Esta hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra en un lote de medio acre. Es una casa estilo rancho con sótano. Tiene dos habitaciones en la planta principal y dos en el sótano. La casa está muy céntrica en un barrio tranquilo. Hay un hogar de ancianos al otro lado de la calle, el Hospital Poudre Valley está a dos minutos, las tiendas y restaurantes están a dos minutos, CSU está a cuatro minutos y los viejos tiempos están a solo 1/2 millas de distancia. Gran base de operaciones para viajes de montaña y esquí.
Casa puede dormir trece personas con dos camas queen, una cama doble y tres camas individuales más camas inflables.
El área al aire libre es muy tranquila y enorme que ofrece numerosas áreas de asientos al aire libre, pozo de fuego, barbacoa, herraduras, hoyo de maíz, croquet, voleibol y una casa de juegos para niños.

The house needs a lot of attention to cleanliness. It is very dark and lighting is very poor. Front entry is not well lit and is unsafe for older people. The yard is very large but not mowed and cleaned up. Cannot recommend this property

There were no pillow cases on some of the beds, the a/c didn’t work when we got there, but they did let us know someone was coming to fix it. The dishwasher didn’t work. When my son was laying on the floor playing with my grandson a bug was crawling on him. He looked it up on a bug app and it said it was a bed bug. We didn’t see anymore of them and checked our beds but didn’t see anything so we aren’t for sure. There were no doors on some of the bedrooms. Several of the lights had burnt out lights bulbs. There were spiders crawling on the basement walls by one of the beds. Overall it was not a good experience there.

There is an actual gravestone in the front yard! The house smells like old person and it looks like it hasn’t been updated since the ‘60’s! There are religious things everywhere. Everything in the house is so old and the house is super dark inside. The only nice thing is the back yard is huge and can be a fun place in the summer

The outside yard of this home is just amazing! Perfect for families with little kids that need to get wiggles out or just sitting outside with coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening! The beds were plentiful and comfortable! We hope to book again! Thank you!

Cozy little house with great backyard

We have rented this property to spend weekend in Fort Collins while our daughter had graduation ceremony at CSU. We have appreciated that the house was just a short drive to campus and there is close proximity of shops - walking distance to Walgreens and Safeway and short drive to Walmart. House is a bit older and dated but it has its charm. We have enjoyed nice backyard which was ideal to relax or play various sports (sport equipment and various stuff for children was a pleasant surprise). Overall it was a great experience for our family.

Great location, not quite as advertised

We were attending our daughter’s graduation from CSU and the location was perfect. I would not really consider this house a 4 bedroom. There is 1 true bedroom, a converted garage (not temperature regulated and no door, just a curtain), and 2 rooms in the basement. Most of the beds were fairly uncomfortable and I could not identify the second queen size bed. Small bathroom sink and tub do not drain well. That bathroom is also quite dark and without an electrical outlet. The other bathroom is quite nice. Measuring cups and spoons would have been helpful. I would have communicated all of this directly to the host, but she never responded to my text after I let her know we were leaving.

Family Wedding in town

The neighborhood is spectacular and we enjoyed walking around it. The house, and its furnishings, as others have pointed out, is a little tired, though we all slept very well and air conditioning works great. I had a hard time finding a pot with a tight lid in order to make oatmeal…. Many very used and bent cookware could be replaced with 3 good pots and an unscratched skillet. I ended up buying a pot at Target. The microwave didn’t run without tripping the power strip and the dishwasher doesn’t work so it would be challenging to have as many guests as the number of plates and forks that are in the cabinet supports. Overall, a nice place for hanging out between our family events, lovely yard, not great if you want to do some real cooking.

Family Getaway

We had a lovely stay with 13 people, including both my wife and my families. This home fit all of us and had plenty of space especially in the huge backyard. We appreciated Jennifer’s communication and support throughout our stay. She was a fantastic host.

Wonderful Location and Outdoor Space

Centrally located to Colorado State University and Old Town Fort Collins, this house offers guests an incredible opportunity to explore the local scene with ease. Separately, the expansive front and backyards offer plenty of space to spread out, play yard games, and or enjoy Colorado’s pristine climate. Highly encourage starting each day with a walk to Consuelo’s Express for delicious breakfast burritos!

Accurate Description

The property is accurately described. The back yard is amazing. The interior is dated visually as well as functionality. It was odd not to have a door on the bedroom off of the living room. Saying all of that, the property was exactly what we needed. We had family coming in from 4 states and another country. It was wonderful to sit around in a comfortable space that could accommodate all of us playing games and visiting with each other.

A step back in time

We adored our stay at this cute, funky, time capsule! It was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor space couldn't be beat, especially for the kids.

The stay is a bit of a time capsule, but it was clean and roomy. It slept 11 people comfortably. It would be nice if there were cornhole boards for use in the big backyard. The host was responsive.

Quiet older home with lots of room and amazing backyard

Great location, quiet, a/c worked great, backyard is amazing. Home is definitely older and pretty well worn. Lots of space, but no doors on most sleeping areas was less than ideal. Host very helpful and gracious.

Old Fort Collins

Quaint, comfortable, old fashion house in a great Fort Collins neighborhood. Plenty to see and do nearby. Wonderful yard with games for kids and adults and several sitting areas. Owner is very responsive to requests.

Amazing back yard!

This house is in a beautiful part of Fort Collins. The yard is huge and shady. The house reminds me of a cabin, there were plenty of bedrooms. It is an older home, but was comfortable. We'll stay there again.

Convenient location

This property is located about a mile from the Old Town area of Fort Collins. Poudre Valley hospital is just about a block away. There are many local businesses within easy walking distance. The property has a great yard and the owners provide outside activities for kids and adults. Unfortunately, the home itself is dated. The dishwasher was out of service, and we couldn't get the washer to function. We also found that dusting was needed. We met the owners at the property a day prior to our checking in. They were very gracious and flexible as to when we could arrive and depart.
