Please be considerate of our loggerhead sea turtles. May - October turn off lights at 10pm on beach side of the house so turtles can nest.
If sand dollars are white, they are okay to pick up and collect. Green or brown, they are typically alive and need to be left alone.
Our deer are GREAT. Feeding them people food makes them sick. Please do not feed our deer.

We had an absolutely Magical time at the Pink Palace! The vibe from the moment we walked in just struck us! Everything from the layout to the furniture to the artwork. And that ocean VIEW…WOW! The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! We had so much fun hanging out and meeting folks at “the point” and “Tootling” around in our golf cart (so graciously rented to us by the owner). And Jolene, our adorable, 5-year old Morkie, had the best time chasing crabs on the beach! We will definitely be back! The only reason I can’t give it a “Ten” is a problem with the AC unit (broken thermostat). Otherwise, BIG thumbs up! Jonathan and Aileen Pearlman (Asheville, NC)

Love, love, love! We’ve visited Fripp many times over 30 years. This house quickly became our favorite. Our host Kathy was quick to respond, the house was spacious and well appointed. Best location with a nearly private beach. Grandkids loved the wide beach and searching for crabs. Can’t wait till next year!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again. The sunsets are beautiful and location perfect for those who want to spend a lot of time on the beach. We had an AC issue but it was taken care of quickly,Thanks Kathy, for your help.

Family beach trip

This is our 3rd year at the pink palace. We love the location. We love the proximity to the beach and the beauty of waking up with the waves and sunrise with a cup of coffee. Great place to hang with our adult kids. After three years, we thought we would have an update on appliances and things like icemaker. The place is outdated for the price that they are charging.

My family and I enjoyed this great house on beautiful Fripp Island! I highly recommend it for others to stay there. It is very comfortable for 3 couples with or without children. Fourth bedroom is loft with little privacy. The house was well equipped with whatever you may need! Overall, our stay was very enjoyable!

Fantastic, Relaxing Stay

Our favorite beachfront house on Fripp. Ideal for R&R and enjoying the wildlife. Views of the sunrises and sunsets are hard to beat. Property hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Couldn’t be better in our opinion. Perfect.

Family vacation

Our second year at the Pink Palace. Couldn't have a better Fripp Island beach location. Coffee on the porch watching the waves and dolphins in the surf is a great way to start the day. Noticed some of the updates from last year including the linens, ceiling fans, and new paint. Kitchen is appropriately equipped. Love the outdoor shower. Already looking forward to next year.

Super easy beach access

Great views, very easy quick beach access. While babies napped inside I was still able to see family on the beach and enjoy views from large deck facing ocean. House was very clean! I gave four stars only because, if the kitchen and furniture were updated this would definitely be a five star stay. Kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of lounge space for down time for a family of 10. We would stay here again, for sure!!

April vacation

I, my husband, MIL, 8 year old daughter and 12 year golden retriever stayed her for April vacation for the 2nd time. It was absolutely lovely and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies needed to cook. You can’t beat the location, right on the beach and quiet! Can’t wait to come back!

Paradise on the beach

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing in every way. The house was recently updated to perfection. The views, quiet, sunrises and beautiful beach did not disappoint. We love this vacation spot so much we will be back again and again. Thank you to Kathy for being such a responsive and accommodating property manager. Needless to say this is our happy place for years to come.

The view from the Deck! The BEST!

2nd Time at the Pink House. New paint and carpet upgrades were nice and new! Kathy Folds is a great person to cover our needs. The only concern was a new toaster would be helpful, the one that is available burns on the right side. But the oven broiler works well instead! We hope to come back next year!

Great beachfront location

Really enjoyed our week on the beach. Nice to be able to bring the dogs on the family vacation. House was nice. Could use a little updating but everything worked well (except the vacuum cleaner). Decent beds and linens. Never ran out of hot water, even with multiple showers in sequence. Loved the outdoor enclosed shower. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well appropriated.

Pink Oasis

Absolutely stunning viewing of oceanfront.... literally right in front of you.Thae porch runs the length of this beautiful spacious home.Easy to have a golf cart delivered which I recommend....this island is heavenly driving around watching baby deers with white spots nursing on Mama was magical.Spent so much time on this beautiful beach directly in front of you.We fell in love with this house all 3 generations enjoying each second of it all.Stocked beyond measure inside and out....beach towels,toys,chairs,radio flyer wagon,beach shade pop up.Inside was the same......all spices,foils, ziplock bags,coffee filters,etc. I could go on on how dreamy this getaway is.Thank you so much.
