Great house steps from the beach. The house was as advertised, clean, well appointed, great location, beautiful pool! We really enjoyed our stay, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. The air hockey table was a bonus on a rainy afternoon!

This is our second visit to this home, we absolutely adore it! It is perfect for a families needs, balancing the beach and pool time. The location is steps away from the beach. A new Publix opened in walking distance yet the neighborhood is private and residential. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway Near the Beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this Fort Lauderdale home! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to pop over anytime. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of thoughtful touches for families. From bikes and surfboards to board games and beach gear, everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation was provided.The pool was a real highlight—very clean, perfectly warm, and surrounded by plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The hosts were responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great family-friendly vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, had everything you could need from kitchen utensils, towels, beach toys and more. We liked the fact that all we needed to bring was groceries. Very short walk to the beach which was great! Communication with the owner started a couple days early, made for easy check in. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Place to Spend Time with Friends

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was helpful to have the additional kid items and fence around the pool when traveling with a 1yr old. We traveled with friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property managers were very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. It was close to the beach and had multiple dinning options near by. They had bikes, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas in the garage if you needed them. They also had plenty of floats for the pool.

Highly Recommend

Rented this for a family vacation and everything was amazing. Great location to a nice, quiet public beach with everything needed including a wagon to help transport. The sunrise was stunning from the beach. The host was so wonderful sharing helpful information, and the response time was immediate. The house was clean & pool was amazing. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved this home. It was immaculately clean and had everything we could’ve asked for, especially when traveling with young children. Our kids loved the pool, beach toys, and their special bedroom with bunk beds (complete with toddler bumpers!). The location was amazing, walkable to a beautiful beach. Rachel and Ari were fantastic hosts, very kind and helpful, and quick to respond to our questions. We would choose to stay here again and again!

We were so happy with our stay, the posting is accurate to the property and amenities. It was ideal for us, two families with young children (kids room together). They had everything needed for young kids, and the fence around the pool was amazing, it really let us relax while letting the kids roam around. The beach is really close, and they had all the carts/towels/chairs needed. Toys (both indoor and beach/pool toys were great! Ordering groceries via delivery app was helpful so we could spend more time at the beach/pool.

Wonderful property and host

I can’t say enough good things about the property and host. First off, the host was able to accommodate our booking with less than 24 hours notice as we had found ourselves without lodging due to unforeseen circumstances. Secondly, the property itself was fantastic, as it was clean, well organized, and had everything a family of 6 would need for both fun and relaxation. The highlight of the stay was the pool (with waterfall), and very short walk/proximity to the beach (less than a block away). Everything required for a day at the beach was available at the property (umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc.). Overall, a great stay!

The perfect vacation

We have just had a week staying in this house. There were 4 adults and a 1 year old and a toddler. The house is perfect … the pool was fenced, the children’s toys are of a high quality, there were pool floats suitable for all ages, cribs, high chair, children’s table etc . We couldn’t have asked for more. The 3 bedrooms are roomy, beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of storage and great ensuites. Everything in the house made the week a very easy week of relaxing and spending time with family.

Great house!

We just spent a week at this home. It is cute, cozy and comfortable! The owners are fantastics and responsive. Truly 150 steps from the beach, nestled in a quiet area with plenty of options for dinner if you want to venture out. Loved having all our beach necessities included too. Perfect Family Beach House!

Book this property! We stayed for a week in June of 2024. The house is absolutely perfect for families, even infants. The backyard is a dream, the house has everything you need in it and more. The garage is loaded with toys, strollers, bikes, etc. Even a water table!! Just bring your clothes and get groceries. The beach is steps away, without crossing any busy streets. We never had a problem finding any room on the beach. The beach was clean and quiet. As a parent, the convenience, safety, location, and accommodations of this property are unmatched to other VRBOs we have stayed in. Rachel is the sweetest and very helpful. We look forward to coming back!!

LOCATION The proximity to the beach is incredible. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach is quiet and relaxing and beautiful!
The BACKYARD is amazing. You'll love the pool with the shelf and waterfall. Lots of patio furniture (4 lounge chairs, conversation patio set).
HOUSE - open floor plan, comfortable, light and bright beach decor
