Este es un apartamento VINTAGE. Es un edificio de 45 años, y este Estudio / Eficiencia ha sido cuidadosamente cuidado por nuestra Madre de 90 años durante la mayoría de esos años. Está decorada con sus pertenencias, almohadas cosidas a mano y tiene hermosos pisos de roble color miel. Esta es una visita a la casa de tu abuela o bisabuela. Es ACOGEDOR y cómodo. Este es un condominio de eficiencia FRENTE AL MAR en el segundo piso (primer piso por encima del nivel del vestíbulo). Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con PISCINA al aire libre y terraza en el mismo piso que la unidad. Hay una entrada con llave con un gerente en el lugar, seguridad, instalaciones de lavandería, estacionamiento subterráneo, estacionamiento exterior, ascensores e INTERNET inalámbrico gratuito. La playa y el paseo marítimo están literalmente fuera de la puerta principal. Relájate en el BALCÓN PRIVADO y disfruta de las ESPECTACULARES vistas. The view is unbeatable--right on the water! The studio is cozy and comfortable--I packed to stay in (for the most part--still had to go around the corner for some great oysters!) and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend with a stack of books and the sounds of the ocean.

This is a perfect location for access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping without having to drive. The condo is clean and comfortable with a small patio overlooking the beach. It is a studio but it was large enough for us for three nights with two kids ages 13 and 11. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

I think this was our 4th year using Jane's condo...so that says it all. There is no better location and the apartment has everything needed for a comfy stay. We are already looking forward to a repeat stay in 2026. I've been staying at Star of the Sea for over 50 years.

Amazing just like every year. This is the place to stay at Rehoboth Beach. We parked the car on Tuesday and didn't see it again until we checked out on Saturday morning. Everything is right there. My family has fallen in love with Jane's Unit and will be returning every summer. The communication from the owner is amazing. Not one bad thing to say in 3 consecutive years other than we've been totally spoiled being steps from the beach!

Perfect Beach Condo

This is our second time staying at this lovely condo. Abby does a wonderful communicating and answers all questions ahead of time. This place is perfect for a couple who wants to be right on the beach and boardwalk. It’s so nice to be able to go back and forth from the condo to the beach in a few steps. We spent the days on the beach and walking the boardwalk in the evenings. The place was very clean and welcoming. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

Cozy and Convenient

We had a wonderful time staying here. The property was very clean and exactly as described. We could feel the love that had been put into it! All of our activities were less than a 10 minute walk away which was very convenient as well. Highly recommend this property for other couples or a young family!

Cozy and Convenient Gem

Jane’s Unit is now our favorite place to stay at Rehoboth! It’s a perfect size for our small family and is cozy, very clean, and couldn’t be more convenient to the boardwalk, ocean, Funland, restaurants and shops. The building felt secure and being able to park in the garage and leave our car to walk everywhere was a huge perk! You also can’t beat the beautiful ocean views over the boardwalk. Owner communication was very clear and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

A dream trip

This property was outstanding! Spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. And the view was just to die for. There were some stormy days but with the balcony and the view, it didn’t even matter. The location is perfect too. I parked my car in the underground garage and just walked to restaurants and the boardwalk. AJ, the owner, provided very detailed information and was very easy to contact. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing sunrise views!

Very welcoming space, nicely decorated, amazing views of the sunrise and the beach! Great location walkable to everywhere we wanted to go! Host is very responsive and gives excellent, detailed information. Jane’s Unit will definitely be our 1st choice whenever we’re in Rehoboth!
