Fantastic view

We had a wonderdul stay at Villa Kermati. There was ample room for our family group of 14 and the house had everything we needed. The views really are beautiful from the lounge windows. We had lots of fun in the pool and enjoyed taking the bikes out for short rides around the village. The local bar tabac is very welcoming and only a 5 min walk away.

Amazing property with everything you could need. Swimming pool is incredible as is the sauna and jacuzzi. Lovely scenes of the beach from the balcony….fully recommend and well worth the stay. Pauline was also excellent and always on hand to support.

Family holiday

Family of 16 spanning 3 generations had a wonderful week at Villa Kermati. The villa was spacious; every nook and cranny had entertainment for the kids. The pool, hot tub, outdoor play area and children’s toys were real hits. Plenty of seating and very well equipped! Beautiful villa, thank you Pauline! We will be back!

Family holiday

The property is situated in a wonderful position with a fantastic view of the coast, close to the beach and a play park. The pool is great and was enjoyed by us all. The children enjoyed the trampoline, slides and swings in the garden. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return.

Celebration week at Pleubian

The property was fabulous, children and adults loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. The games room and large garden meant it was possible to play team games. As weather was not brilliant, the house delivered in every way.

Outstanding Property with Everything you Would Need

This is an outstanding property with views that take your breath away. More room than we needed and plenty of places to get away from the rest of the family when you needed a quiet space. It literally has everything you need so just pack your clothes and set off. The area is stunning and the Sillon De Talbert is just the icing on the cake. The local bar is friendly and the bakery has all the bread you would ever want. Overall, it was a great week and cant recommend this place enough. Thanks for everything.

Just right!

We arrived late and this was no problem for our hosts, who were incredibly helpful and had left a wonderful welcome pack of local produce. The area was remote enough to feel like we had come away to somewhere unique but was by no means lacking in amenities. The villa itself was superb, with plenty of space and entertainment (darts, table tennis and the indoor pool were particularly appreciated!) and the view was fantastic. A thoroughly enjoyable week and definitely worth going a little out of the way for! Thank you Pauline and family.

A Dream Holiday House and a Dream Host

We had the most magical holiday at Villa Kermati. The house was immaculate and beautiful throughout. The full length glass windows in the lounge were stunning. Being two families, it was really helpful having two separate kitchen and lounge areas. When not staring out the windows at the gorgeous views, we made good use of the pool (with lots of great inflatables) and hot tub. We had four children all under five and the house was perfect for us. There were stair gates for steep staircases and we were able to securely shut the pool and access to all the balconies so it was very safe. Our children had the most wonderful time in the garden and played for hours on the various climbing frames and the trampoline. With the lovely sandy beach just a few minutes walk away they spent each day on the beach and then in the pool. Pauline was incredibly helpful throughout and always available if we had any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The house was so wonderful we have booked it again for next year!

July Holiday

A huge thank you to Pauline for ensuring our stay in Villa Kermati was wonderful! From the outset, Pauline was so professional, efficient and welcoming. As a party of 11, ranging in age from 67 to 6 (!), Villa Kermati was perfect with plenty of space and literally everything we would ever need at our fingertips, making it very much home from home for our 2 week stay. The pool, hottub & sauna was a huge hit with all the family - such a brilliant facility which we used so much. Our other love was the garden and the BBQ - such a great space for eating, entertaining and enjoying each other's company. As for the views from the upstairs window/balcony, we really loved watching people walk in the sunshine or how things changed visually when the tide came in. Villa Kermati is situated in a lovely little village which has a superb bakery, a welcoming and busy bar/tabac and a really good restaurant/pizzeria. The local area is truly beautiful and having been to many other parts of France, the Cote d'Armor is up there with one of our favourite place thanks to its gorgeous scenery, delicious food & historical culture. The reason for our trip was to spend time together as a family following the lost of my mother and to celebrate our oldest Granddaughter turning 18. Villa Kermati will hold a very special place in our hearts as so many memories have been created and we will be look back on this time together with such fondness. Thank you, Pauline, and very best wishes for the future.

Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Pauline die ook steeds ter beschikking stond als we vragen hadden! Na een zeer volledige en to the point rondleiding een sympathiek welkomstgeschenk!Alle voorzieningen zoals vermeld in de folder waren aanwezig! Zelfs kruiden, olie, wc-papier, zeepjes, douchezeep, meer dan in de folder stond! Bedden gedekt, twee kussens per persoon en alles zeer proper! Zwebad en jacuzzi op temperatuur! De vakantiesfeer zat er vanaf het eerste moment in! De keuken was perfect uitgerust met voldoende bestek en servies! Zelfs voldoende om de tafel nogmaals te dekken met een volle afwasmachine ! Twee koffiemachines, twee stofzuigers! ….Werkelijk zo goed als thuis!Bedankt voor alles!

Harmonischer Familienurlaub

Das Haus bietet für eine Großfamilie - wie unsere - beste Voraussetzungen. Für mehrere Babies, Kleinkinder, Kinder und Jugendliche jeden Alters, natürlich auch für Erwachsene ist alles vorhanden, um den Urlaub angenehm und sicher zu gestalten: Treppengitter, Sitzplatzerhöhungen, Wickelkommode , Babywippe, …. machen es jungen Eltern leicht. Eine gut ausgestattete Spieleecke, Bücher und natürlich Pool und Whirlpool waren bei allen Reisenden beliebt. Zudem sind zwei Küchen vorhanden mit reichlich Porzellan, Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck. Haus und Garten sind so groß, dass man sich auch in einer großen Gruppe mal aus dem Weg gehen kann . Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in allem ein besonderer Urlaub in einem besonderen Haus. Beate mit Familie

La maison du bonheur

La villa Kermati est un cocon pour se retouver, pour organiser une parenthèse, en famille ou entre amis. Tout est fait pour que chacun, selon ses goûts et envies, puisse passer un excellent séjour. Les espaces conviviaux et privatifs sont parfaitement dimensionnés. La décoration est particulièrement soignée. L'environnement est exceptionnel. Les équipements sont complets et de qualité. Pauline est à l'écoute, réactive et extrêmement prévenante. En somme, tout est parfait.

Nous avons passez la semaine de Noël en famille, avec 8 adultes et 8 enfants / ados. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable : de la place et des activités pour tout le monde dans une superbe propriété. Piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, baby foot, console de jeux, jeux de société le tout à 300m de la plage. Tout le monde a pu en profiter pleinement! séjour dans une villa de rêve pour fêter mes 60 ans

séjour inoubliable dans une magnifique (le mot est très faible) villa située dans un endroit sublime. Nous ne nous sommes pas ennuyé malgré une météo houleuse étant donné tout ce qui est mis à notre disposition. La villa était d'une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires font tout pour que le séjour se passe pour le mieux. Rien ne manque. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Bref, nous reviendrons. Et mille fois merci pour ce séjour fabuleux

Superbe villa, très bien située et parfaitement équipée. Entre jacuzzi, sauna, piscine, ping pong, baby foot : pas le temps de s'ennuyer même par temps pluvieux. Vue époustouflante et confort assuré! Notre hôte Pauline est charmante et pleine de sollicitude, très réactive à toute demande. Bonus : sympathique cadeau de bienvenue à déguster, et ne pas hésiter à faire venir le Chalet des Délices pour une délicieuse soirée crêpes a domicile ! Nous avons séjourné une semaine à la villa kermati. Nous étions 8 adultes et 7 enfants de 6 à 15 ans . Tout est réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances . La maison est très bien équipée et propre . Sans parler de la piscine , du jacuzzi et du sauna , au top pour se détendre.. La vue sur le sillon est incroyable . Et les balades sont nombreuses aux environs .
