Nuestra nueva casa Craftsman de 2 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en el corazón del área de Rockridge en Oakland. Es un encantador vecindario amigable para caminar que cuenta con amplios restaurantes, mercados, boutiques y muchos medios de transporte público. Rockridge tiene una combinación de acción urbana pero aún mantiene un vecindario amigable con un sentido acogedor de comunidad. Nuestra casa diseñada por Gary Parsons tiene 2 dormitorios / 2 baños arriba (incluida una bañera profunda) y un techo abovedado, suite principal llena de luz.

This delightful house is in one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Oakland. I lived in the neighborhood for 30 years, so I know. Every detail about the house was thought out, including the heated toilet. I rented this for family coming from Italy. My 87 yo cousin and his daughter. They loved it. The house is off College Ave, a main shopping/eating street in Oakland. Market Hall with all the food and wine shops is just blocks away. Trader Joe’s is just on the other side of the BART station. So many restaurants and coffee shops. This the best part of Oakland.

Convenient to restaurants, shopping and BART (as well as our granddaughter). The kitchen is fully equipped and great for a family meal if you don’t want to go out, although with all the great places to eat nearby there’s no need to cook. Highly recommended

I own our lovely rental home and have lived in the East Bay since 1982. I love the outdoors and am so grateful to have spent over 40 years in such a beautiful place.

I grew up in Southern California and previously worked as a commercial diver in many places around the world (Norway, Borneo, and Papua New Guinea to name a few), before moving to the East Bay. These days, I spend much of my time bike riding through the Berkeley and Oakland hills or surfing various waves around the Bay Area.

I absolutely love Rockridge and I'm sure you'll quickly appreciate why after getting a taste of all that this vibrant neighborhood has to offer!
