¡'Sungria' se construyó en 2017!

Bienvenido a nuestra casa de alquiler de 2,657 pies cuadrados con 6 dormitorios y 7 baños, así como una gran piscina privada de forma rectangular (25 pies x 11 pies). Está a 3 cuadras de nuestra entrada a la playa de arena blanca. La casa se encuentra dentro de una subdivisión cercada de 8 casas ubicada en Sundance Court en Miramar Beach, justo al lado del restaurante Pompano Joe's.

La dirección física de Sungria para su GPS es 53 Sundance Ct. Playa Miramar, FL 32550. Las calles transversales más cercanas son Sundance Court y Payne Street en Miramar Beach.

Lo sentimos, NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS. No hay excepciones en esto!

El color de la pared será un tono gris relajante (color de pintura Sherwin Williams # HGSW1465) llamado "gris contemporáneo". Los pisos de las habitaciones están alfombrados y todas las áreas no alfombradas son de baldosas color canela que parecen madera cuando se colocan. Nuestro granito en todos los baños y en la cocina se llama "costas blancas" y contiene tonos de negros, blancos y grises. Nuestros gabinetes en las cocinas y baños serán de un color gris claro llamado "paloma".

En el patio trasero encontrarás la piscina privada climatizada con sillones perfectos para tomar el sol de Destin en el patio privado cercado. También hay mesas de patio (y sillas de patio) y una parrilla de gas para albergar barbacoas memorables para todo su grupo.

En el interior, puede preparar deliciosas comidas en la cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y todos los utensilios de cocina que pueda necesitar durante su estadía.

It was spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. The house had 6 bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and 61/2 bathrooms. The pool in the backyard and the beach so close was a huge plus! There was even a golf cart that could seat up to six people if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. The house also had parking literally at the front door which was very convenient. We all agreed the house was the perfect place for our Girls Getaway!

We visit Destin every year and this property was in a great location..the golf cart was great as we used it to get to the beach. Even when we had a issue there was 24hr maintenance number to fix our issue and that was great also

Amazing House

This house is amazing g for a large group! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The backyard with the pool was amazing! And the golf cart was perfect for the short trip to the beach. Management company was friendly and even called me after the first day to see if there anything they could do for us. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying for nearly a week! It’s right down from PJs and the pool was a perfect size. It had anything we could have needed for all the families that had come. Plenty of baby equipment, kitchen tools and kitchen ware, tons of pool toys and chairs to use! The only downside is there is one thermostat for all three levels. Downstairs was freezing to keep the upstairs comfortable. Also, I don’t believe the cleaning people really do a full cleaning. When searching for a pair of earrings at the end of our trip I found a rolled up diaper and a few other things under the upstairs vanity. We had a small child but not small enough to need a diaper of that size.

Great vacation home

Very pleased with the size of the rental home. Everyone in my group had a blast and enjoyed their stay. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as grill outdoors. This property was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable. The pool was wonderful! Definitely worth having it heated. Sangria lives up to the hype!

Beautiful and well-maintained home with plenty of space and close to everything (beach, restaurants, shopping, activities). It makes for a great getway! Looking forward to next year's trip. This House Was Amazing!

We had 7 adults, 14 teens, 3 children. The house was spacious. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the balconies, the pool, the view, and the choice of an elevator or stairs. There are several activities near and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 6 miles away. Great for a large group!

Offsite Team Meeting

The home was as described and perfect for six co-workers who enjoyed the king bedrooms each with private bath, the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and the 6-person golf cart that came with the rental. All in all it was a great experience and one that I would recommend.
