The house was great, bedrooms and ensuites were outstanding, we are all in good shape so walking stairs was not an issue, may be a few more items in the kitchen would be nice

The resort was in a great location and was large enough to fit everyone comfortably. Close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to all the different hiking trails and attractions.

Great condo for a family celebration. We had 10 family members staying there and there was lots of room to spread out. Comfortable beds. Location is good as you can easily walk into town along the river. Definitely would recommend this place to stay in Canmore.

Great check-in instructions and communication in general. Very clean with comfortable beds. Water pressure low in one of the showers initially but fixed the same day we mentioned it Hot tub worked great. Easy 10 minute walk in to town of Canmore. The only thing I would let other potential renters know is that if a few people are showering at the same time, the water to the entire unit potentially could shut off as a safety feature. When I spoke with management, they said it was a safety mechanism as it could detect everyone showing at once as a potential flood. Woke up one morning with no water for two hours until maintenance guy could come and turn on the pop-up safety valve that was in a locked door in the basement floor bedroom. Spoke with the renters in the unit next-door and they were told about this possibility and even had instructions on want to do and how to turn off the safety valve if it clicked on accidentally. Would have been nice to be notified of this possibility and also to have access to the locked door in order to fix the problem ourselves if it happened. But barring this our stay was wonderful and would recommend this unit!

The place was great for our group of 8 and very clean. Check in was smooth and location was great, close to downtown and restaurants in the Spring Creek area.

Great location with privacy for enjoying your balconys facing the forest and mountains!

We really loved Canmore and the location of the unit. We enjoyed the privacy of the back of the unit with all of its balconys facing the trees. This allowed us not to see cars or people while we enjoyed the outdoor views. 360 degree views of the mountains from the back of the unit. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing place

Great place with walking distance to restaurants and brewery. Our group loved having full bathrooms in each bedrooms upstairs and very comfy beds. Would come back for sure.

Best ever !

Absolutely perfect for us 4, so much space and the bedrooms were perfect and especially the bathrooms - big. A TV in each room and the massive TV in the living room. Had everything we needed. Had an issue with the remote and they helped me right away and even delivered batteries for the remotes with in 15minutes of phone them.

Canmore Stay

A group of friends stayed in this unit, we felt a bit disappointing, for price we paid. The pictures posted did not represent the damage and wear & tear from previous guests. They stated the unit could sleep 14pl, & that there was 5 bedrooms. There were 4 bedrooms and a flex space that had a double bed. There wasn't enough towels for everyone to have showers & for hot tub use. Bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper. There were no protective matress covers. Some of our group felt that double beds shouldn't be marked for 2 adults too tight, but fine for kids. Fridge & freezer doors would not close properly, broken cabinets. The garage door wouldn't stay closed unless locked. Really felt a lack of upkeep and missed details. The area is close to downtown, lots of party rentals loud groups in complex. Nice views of mountains. Convenient hottub, but not very private to neighbors. Also found a few pieces of jewelry in carpets... suggests no vacuuming? Lots of stairs and no shared bathroom on main living areas.

Ski vacation

Great property for a family vacation, everyone has their own bathroom, with shower. Lots of seating in living room area. Nice to have the kuerig and brewed coffee with pods supplied. Everything you might need is there, and if there was a problem they were quick to respond and fix of necessary. Just a little disappointed as hot tub was not working which we needed after skiing.

Great House, no Hotub

House was great and for 4 couples it is perfect. For kids or groups who'd rather not share a bed, there are options but it doesn't have any bunks or multibed rooms. Hot tub did not work, we book our ski trips based on location, bedrooms and a hotub so we were disappointed there. we were given access to a community tub but, it is not the same.

Great location and lots of room for a family vacation!

We loved our stay in Canmore and this property. We could walk to the Main Street shops and only 5 min drive to the grocery store which was a big plus for our 10-day stay. Also, only a 25 min easy drive to Banff and an hour to Banff and Lake Louise ski resorts. The amenities were nice (hot tub, heated bathroom floors, large TV and own bathroom for every bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The host was awesome! Emailed him several times with questions/requests and he promptly responded. Highly recommend this place and the host!

Great set up for group of 11.... lots of room and well equipped for all needs. We also catered from AVI Kitchen and had dropped off. Perfect week all the way around.

Unit is suitable for large groups and easy to get to. Unit is not maintained to the standard I expected for the nightly rate. Broken doors in kitchen, very marked up walls and stained furniture. Plumbing in master bathroom is horrible as sink doesn’t drain and there is a sewage smell that leads me to believe the stack isn’t enter properly.

Lovely place to stay!

This was a lovely place to stay - it was clean, spacious, and everything is as pictured. It was perfect for our group of 8. They stocked a lot of useful items (e.g. bear spray) and the host was exceptionally communicative (always checking in to make sure we were doing well). A couple things of note - there are a lot of stairs (you certainly get your exercise) and the garage is a little small (one of our cars couldn't fit) but there is a lot of extra parking on the street which they explain.
