Agaves es un nuevo y moderno desarrollo de condominios en el barrio de Punta Santa Cruz. El desarrollo ofrece una piscina compartida además de la piscina privada de la unidad, y seguridad las 24 horas con proximidad a la ciudad y la playa.

LA COMUNIDAD

¡Disfruta de los beneficios de estar a poca distancia de playas, marinas, supermercados, restaurantes y paisajes impresionantes! Para los amantes del agua salada, está a 10 minutos a pie de las playas que elija: Santa Cruz o Chahue.

DORMITORIOS Y DISEÑO

El condominio boutique cuenta con dos dormitorios, dos baños y puede alojar cómodamente a cuatro personas. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king-size, mientras que el segundo dormitorio ofrece una reina.

COCINA Y ÁREA DE VIDA

La sala de estar de concepto abierto cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana, un gran sofá seccional y acceso directo a su terraza privada soleada. En este espacio de vida de concepto abierto se incluye la cocina, que ofrece un diseño contemporáneo con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una estufa incorporada y una isla. Ya sea que elija cocinar sus comidas en la cocina completamente equipada o aprovechar nuestro programa de chef, ambas opciones están disponibles.

PISCINA Y COMODIDADES

¡Aproveche su piscina privada exclusiva para la unidad! Pase su tiempo en la amplia terraza del condominio y relájese mientras disfruta de las increíbles vistas y la cálida brisa del océano. ACTIVIDADES LOCALES

Los taxis en Huatulco están disponibles las 24 horas del día y son muy asequibles. Si está pensando en una ronda de golf, Las Parotas Golf Club se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche. Para aprovechar el excelente surf que Huatulco tiene para ofrecer, no tendrá que alejarse mucho, ya que la playa de surf más cercana se encuentra a aproximadamente 15 minutos en automóvil. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was a very nice, compact, 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms with all the amenities one could need. There were beach chairs, snorkeling vests, pool toys and beach towels. We used the pantry service which was very handy as we arrived late at night and could have a snack, drink, and breakfast the next day without having to go anywhere straight away. Had a great time in Huatulco! The place was amazing! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for our family of four. Walkable to the market, a beach and a few great restaurants! I would highly recommend this place!!

Amazing stay in Huatulco

Excellent condo walking distance to one beach and several restaurants. Beautiful ocean view, and the private roof top dip pool was amazing. Check in and communication were excellent. They even ensured we had plenty of drinking water for the entire stay. The condo is a short walk to a grocery store and a 1 minute cab ride which costs 35 pesos to the main town of La Crucecita and all the shopping and restaurants you could want. All the best beaches are a short cab ride away. There was construction going on near by but we did not hear it. It was a wonderful time and the condo is in an excellent location. We will definitely book here again.

Great vacation condo in Huatulco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Exactly as described. We were met by a representative of the rental agency and given a thorough introduction to the condo and complex. The place was clean and well maintained. The rooftop deck with barbecue and plunge pool were highlights. Air conditioning worked well, did not need long to cool a room, and were careful not to overuse. Strata pool was well kept and just long enough to swim laps. Great location, very short walk to the big grocery store, and easy to hail a taxi in front of the Elektra store nearby. Wifi was excellent. Easy to reach management via text messaging. We truly enjoyed our holiday at Agaves 204.

Excellent location and well appointed condo near Chahue beach

The condo is very clean and presents exactly as shown in the photos on-line. Everything that you need is there for a very comfortable vacation/get-away! The common area pool was cleaned everyday or every couple days and had very little attendance from other condo owners during our 3 weeks there...very nice! The upper plunge pool was refreshing late in the afternoon or evening. The BBQ and in suite laundry worked very well, making our stay more enjoyable. The new condo construction across the driveway from the condo complex was a bit of a surprise when we checked in; the work started at 6:30 AM and ended about 6:30 pm each weekday which was disappointing but we got used to it during our stay. The Palm properties staff were very accommodating to our needs for water delivery and the mid week room cleanings. The MHV staff communicated frequently for the few water utility service issues that affected the condo complex during our stay which was much appreciated. We plan to stay here again. The location was excellent with only a 5 minute walk to Chedraui and 10 minutes to Santa Cruz beach.

My Huatulco Vacation was extremely prompt with any questions or requests that we had. Agaves 204 was stocked extremely well. Including all the cleaning supplies we needed and toilet paper. We travel out of the USA yearly and several times a year in the country, this was the nicest place and the best property management company we have ever worked with.The location of the property couldn't have been better. It is only a 10-minute walk to Santa Cruz beach and their beautiful park. This is where the cruise ships dock. It's a 15-minute walk to La Crucecita. This is where the famous church and park are. Make sure to go in the evening for all the street vendors. It's a 5-minute walk to Chahue. There are two beach clubs there Sea Soul and Quinta Bella. Both are wonderful to experience being served food and drinks at a beautiful pool and fantastic ocean view. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, Chedraui. It's a 2-minute walk to Elekta where you can grab a taxi in about 1 minute.The views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom are fantastic and the rooftop dip pool is just amazing. The only hard part is the last bit of the walk up the hill to get to the unit. It's about 1 minute, but it's steep. When we took a taxi back we always had them drop us off at the top.If we go back to Hualtuco we would only stay with My Huatulco Vacation and would try to stay at Agaves 204 again!

Mi estancia

Muy bonita vista como la de la foto. El lugar muy caliente y el aire acondicionado no sirve el de la habitación principal.Lo reporte pero no hubo respuesta me dijeron que llegarían a arreglarlo pero mandaron al mismo chico que hizo el Chek in y pues según lo reportó pero nadie vino a solucionar el problema.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for 4 guests. The rooftop area is a great place to relax and having are own pool and bbq was a big bonus. Myhuatulcovacation staff were so great a getting back to us with anything we needed, like water,reservations to restaurants,trips and a ride to and from the airport.
