Check the amenities.

House was nice but the listing could be more specific. The pool is not large. The hot tub doesn't work. The tubs and toilets had rings and streaks as if someone just sprayed cleaner and didn't clean them. We cleaned all the bathrooms and toilets. Patio furniture needs cleaning. The BBQ grill was dirty also. I'd give this stay 2 stars.

As advertised

Rented this property for a guys trip. Everything was as advertised. The house is roomy and bright and close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The foliage was immaculate. I would highly recommend this property

Great place for a weekend away with friends

Check in was smooth. House was well stocked, clean, and centrally located. Backyard was great for hangouts. I would definitely stay here again with a group of friends.

Best spring break ever!

This was the perfect place for a girls trip spring break. Awesome location and Greg was great. The house was so fun and the pool was so nice. Thank you Greg for making our senior year spring break one to remember!

Bachelorette Weekend

We had the most wonderful time and Greg was an incredible host for my bachelorette trip! He was an excellent communicator, had easy check-in & checkout instructions and even came over to help us turn on the pool heater when we couldn't get it to turn on ourselves. The townhouse is cute & quirky and a perfect location for quick Ubers to all of the Fort Lauderdale bachelorette hot spots. Felt like plenty of space for 8 ladies - we especially loved the vanity/make up station with lots of natural light on the 3rd floor so we all had enough space to get ready!

Great place to stay and location

Greg and his home was the perfect place to stay! I did have to reach out to get check in and out but besides that Greg was super responsive and helpful. He checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We did touch that the listing states hot tub but it does not. He quickly clarified and assisted with heating the pool. The home was very clean, well stocked, and the bedrooms and living room were very comfortable. We did realize how out of shape we were when going up 3 flights of stairs so just be prepared for that hahaha would definitely recommend Greg and his home!

Password to Wi-Fi we had to ask for on day 1, kitchen was dirty, kitchen outlet was 1” from out of its bracket, close to kitchen sink, if you had wet hands could be fatal. Door knob missing on upstairs bathroom. Living room was dirty. Patio door you had to lock by a metal broom handle. Lock didn’t work on upstairs patio door. On day 5, internet quit working. Area was good, park was awesome, pool was ok. A board was loose on the steps. Front door did not lock w/ attention

Great owner, property & location!!

We love Greg! Visited Ft. Lauderdale for my sister’s bachelorette trip and couldn’t of found a better place. Greg was so helpful with anything we needed and was great at communicating . The property was nice and had everything we needed and more. The location was great and beautiful! Wish we could of stayed longer!

Great location and nice property

You can’t beat the location, quiet enough but yet very central. Great neighborhood. Property is spacious and one of the best equipped kitchens I have seen on VRBO. Definitely recommend this place and Greg was very responsive. One thing to know is that it’s a 3-stories property with no elevator, rooms are upstairs so if you have difficulty climbing lots of stairs on a daily basis then it’s not the place for you. Only two little things which would make it better, window treatments are old and it would be good to have more modern ones, also coconut tree should be pruned, it’s a bit of a danger. Otherwise great place to stay!

Great for Bachelorette Parties

Gregory was a great host and the place was very clean with comfortable beds. Also in a great location, very close to Las Olas bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house to entertain friends

Had a few friends in town, decided to rent this property for a little connection time before and after seeing the sights. It was great. Kitchen is awesome, main area on first floor was classy and fun, lots of room for 3 couples to talk and eat. The patio and private pool was amazing and also had great seating for catching up. Bedrooms were all well appointed and comfortable. It was a great house and the owner was easy and kind.

Great location

Our stay with host was overall very good. He was very responsive and helpful for our trip to Fort Lauderdale. It was annoying that the pool heater was not on and ready to go in advance of our stay (meaning that we were not able to use the pool for two days because it was too cold) but we were ultimately able to use the pool by the third day. The location of the house was good and very accessible to bars and restaurants. I will say the house temperature was a bit hotter than was comfortable, but host addressed upping request.

Great Bachelorette house

Perfect house in Victoria park where my friend had her bachelorette at! Great space with plenty of space and a backyard pool! Owner Greg was very responsive and kept us informed with everything and his communication was great if we needed anything! Great stay overall!

Great bachelorette getaway

This place has everything you could imagine for a bachelorette party or a friends/family getaway. Everyone in our group was flying in so having towels for 12 people was beyond convenient. The host is very responsive and helpful with anything you could possibly need. The house is beyond equipped for any type of trip you would be taking, if we ever come back with a big group we will definitely stay here again!

Great location

Greg was very responsive throughout our stay. The house was just as advertised and very clean and comfortable. Location was about a 5 minute drive from anything and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
