemicals in pool made us feel rushed.

Great house on a good location

Stayed here to visit our son who is stationed at the NAS. Proximity to the base couldn’t have been better, the location of this house was perfect for how many times we had to go back and forth to base! House had enough room for all 6 of us to not feel crowded. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and the little things were thought of.., plenty of beach and bath towels, extra garbage bags and toilet pepper, even coffee filters provided! It’s nice not to have to worry about those little things. The Only thing that would have been nice to have would be a couple lounge chairs on the deck so you can stretch out. We had to kill a number of bugs, especially upstairs, but the house is in a wooded area, in Florida, on a canal, so we thought that might be kind of normal. There is bug spray provided which seemed to help for the last two days we were there. Overall, a great stay and Dan the owner was very accessible throughout the whole process.

Vacation bliss

We had a wonderful week and a half stay at this property! The house was everything it was advertised to be and more! Dan was extremely communicative and even reached out with a weather warning (TS Claudette) 2 days prior to checking in. He continued to communicate throughout the process. Dan came over once to check the pool but we knew well in advance and we completely understand and appreciate that he wants to protect his investment. We even stood and talked for a good amount of time - he is a super nice guy and has lots of knowledge and recommendations about the area! While this property is not right on any beach, it was really a perfect location for our family. We were able to walk the dogs every morning - the whole road is about 1.5 miles and the neighbors were all nice! We actually hit 3 beaches during our stay and none was more than 30 minutes away. We were also very conveniently located near Fort Pickens and NAS Pensacola which includes the Naval Aviation Museum and Pensacola Lighthouse - all must sees. We found plenty of things to do, but also enjoyed our time hanging around the house and the teenage boys loved the man cave, the kayak and canoe, the pool and of course the game tables! If we make it back to the Pensacola area, we will definitely book this house again!!! Thanks Dan!!

Great Thanksgiving Family Stay

With our son stationed with the Navy in Pensacola and our daughter in a new job in Florida, we were looking for a way to have a family Thanksgiving away from our home in Virginia. We especially wanted to bring our three big dogs because our son was so homesick for them since leaving for bootcamp.. We were so excited to find Dan’s home because it was a clean, well-equipped real family home and he was very cool about us bringing the dogs. I wanted to clear it with him first that our intention was to get together as a family, but invite any homesick Navy buddy of our son’s who may not be able to spend Thanksgiving with their own family. Dan was not only okay with it, he insisted that we use his fine china for dinner without worrying if anything got broken. He was an awesome host. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and I wish my own home had the great shower pressure that his house has. We played air hockey, foosball, and darts, and spent a lot of time in the fully fenced back yard and deck. The dogs could run and be safe without fear of them needing to stay on leashes. Even when my obnoxious dogs barked at the neighbor’s dog in their back yard, the neighbor couldn’t have been nicer. All this allowed us to feel at home and have a real family Thanksgiving. There were a lot of houses to choose from when we were looking, but not many took dogs (especially big dogs) and most of them had so many heavy rules that we felt like we wouldn’t be able to relax. Dan allowed us to be at home away from our own home. It was just what we hoped for.

Relaxing and private

Fantastic

Great location for a quiet getaway but close to lots of restaurants and things to do. Being able to fish right from the house was a big plus. Nice bayou to fish or paddle and close to the big bay. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Loved the back deck and pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Recently retired ready to see our great country! Bought our home 25 years ago. I have been a real estate broker here in Pensacola for 32 years. I have never shown a better spot than the one I own. Why? Because on the days you want to use the boat but it's too rough, just go up either of 3 rivers and bayous. Always just perfect to use the watertoys unless it is raining. Don't forget to go to Ruby's fish camp up on the Perdido River. All my visitors had to to have me take them to Ruby's the quaintest most perfect backcountry riverfront bar. Your choice what pass to fish out of Perdido Pass or Pensacola Pass. From the dock it's 15 miles to the pass by boat. I have fished in the local waters and gone 35 miles offshore. Life has been great here. Oh just South of Blue Angel Navy Recreational beach is Tarklin State Park. The beach is accessible by walking or bike trail or by boat. It's like having your own private place to let to children swim or play with the water toys. LOVE IT!

Anyone can vacation in a condo on the beach. At this home when you are in back looking out at the water, you think you are in a Most beautiful wooded "Eden" You'll never want to leave. OH .. How private and quiet is it a night. In this home it is so simple to truly relax and unwind at night no matter what time of the year. I've lived her 25 years and yes it can be easy to take it all for granted but it's to peaceful a spot to forget something is natural is always happening to let you know WOW! You'll love messing around with the kayak or 12' skiff. or swimming in the huge 16x32 private pool. Watching the all the birds that come to our bird feeder. It is breathtaking! A Best little experience ... Take A Sunset Cruise on your pontoon boat for your use only. Oh ... for a unique treat try going to church Sunday's at the famous Flora Bama! It's non denominational. For 35 years I've shown real estate waterfront homes. My spot is the best period!
