Deje que nuestra familia lo reciba en nuestra casa de vacaciones recientemente remodelada.

Desde pintura fresca por dentro y por fuera hasta colchones nuevos, muebles y una terraza cubierta con dos áreas de estar separadas (que incluyen una mesa de comedor para 8) que hacen que nuestra casa sea tan acogedora por fuera como por dentro, hemos hecho de la casa un verdadero refugio para disfruta Florida y el área de Disney. ¡La propiedad de Disney está a minutos de distancia!

La casa cuenta con tres maestros de rey con baño privado (uno en el primer piso con control deslizante para lanai), y cuatro dormitorios adicionales cada uno con un baño de gato y jill. Cada habitación tiene un aspecto moderno o temático y TV de pantalla plana montada.

La cocina completa, el comedor, los dos espacios de estar completamente equipados con TV y una sala de juegos con futbolín y una mesa de billar de pizarra profesional ofrecen mucho espacio para que los huéspedes se relajen en el interior. Una piscina privada, una bañera de hidromasaje y un espacioso porche cubierto con un área de comedor completa y una sala de estar separada brindan a los huéspedes la oportunidad de relajarse y disfrutar del hermoso clima de Florida desde la comodidad del recinto protegido.

La casa es ideal para familias, con una nueva lavadora y secadora de alta capacidad, dos paquetes y juegos para bebés y niños pequeños, una carriola para usar en los parques o vecindarios y una silla alta. También tenemos juegos de mesa, PS2 y Wii.

La casa está ubicada en la hermosa comunidad turística de Emerald Island, con acceso privado 24/7. Durante el alquiler, tendrá acceso completo a la casa club, la piscina comunitaria y el jacuzzi, la sala de ejercicios, las canchas de tenis y baloncesto, el campo de voleibol, el área de juegos infantiles, el bar tiki y kilómetros de senderos naturales.

Another great stay!

Our family visits Disney every year. When we stay off-property, this is our favorite place to stay! The home is always clean and stocked with everything that you could need. Chad and his family are amazing hosts- they go above and beyond to make your stay magical!

The property was amazing and in an amazing area. Communication with the host was easy as well as the check-in process. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the pool. With kids ranging from 10-15 years old the pool was a hit. We’re definitely looking forward to returning.

Wonderful replacement vacation

We were supposed to leave on a cruise and the cruise was cancelled by the company after our 3 say drive from Canada. Little did we know that we would fin this gem in Orlando, close to everything (groceries, Disney, shopping), extra clean and super spacious. The pool was perfect for us and the large kitchen helped us cook and have wonderfdul meals. We couldn’t have picked better !Many thanks from our family.

Great House !!

The owner, Chad, was always quick to communicate, answering our questions!! This house worked great for our family of 15. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool, hot tub & game room! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. Animal Kingdom was a short drive and we were close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If we ever go back to that area, we would love to stay here again !!

Our experience at the VRBO was nothing short of exceptional. The property was pristine with a stunning gift basket ready for our arrival. Great location and pool for family

Spacious home. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and perfect for our families. Location was great for disney. Only issue was some of the top comforters were soiled so we washed them and there were items not cleaned out of drawers from previous group.

This is a GREAT place to stay!

This property is clean and very well maintained. The host provides a lot of extras, such as more than plenty of towels for the number of people staying at the property, beach towels for the pool, swim masks and goggles, some welcome snacks, as well as other extras that we have never had provided by a host in our 40+ years of annual family vacations. The property is conveniently located to many activities, including the major theme parks, numerous great restaurants, movies and other entertainment. I would highly recommend this property, not only for the convenience it offers, but also because the hosts are fabulous and know what it takes to offer a great place for large families to stay.

My family and I as well as my extended family enjoyed five nights at this great home! The host was amazing and attentive! The attention to detail should be recognized! Magical stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rooms were large and comfortable, the house was very clean, the game room and pool were great! I didn’t expect the property to be so close to the parks, and that was a plus. There was also a Walmart and many restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed with three families and everyone had ample space. The host immediately replied to my texts. We had an amazing stay and plan to return!

Oh my! Where to begin? My husband and I thought what better way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary than with our 3 children, their spouses, and our 9 grandchildren. I discovered this beautiful home in Kissimmee and it far exceeded our expectations. I was amazed at how well appointed the home was with kitchen equipment, etc. There were plenty of thoughtful items left for us - coffee, paper products, etc so we didn't have to shop after a long day of travel. Our host, Chad, answered any questions I might have. It truly felt like a home to me, not a hotel. Every one of my children and each of my grandchildren thanked me profusely for "the best vacation ever!" Oh, and the location was wonderful! Three miles from Disney and close to a miriad of other fantastic (lesser known and less pricey) venues. Thank you, VRBO & Chad

A Superb Choice

We have stayed in Emerald Island several times. This was one of the best experiences. The home was clean and updated. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. We will definitely be rebooking this home again next year.

Excellent Rental

We enjoyed our time at this amazing home. You can tell from the moment you walk in the door that the owners take pride in this home and do everything they can to keep it beautiful. The house was clean with fresh smelling linens and towels. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The owners are easy to contact and communicate with. Two thumbs up and we hope to return again one day soon!

Warm and Welcoming

The home was exactly as it was portrayed online, the host Chad communicated with us the entire time, if he felt we needed to know something he called me, and was so friendly. Awesome Place!

We were down here with 3 other families for a gymnastics meet. The girls loved the house and how easy it was for them to sleep together in one or the rooms. The play room was a hit with all the kids along with the pool. We had a hard time getting everyone to leave to do other things! Communication was spot on and quick response Everytime I had a question. We are all looking for another time to stay here again soon! Thank you for making everything so simple and fun!!

July 3-7 stay

The house exceeded our expectations. The house was tastefully decorated. The host left us a welcome basket. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries. The supply closets had extra paper towels, trash bags and food storage bags. Little things that were missing in other properties that we have rented in the past. Also we love the instructions left on various appliances- making it easy for us to use. We had no problems so we didn’t have to contact the host. We definitely will be staying at this property again.

Truly Fantastic

Thank you Chad & Michelle (and family)! We had an incredible family vacation and loved your rental property. We travel to Florida often, and already our teens want this to be the place we stay in the future!! The home was comfortable & clean with a beautiful pool. The communication was great and check in was a breeze. We had several families meet for the weekend and found the outdoor lanai inviting & relaxing-perfect for many to gather and visit. The resort was quiet and felt safe, plus offered many fun options. The proximity to area attractions was also close and easy to get around. Communicative, Clean, and Comfortable

The gated neighborhood was lovely, the home was bigger than it appeared, and all of the rooms were well equipped. When my flight got in early he welcomed me to feel free to come anyway. When a guest misplaced an item he went above and beyond to help. We had a slight issue with the pool and every effort was made and it was solved within 25 hours. There were trails, pickle/tennis courts, and playgrounds. The rooms all had tv's and their own bathrooms so it was great to have reprieve from the larger group when needed.

We purchased this home in 2019 as a true family getaway spot. We spend several weeks a year in the home with our three children and 10 grandchildren. We want it to be modern, comfortable, and in the best physical condition. We're constantly updating and upgrading the home. It is our great pleasure to open up the home to share with other guests. We hope that our guests will create memories of their own with a trip to our Central Florida retreat.

We've worked hard to renovate and design the home to make it an inviting and comfortable experience inside and out. It didn't stop with the renovations inside. One of our favorite things about Florida is spending time in the Disney parks, and making the short drive back home to enjoy the beautiful Florida evenings in the comfort of the screened-in pool area and covered lanai. Great care has been taken to ensure that our guests can enjoy those Florida evenings in comfort and relaxation.

As important as the home is the experience we provide. We're not property managers with dozens of properties. We're a family-owned and managed rental property that prides itself on offering top-notch communications and cares for our guests.

We love the close proximity to the parks, the beautiful Emerald Island community (and all the amenities at the renovated Clubhouse), the true "I'm home" feeling every time you walk through the doors of the house, and all the memories that can be made in Orlando. We hope you love the home and the Florida experience as much as we do.
