Everything we hoped it would be.

The location is lovely, and feels surprisingly private. The combined options of pool/river/ocean meant that everyone could easily pick the day they wanted from lazy to adventurous. And it was definitely clear that we weren't just renting someone's investment... But we were being invited in to a place that is loved. The community Beach was active but not crowded (even on Memorial Day weekend when the public parks on North Hutchinson were filled to capacity, and beach access is extremely easy.

Beautiful property!

This was our third year renting this lovely waterfront property and we hope to return again. It is located in a lovely area within walking distance to the ocean and private beach, thus one can enjoy both sunrises from the beach and sunsets from the patio. From the dock, one can watch manatees, see turtles swim by, dolphins and other wildlife or catch a snapper or snook. The pool is lovely as well. The home is tastefully appointed yet is very comfortable for families. The owners are exceptionally helpful and kind. A treasure!

Family vacation

This home is a beautiful place to get away and relax. The pool, sunsets and daily greeting from the manatees were better than we imagined. We took daily walks while our children road the bikes to the beach. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect stay

The owners were gracious and their home perfect. Such a peaceful setting right on the water, allowing us to experience manatee and dolphin in a magical way! A super easy 5 minute walk to the beach! Bikes and kayaks were much appreciated and the homes location is convenient to both Vero Beach and Ft Pierce. We had a wonderful time!!

Perfect home away from home....

I would love to offer a bad review so I don't have everyone booking the time I want, but that maybe counter productive. This property is wonderful, and was perfect for our family of six. Tons of relaxation at the pool, fishing on the dock, and walks to the beach. The home offers lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. All of these high points mixed with exceptional hosts with a well prepared check in/out process makes it an ideal destination.

Another day in paradise

We just spent 17 days at this lovely house and will be back. Jane & Alex were super helpful and responsive including helping us find a swim instructor for our kids. The pool is lovely and my kids literally learned how to swim from zero skills to multiple strokes. The water temp is lovely especially if you’re coming from the north! Vero Beach, and the island the house is on is very special - we enjoyed exploring it. The beach is but a few minutes walk and lovely. And house is awesome- it’s a real home vs. purely an investment property. That means that you find what you need in the kitchen, including the contigo cup that you forgot to bring but need for your early morning errand. The water pressure is great and everything is well maintained and thought out. We extended our stay from 10 days by an additional week. The app was glitchy on the extension but Jane & Alex were great to work with, and super patient and understanding with working through the vrbo process.

Great house and location!

We just returned home from a great vacation at this property! Communication was great with the owners from booking to check in to check out. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and the many extras amenities included just added to the fun of the house. We loved ever minute of our time here and hope to return in the future!

Amazing Place to Stay!!!

From check in to checkout this place was amazing to stay in! This house fit our family perfectly! The owners were very helpful and available if we had any questions. The pool was great on hot Florida days. This house sits on the Indian river and you can fish and or kayak right off the dock. We caught such a variety of fish from the dock. The most amazing part is that we saw several manatees every single day just from our dock! We saw several dolphins just from sitting out back in lawn chairs and watching the river! A couple of the dolphins swam right under our dock while we were on it! I cannot say enough amazing things about our rental experience at this house. If you are looking for a house to rent do yourself a favor and rent this one! You will not regret it! We would definitely rent this house again in a heart beat!!!!

Perfect Vacation

What a great stay at Jane and Alex’s home! The house has all you need for an awesome getaway, both indoor and out, and is in the perfect location for a trip to Vero. My wife and I appreciated how excellent and easy the communication was with Jane & Alex, which made us feel very comfortable with renting. Great hosts and a great house, I would highly recommend!

Perfect!

This is a lovely home located on a beautiful lot. The view of the water is peaceful and picturesque and the pool is truly heavenly. Our family enjoyed seeing the manatees and catching fish from the nice dock. The private Atlantic beach is a very short walk or one can drive and park in a security patrolled lot. The home is very comfortable and tastefully appointed. The owners are so nice and very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved it so much that we plan to come again next year. Vero Beach is both charming and beautiful, has many restaurants, places to walk, run, or bike. A delightful place to visit!

Great close to the beach riverfront rental.

Beautiful home. Great split floor plan for a family trip. Views are gorgeous. Easy walk to the beach. Owner easy to communicate with. Will definitely rent again.
