Excellent location due to the tram being right outside the door. Third tram stop brings you right to the city. Along the way is a nice selection of restaurants and the National Theater before being in the city center. The apartment is in a nice area that is safe and secure. It has an ideal layout for two couples - complete with ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom - with a kitchen and living area in the middle. The only downside we ran into was not having a washing machine as we thought it was included. We would still book again, though.

Would highly recommend this property. It was clean, well equipped and in an excellent location with good restaurants close by, particularly The Spot which is in the same building and does an excellent breakfast! Josef was super responsive and booked airport transfers for us, which both worked really well. The tram stop is very close by, making Prague easy to explore. Definitely worth staying here!

Wonderful place to stay. Owner was very helpful. We were allowed to check in early and he arranged pick up at airport for much better price than others. Location is fantastic too. Pictures don’t do apartment justice. It is very nice. Highly recommend

Prague perfect

This apartment was perfect for my family. Just as shown on line. Large rooms, comfortable beds and seating, lots of windows for a cross breeze. Josef was extremely fast about answering questions before booking and made check in and out as easy as could be. He also arranged a driver from the airport which was a big help after a long trip. We enjoyed many of his restaurant suggestions in the neighborhood and utilized the coffee shop in the building each morning. The neighborhood was lovely and felt very residential yet the tram stop across the street made all of Prague easy to access. Would definitely recommend.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden!!

Bis auf eine quietschenden Kleiderschrank war alles bestens! Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Betten waren bequem, die Wohnung und die Lage sind prima, ebenso die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Auch die Sicherheit (2 geschlossene Haustüren, die nur durch einen Zahlencode geöffnet werden können) ist vorbildlich.

Great location!

This apartment is very spacious! It could easily accommodate 4 people, but there were only two of us! The owner provided a lot of great information for our trip, which was very helpful! We enjoyed breakfast a couple of times at The Spot restaurant below the apartment. The food was excellent! The views from the windows are great as well as the apartment is situated at the corner of the building and street.

Great space!

The apartment was very large and the location is perfect! We used the tram daily and it was super easy to get anywhere in the city. We also loved the restaurants surrounding the apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped, minus oven, and rooms, bathrooms and living area are spacious.Cafe downstairs is great, and we were easily able to communicate with owner throughout our stay. Laundry also possible with an added fee, super convenient.

Good spot!

If you’re a light sleeper, tram line might bother you, but it’s a great location, big apartment, down the street from Artic Bakery, near shopping, and a really good cafe downstairs.

Another great experience

I stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much I chose to stay here again. Away from the crowds but close to everything. Staff is extremely supportive and the apartment is comfortable.

Perfect spot for us

This location was exactly what we were hoping for: close, but not too close to central hub-bub, near to a good variety of restaurants, and a grocery store for snacks. It was quiet at night, even though on a public transit route. We walked everywhere though (it's that convenient) except took the 15 tram to the train station when it was time to leave Prague. So easy!! You will not regret this pick!

Great location, host and apartment

Josef was an inviting host, giving us lots of suggestions and advice in advance. He was easily accessible by text for first entry at the building and any little question or issue that came up during our stay. The building is typical Prague 19thC architecture with huge windows and high ceilings. The apartment is beautiful! Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. Tons of storage space. Open the windows and there is a lovely breeze from the nearby river. The only negative was the loud trams going by all day and night, and no air conditioning for the one day it was really hot and we had to close the windows at night, although the fans Josef provided were great. Internet was spotty. Otherwise, our stay there was wonderful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

We loved the location because multiple tram lines are just steps from the apartment. It is very convenient, with a small park across the street and grocery stores and restaurants on the same block. You even receive a discount at the restaurant in the apartment building.

Great place to stay

Josef, really enjoyed your apartment! Great location, perfect for two couples, great layout, The Spot in the same building great for coffee and baked goods. Easy location to the bus and tram, right outside the building.

Great location, fantastic host

It’s our second stay at this location. We love it! It’s right outside the tram lines but also within walking distance to most tourist sites. It has a fantastic restaurant on the main floor of the building, very worth checking out. Svetlana works in the building and is always available to help and answer questions! Both Josef (host) and Svetlana go above and beyond in answering questions, recommending restaurants etc. Well worth the stay!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Prachtig appartement op fijne plek in Praag.

Appartement was schoon en compleet. Alle voorzieningen op loopafstand ( bakker, supermarkt). Fijne restaurants in de omgeving. Je kunt lopen naar het centrum maar je kunt ook met de tram die voor de deur stopt. Een aanrader.

You Will Love This Flat

So cute and a perfect location! We loved the apartment's charm, and it is right across the street from Petrin Hill, which has great views of the city. It is close to Old Town but without the noise at night. And, there is a tram stop just outside the apartment if you don't want to walk, but I strongly recommend you walk everywhere! My only warning would be that they floors are loud (creaky), so light sleepers should be aware.

Spacious apartment convenient to the tram

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable , and clean . Both bedrooms very very large and there were on suite bathrooms in each bedroom .the neighborhood was safe . The apartment had a tram stop across the street. There were restaurants and bakeries near by . We would stay there again .

We really enjoyed this property

The location was perfect and not within the busy areas. We easily walked everywhere. The apartment itself was very comfortable and Josef was very easy to communicate with.
