Please be considerate of our loggerhead sea turtles. May - October turn off lights at 10pm on beach side of the house so turtles can nest.
If sand dollars are white, they are okay to pick up and collect. Green or brown, they are typically alive and need to be left alone.
Our deer are GREAT. Feeding them people food makes them sick. Please do not feed our deer.

Love, love, love! We’ve visited Fripp many times over 30 years. This house quickly became our favorite. Our host Kathy was quick to respond, the house was spacious and well appointed. Best location with a nearly private beach. Grandkids loved the wide beach and searching for crabs. Can’t wait till next year!

We loved the deck and ocean views. The decor was dated but comfortable. The location was perfect with easy walks to the beach to see turtles and sunsets .

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. The sunsets are beautiful and location perfect for those who want to spend a lot of time on the beach. We had an AC issue but it was taken care of quickly,Thanks Kathy, for your help.

Fantastic, Relaxing Stay

Our favorite beachfront house on Fripp. Ideal for R&R and enjoying the wildlife. Views of the sunrises and sunsets are hard to beat. Property hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Couldn’t be better in our opinion. Perfect.

Beautiful house!

This house was so amazing, perfect amount of space and the perfect location. The ocean was so close! Everything in the house worked correctly and it was very clean when we arrived.

October 2020 family trip

Your property’s location is excellent. We had 6 adults, a 2 year old and 5 month old. Plenty of room for all. Was a great location for a family vacation! Love the deer, love Fripp!

We had an absolutely Magical time at the Pink Palace! The vibe from the moment we walked in just struck us! Everything from the layout to the furniture to the artwork. And that ocean VIEW…WOW! The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! We had so much fun hanging out and meeting folks at “the point” and “Tootling” around in our golf cart (so graciously rented to us by the owner). And Jolene, our adorable, 5-year old Morkie, had the best time chasing crabs on the beach! We will definitely be back! The only reason I can’t give it a “Ten” is a problem with the AC unit (broken thermostat). Otherwise, BIG thumbs up! Jonathan and Aileen Pearlman (Asheville, NC)

April vacation

I, my husband, MIL, 8 year old daughter and 12 year golden retriever stayed her for April vacation for the 2nd time. It was absolutely lovely and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies needed to cook. You can’t beat the location, right on the beach and quiet! Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I enjoyed this great house on beautiful Fripp Island! I highly recommend it for others to stay there. It is very comfortable for 3 couples with or without children. Fourth bedroom is loft with little privacy. The house was well equipped with whatever you may need! Overall, our stay was very enjoyable!

Super easy beach access

Great views, very easy quick beach access. While babies napped inside I was still able to see family on the beach and enjoy views from large deck facing ocean. House was very clean! I gave four stars only because, if the kitchen and furniture were updated this would definitely be a five star stay. Kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of lounge space for down time for a family of 10. We would stay here again, for sure!!

Family beach trip

This is our 3rd year at the pink palace. We love the location. We love the proximity to the beach and the beauty of waking up with the waves and sunrise with a cup of coffee. Great place to hang with our adult kids. After three years, we thought we would have an update on appliances and things like icemaker. The place is outdated for the price that they are charging.

Long Weekend at the Pink Palace

The location of this property is wonderful, with beautiful views and easy beach access. The deck overlooking the beach is a delightful place to sit. The arrangement of the house is good for family groups - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and a loft with a bed and bathroom. The living area can accommodate about 8 people easily, and the dining table is huge. The house could use some updates and repairs, but there was nothing that interfered with our enjoyable weekend.

Hello 2020!!!

We spend 4 nights and 5 days closing out 2019 and ringing in 2020. The home was comfortable, colorful and completely met our needs for being close to nature, doing some good cooking in the kitchen and spending time just relaxing and being together. We would definitely stay here again and hope to come back to Fripp Island.

Paradise on the beach

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing in every way. The house was recently updated to perfection. The views, quiet, sunrises and beautiful beach did not disappoint. We love this vacation spot so much we will be back again and again. Thank you to Kathy for being such a responsive and accommodating property manager. Needless to say this is our happy place for years to come.

Family vacation

Our second year at the Pink Palace. Couldn't have a better Fripp Island beach location. Coffee on the porch watching the waves and dolphins in the surf is a great way to start the day. Noticed some of the updates from last year including the linens, ceiling fans, and new paint. Kitchen is appropriately equipped. Love the outdoor shower. Already looking forward to next year.

April vacation

Myself, my husband, mother in law, 6 year old daughter and 10 year old Golden Retriever spent April vacation here. The house is gorgeous, spacious, clean and right on the beach. We had a wonderful time exploring the island and just relaxing. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed. My mother in law enjoyed the books and puzzles that were available to use. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property. Looking forward to booking this home again.
