Casa de lujo construida a medida en la hermosa y relajante comunidad de Ozello en Crystal River. Espectaculares vistas a la costa, sala de puesta de sol cerrada y acceso directo al golfo desde el muelle privado y el muelle con el lanzamiento del barco en la propiedad. Disfrute de la vista de manatíes, delfines y una gran cantidad de aves y vida salvaje local desde la comodidad de esta propiedad especial.

El hermoso patio ajardinado incluye un estanque privado para peces (no apto para la pesca o la captura) y comederos para pájaros para una experiencia de naturaleza completa en la isla.

La primera vez que se alquila, ¡una oportunidad única para ser nuestros nuevos huéspedes en esta casa especial!

Dos recámaras (una king, una queen), dos baños completos, un área para sentarse debajo del corredor de la casa y una gran sala cerrada al atardecer con vistas al agua, la vida silvestre y las islas circundantes.

Ofrecemos acceso a internet wifi (lo siento, no hay cable o satélite), aunque no podemos garantizar una conectividad ininterrumpida debido a la naturaleza remota de la propiedad y el clima potencial.

La ocupación máxima de esta propiedad no es más de 4 personas (incluye adultos y niños). Lo sentimos, no se admiten mascotas.

El alquiler también incluye el acceso al uso de kayak de alta calidad por parte de nuestros huéspedes sin cargo adicional, un ahorro tremendo y una forma increíble de explorar el área de Ozello. ¡Lanzamiento directo desde la propiedad!

We have stayed at many VRBO’s and have never had such perfect hosts. From booking all the way through our visit they kept in touch sent suggestions and made sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend Ozello Island Home. Fully equipped with everything you can imagine and let’s not forget the most amazing sunsets you will ever see.

The kitchen is fully stocked to include a tea kettle which was AMAZING!!!! The kayaks were great for fishing!!! The dock was great to fish from. The sunsets were epic. Communication with the host was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!!!

The view and natural surroundings were phenomenal; the house was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked; and the host was very responsive. It was so nice, we ended up staying an extra day. I would mention to future guests, it is a little bit of a drive to "civilization", but very enjoyable with all the natural features. This is our second stay there, and will no doubt return.

Very nice loved the view and safe secure location. We caught dozens of crabs from the dock but very few fish. Wrong time of year for good fishing from the dock we were told from our fishing guide. Local restaurants were amazing and the drive to town was so scenic it never got old. Perfect home to just get away from it all and relax.

Beautiful retreat

We loved our stay at the Ozello Sunset House. We had everything we needed to make meals at home and the view was just lovely. Lots of birds to see and, on our last evening, a manatee on the way to Peck’s! Robyn was extremely responsive whenever we had a question and she was a complete pleasure work with. Being out in Ozello was like a different world and we just loved it. Thank you!!

We could look out the porch window forever

Terrific! Very comfortable stay. We were there during a cold snap and loved looking out the front window at the birds and porpoises. The kayaks were great and there is plenty to explore. Super convenient to walk to Peck’s for lunch or dinner and the kitchen was well equipped to dine in as well. We will be back!

A peaceful gem

Our family stayed over Christmas break and had a lovely time! The view is breathtaking and home very comfy. The king size bed may be the most comfortable thing I've ever slept in! ;) Our family swam with the manatees and did a lot of fishing and kayaking. We saw multiple dolphins from our dock! It is a bit of a drive from the main road but there is a great restaurant a 5 minute walk away. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat and quality time with loves ones, this is the spot for you!

Amazing!!

I have nothing to say but great things about this place. In a tranquil quiet spot with a restaurant right down the street. My daughter and I brought our fishing rods and caught so many fish off the dock it got boring. So great, totally recommend!!

Fantastic House Great Location!

The house was everything we hoped for. Very clean and well appointed. Beautiful views all around the property. Our young daughter had a blast fishing from the dock. This is a perfect location for getting away from the crowds and experiencing Old Florida again. Will definately book this again!

Great Escape

Our goal was to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and this location met that goal. We wanted to be on the water to fish and boat. The house had kayaks enough for 4 people so we used them every day. The water can be really shallow in places so the kayaks were a good substitute when it was to shallow for our john boat. The house has a great enclosed front porch and we spent most of our time there enjoying the view and watching the marine life. Would high recommend this place if you want to get away from everything and everyone!

Perfect Fishing Getaway

House has everything you could need for a fishing trip. Brought our 25ft boat and had no problems navigating the water or using the dock. If you have a t-top you’ll have to go to the boat ramp down the road, we didn’t fit under the house to use the ramp at the house. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating

Little slice of paradise

The property is well maintained, clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable and just perfect if you enjoy peace, tranquility, and nature. If you're looking for a place to be welcomed as if your a local this is it. The entire community treats you like family, you are secluded enough to be bothered by noone, yet close enough to go out and do daily outings. My husband and I swam with manatees, enjoyed a airboat ride from the local bait shop (Mrs. Finns Oarhouse, they are AWESOME) where we saw sea turtles, sting rays, manatees and dolphins. We kayaked daily out into the mangroves and caught tons of fish. The food on the island is incredible. Backwater Fins, literally everything on the menu is delicious! Yes we ate there that much lol. If I could give this trip 10 stars I would, I completely fell in love with Ozello, this island has moved to the top of my "move to retire" list.

Great waterfront house with splendid view

Thus waterfront house is very individual: all is well arranged and all services are well available. The location at the end of Ozello Trail is very remote and thus very quite. If somehow lucky, one may spot manatees or dolphins in the lagoon...as we did! The pmace is great to do kayaking tours by yourselves! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Ozello Sunset House

The property was gorgeous. Had everything we needed to have a great stay. Had a great time (feeding) the fish and even caught a few crabs. Sunsets were outstanding. Thanks for our experience. 😊

Beautiful sunset!

The place was just as described. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. Host was quick to respond for a few minor issues. The sunsets were just amazing. You don’t want to miss it!!!!! Only suggestion I have is a few more chairs outdoors.
