Bienvenido a mi estudio penthouse. Es un estudio de 450 pies cuadrados ubicado en La Vista Azul Resort (setenta y cinco pies sobre el nivel del mar) en el tercer piso con una impresionante vista al mar desde el dormitorio. Cuenta con baño completo, cocina, comedor, nevera, lavadora y secadora y armario. Tiene acceso a piscinas al aire libre con bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio y amplio espacio de estacionamiento (en el exterior o en el garaje). Hay un ascensor al estudio.

Two Beautiful Pools and A World Famous Beach

This condo is tucked in the corner of Vista Azul on the third floor. It is quiet and very private. A convenient elevator goes from the basement to all the floors. The location for our wants was perfect. This condo is a five minute walk to the National Park beach which is almost deserted, yet provides a full day in the sun without the bustle of resorts. Our favorite restaurants are nearby. Decorating could be better and kitchen is but a galley, but we ignored these for the chance to stay 10 days at this very reasonably priced condo.

Room for Two

This cozy & clean space was just enough for two. The gated property made us feel safe. Washer/Dryer was a bonus. We did not use the kitchen. Only drawback was the distance from a beach. On the particular night we stayed on the property, the WiFi did not work so we were unable to use the smart TV or our laptops for entertainment. Not ok!

Beautiful View!

My husband and I stayed here in late March and the view was just as pictured - so lovely. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very large and luxurious. The property was great, with two very nice pools with amazing views, and a restaurant and little cafe downstairs. Close walking distance to other restaurants too. I recommend Sharkbite! VRBO manager was very responsive too. Nice stay!

Quiet stay in Turtle Cove

Instructions for the stay were easy to follow. No issues. Recommend renting from Bob’s Scooters if you’re looking to rent a car - we rented a car for a couple of days while we were there and it’s walkable from the property. There were several restaurants that we walked to from the property. The closest beach is a little rockier but great snorkeling there.

Great customer service!

The owners were a dream to work with. We ran into a minor mechanical issue and they handled it immediately. It was out of their control but they stepped right up and solved the issue. The property is beautiful! We loved they had a bathtub too. I highly recommend this property as well as the amazing customer service they provide!

Just perfect!

I had a great time here, loved the location and the facility. Owner was available if needed but everything went smooth. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and good restaurants within walking distance if I wanted a meal out. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. This area could use a convenience store for small supplies but the grocery store (taxi needed) had everything you could need to stay awhile. I will definately book again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the studio condo. The bed was very comfortable & it was nice to have a mini kitchen. View was fabulous. We loved the resort & the location is great. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. We loved Magoreef restaurant, great happy hour. I think a few more bath towels & maybe better beach chairs are my only suggestions to make the experience even better. The tv worked great & has lots of channels but it is a little low on the wall & a little to close to one side of the bed. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

Great stay!

Studio kitchen was well stocked and had containers for left over food (could use an exhaust fan). A full fridge was good to have to store our food/drinks. The view was awesome and the resort is well kept (beautiful flowers and trimmed shrubs). Location is close to the beach (Smith Reef), some really good restaurants within walking distance. Chairs/umbrella were in the room for guest to use and could be replaced with newer ones. The owner was great at leaving information about things to do, where to eat and clear instructions on the A/C etc. Overall, it was great for the two of us and we would stay at this VRBO listing agian.

Island Stay Studio

Pretty much as advertised. Nice and very clean. Small kitchen but this studio had a really nice sized bedroom and attached bathroom. Only downside I can say is that the only view outside is from the corner of the bedroom. And out of 4 large window panes looking out over the corner of one of the pools and farther seeing the ocean…1 of the panes appears to have lost it’s gas seal and is so cloudy it cannot be looked through. Otherwise a really great stay. Beautifully landscaped grounds and several good dining choices within walking distance.

1. It is a safe environment. You and your family’s safety is our number one priority. The property is secured with CCTV covering the entire common property and security on duty during the night.

3. 5 -7 minutes walk (1.5 minutes drive) to Turtle Cove Marina , restaurants like Mango Reef, Baci and Sharkbites Bar & Grill.
4. 7-10 minutes walk to nearest beach access - Smith Reef Beach ( snorkeling area) and from this beach you can continue to Famous Grace Bay beach
5. Island Fish Fry (local event every Thursday) is just 7 minutes walk and 1.5 minutes drive.
6. Main grocery store is 5 minutes drive. All other stores is 7-10 minutes drive

8. There are Two pools -Kids pool and adult pool to enjoy while on vacation
