Brand new to the rental market...fully remodeled, modern, comfortable and super cute river home! This house was recently completed, newly remodeled from top to bottom and new on the rental market in late July of 2020!
All brand new throughout, upper and lower story. Smaller house that lives BIG! Spacious enough for the whole family or a larger group...sleeps up to 10! Enjoy four bedrooms, two full baths for everyone. The upper story boasts an open floor plan to include kitchen, living room and dining area, also master bedroom and one full bath. Lower story (ground level) has three bedrooms, full bath, living room, laundry room with kitchenette for convenience on lower level. Spacious deck with seating spans the front of the house for great views of the river and Main Street. One block away from all the action on Main St. so you can enjoy the action without being "in" the action. Within walking distance to all of downtown. Spacious yard to enjoy the weather, grill out (both charcoal grill and gas grill) or enjoy a bonfire. Lots of parking as we own two lots side by side so bring your boat, jet skis, any water craft to enjoy the river. Convenience is at your door...the public boat launch is just two blocks south of the property and can be viewed from the house.
With this rental, enjoy amenities you will not find elsewhere. The house is fully stocked, all you need are your personals and food if you intend to cook meals and your beverages...we supply the rest. Complimentary coffee bar to start your mornings off right!
Large indoor locked storage, bicycles, kayaks, fishing gear and firewood are add-ons and can be arranged.

Our stay was Amazing, the house was well equipped with everything you needed plus more! It was very cozy and welcoming everything was exactly like the pictures we are definitely planning to stay again in July ! We would like to suggest adding a full body mirror for photos the house was definitely a 10/10!

Grafton Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend trip to Grafton! We enjoyed local food, live music, and spent time at the wineries and bars. The house was awesome! Each room was beautifully decorated and there was tons of space! I definitely recommend staying here!

Great spot

This property is perfect for a friends getaway. It was so clean and they had very amenity that you might need. We were very happy with the house and it was a quick walk onto the Main Street. Highly recommend.

Weekend Stay

Wonderful accommodations for the weekend. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the huge, fluffy bath towels. Although we didn't need it, appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with things needed to cook. Excellent communication with host! Great location to town and access to the boat ramp. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place to stay in Grafton

Pros: modern, clean, well stocked, walking distance to all of Grafton (1 mile or less) Cons: basement futon not comfortable to sleep on at all, basement bathroom faucet had little to no water pressure making brushing teeth, washing face difficult but I'm sure this is an easy fix.

Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean, has everything you may need. The system had a glitch with sending check in email, but we were offered a free night stay from the host and were still able to get in quickly. We would go back if we go to Grafton again!

Weekend with friends

Our stay was a great time. We stayed here last year as well and it was just as it was before. Hosts have everything set up nicely and easily to follow thru checkin to check out. Only thing that could have worked better was the basement sink faucet, which wasn’t working the best, but it didn’t stop us from a great stay.

Drift Away was more than we expected. Clean, great amenities, great communication, and an area to gather around a table for food, games, and so many laughs!!! Highly Recommend!!!!! We will be back!

Fantastic Spot - Convenient, Clean and Well-Appointed

We rented this property for a "girl cousins" trip this weekend - a chance for the six of us to get together, play games, chat and visit the bars and restaurants in Grafton. The place was very clean and well-appointed, from the bathrooms stocked with extra towels, make-up wipes, Kleenexes, ponytail holders, extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and body wash (among other things!), to the kitchen which was well-stocked with everything one might need to cook a meal, to the extra bedding/covers, etc., the hosts thought of everything to maximize convenience and make the place feel like home. This VRBO is easy to find, in a convenient location to walk to bars and restaurants, quiet (other than the band playing Saturday at Hawg Pit, which was nice to be able to enjoy during the day), and has a nice view of the river. The host was communicative and responsive. Beds were comfy. Internet was fine for us all to be on our phones as needed, although Verizon cell service was patchy (as it can be throughout Grafton). I would definitely recommend this home to anyone for a nice getaway or staycation from St. Louis, and if we do this again I would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks for hosting us!

Girls weekend

There is a whole lot good to say about this property. The inside of the home looks like it has just been remodeled. All the rooms are decorated very nicely. The host has gone out of her way to make sure you have the little extra supplies you might’ve forgotten to pack. You can tell the host put in alot of thought into setting up the rental. The home is close to many bars and restaurants which is so convenient. She even went out of her way to let us check in early. There are some negatives that could be easily rectified. There are three very nice smart TVs. However, the Internet is so slow you can’t really watch them (no cable as listed). Not fault of the host. What can you do about the Internet however, we were relying on the information given that the house had a DVD player and cable. So we drove a half an hour to buy our own DVD player. It would’ve been nice to know there was not an icemaker nor ice cube trays, we could do bought some before arriving. None of the coffee makers were in usable order. With that being said, it is a great place and a great location. We would definitely rent here again.

Friends Weekend

We had a wonderful time this past weekend! Our friend group really enjoyed our stay and the place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great stay and was able to accommodate our 2 trucks and boat trailers! The interior has been remodeled and was very nice as well!

This house was perfect for our group! It was well stocked with all of the basics that we needed. It was also very clean and comfortable. Location was exactly what we were looking for, and communication was great. I would definitely book this one again!

Grafton Get Away

Wonderful Property and very well stocked with anything you might need. Just bring your food and drinks and you are set to go. Short walk to the all the action in Grafton. Loved the firepit and home decor. Would highly recommend.
