The property was just as described in the listing. Shannon was a pleasure to meet & work with. Met us at the property & showed us around. Gave us some good suggestions on restaurants & provided a great 'Welcoming Basket'. House was convenient to all the distilleries & Keeneland which is what we were there for. Will definitely stay there again!

Amazing Family Weekend

Our family stayed at this house for the 4th of July weekend and we had the best time. The house was fully stocked and clean, but the pool was our favorite part! Shannon was accommodating and super easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

Salt of the Earth people in the middle of horse paridise

Shannon and Jamie are some of the best people you could meet. They are very kind, responsive, and give you phenomenal value for your spend. I could not give this home a higher rating. Comfortable beds, clean home and bathrooms, great kitchen, solid Internet, a great sized living / dining area and the pool is in great shape. Anything we needed Shannon was quick to respond and take care of us. If your looking at horses, golfing, Bourbon tours etc this place is in the middle of everything. Huge thanks to these great hosts.

Raven Fox Farm

We all had a great stay at Raven Fox Farm. Shannon was a great host. We enjoyed the whole house and it was a great location for Kenneland and Bourbon tasting.

Great accommodations!

The property was perfect for the 6 of us guys to get away for a bourbon touring weekend. The house was located conveniently for a quick drive to a number of distilleries. It was a super comfy place to hang out in the evening after touring. The owner was super accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. Clean and comfy house, exactly what we needed.

Perfect for any kind of gathering

We are from the Lexington/Louisville area and wanted a place to feel away from everything but not too far away for a bachelor party. This location was IDEAL. Private, fun, and everything you could possibly need. Shannon gave me a tour of the entire place and checked in to make sure we were all set throughout. Highly recommend staying here for any sort of occasion, especially if you are visiting and want stay on a piece of beautiful KY country, and still having plenty of stuff to do nearby.

So clean and friendly

Shannon was wondeful to work with, and the property is such a great vacation place. The pool, the proximity to bourbon and golf, and the owner is fantastic. High recommend. Worth every penny. We will be back.

Family Memories

Our family had an enjoyable stay where we made lots of memories. The Host was very helpful with house tips and area information. They even added a personal touch with a welcome basket upon our arrival. The amenities from the pool to house set up was a 10 star rating. The bedrooms were all spacious and downstairs gave us enough room where we were not on top of each other. I recommend to anyone who loves the outdoor because this property is amazing!

Relaxing and beautiful property

We had a wonderful time. We came from 3 areas of Kentucky to get together. The teens lived in the pool. My daughters loved the many sitting areas and we all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Shannon was wonderful and went out of her way for us. It could not have been more enjoyable. We did not want to leave

Pisgah Half Mare-thon race weekend

Raven Fox farm is an outstanding and beautiful property. The owners are very cordial and accommodating. Great for 4 or 5 couples with a great deck and pool for outside entertaining. Second time we have used this property and can't wait for the third.

Best House and Hostess in all of Kentucky

Six of us age 50 to 63 from a local Bourbon club came up for a race at Keenland followed by a Bourbon Trail tour the next day. The house is close to Keenland and a good kicking off spot for many of the local distilleries. It is roomy, well appointed and clean. We took advantage of the fire pit both nights to enjoy a bonfire and some comradery. Shannon went above and beyond the entire time we were there. She checked in with us numerous times to make sure all was OK and we didn't need anything. She gave us lots of good local advice and even found us a great driver for the day we toured the distilleries so we could all enjoy the tours a lot more. She has a great personality and is a lot of fun to work with. We will be back, but we will schedule our next trip around when this house is available. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Can't we give more than 5 Stars??

Just returned from 7 days at the property and cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! From the day of arrival and changing plans for arrival times, to the in-person visit and tour of the home from Shannon, to the lovely welcome basket, the guidance about traffic and police presence in the evenings on highways, the tour of the farm - not to mention how well appointed the home is! Even complete with an evening visitor named Ricky Bobby we all came to love and adore (a sweet kitty). The location was perfect for us as well - lots of history, natural beauty, shopping and great restaurants nearby. If I could click my heels and be back there right now - I surely would! Thank you, Shannon and Jamie, for treating us like family.

Great biking location!

Group of friends found this to be a wonderful location for 3 full days of biking beautiful roads, taking a Bourbon Trail Tour, going to the track and enjoying the area. Good house for groups, and perfect for families/kids. Host Shannon is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed the week!

Perfect relaxing getaway!

Shannon was an amazing host! She made sure we had everything we needed and included a fun welcome basket! The house was clean and had plenty of space with the most cozy and comfortable beds! Pool was beautiful and the backyard was the perfect setup to relax. Great location and close to restaurants and shops in Versailles. We had the best weekend there!

Bourbon and Horse Country Escape

Fantastic property for a group trip. Plenty of outdoor space for fun, including a sparkling clean pool, fire pit, grill and lots of outdoor seating. Great location on a horse farm in proximity to distilleries and not far from Lexington!

WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Wonderful property and property owners. The house was perfect, clean, and had plenty of room for a large group. The pool water was pristine well maintained. Shannon was an amazing host and made sure she was available in case we needed anything. We rented the property for a Bachelorette party and every single person, especially the bride, were so impressed with the property and with Shannon as a host. I would absolutely recommend this property, especially with Shannon as the host. Thanks for everything, Shannon! 💙
