If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay with the perfect properly owner, look no further! You cannot go wrong with this house. Spacious design, welcoming interior, and a great property owner! The pool was well heated and a great place to relax at the end of the day. The neighborhood is quiet but close to just about anything you could want!

The house itself was adequate for our needs. It was as described. The location of the home was great as we did not mind being 15 minutes from downtown or 5-10 minutes from restaurants. I would recommend this house to people as we would probably use it again.The bathrooms, in particular the showers need attention because of mold on the tile and shower curtain. We found 2 small cockroaches near drains.We sprayed bleach to try to help the problem. It was obvious this has been neglected for a while.Dog owners should be aware that the fenced in pool area is turf-only. There is a large grassy area behind it (un-fenced) where we let the dogs go potty. Please be careful here, we had encounters with unattended off leash dogs. There is an Australian shepherd across the street that roams onto the nearby properties sometimes. On the 3rd day of our stay, a neighbor 2 doors down had their dogs (1 large and 1 small) out. The larger dog dug a hole under the fence which the small dog used to escape and run barking to our daughters and dog. It was barking, trying to get to our dog, and biting my daughter’s feet as she tried to keep it away. Luckily our dog, an adult German shepherd, is highly trained and calmly stayed in a “down” until they were able to get her inside.It took my daughters 30-45 minutes to catch the dog with a leash and get the neighbors to answer the door after several attempts.This is of course not the fault of the homeowner on VRBO, just something to be aware of.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. During our stay we had deer eating in the front yard. Host was very responsive to our questions and provided great references for a massage and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! The house has a lot of space. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and grilling outside. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Richard our host was great communicating with me and replying promptly. We will definitely come back here.

This is a great location if you have an Airman graduating from Lackland. It is 20 minutes away from base, but feels like it is in the country. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There is a H-E-B grocery and a Walmart a couple miles away. I would describe the furnishing as eclectic, but everything was comfortable and clean. The house is stocked with games and books. They have lots of pool floats and toys. My only caution is there is lots of steps. There are steps from the living room to kitchen, kitchen to dining room, dining room to entry and then the steps to upstairs. There are also step ups on both sides of the patio. We had a couple of falls but no injuries. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are good size. The closet in the master is HUGE! The air conditioning works great and the bedrooms also have ceiling fans. It is hot in San Antonio so this was appreciated. We had 4 generations in town for graduation and this was the perfect house for all of us to stay. Richard was a nice host and easy to work with.

This house was absolutely beautiful and Richard was an exceptional host. We rented this house to host our wedding "reception" and it was perfect for the occasion. I believe we will be using this house again for any of our other staycation needs. Thank you for helping make our big day so special!

The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of our stay. My family enjoyed the layoutnof the home. The kitchen, and the livingroom were where we spent most of our time catching up. Easy entry and access to the garage was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the pool!

We came to town for a trip to Seaworld. The park was a short ride away, The house was spacious and well appointed. The pool was wonderful ! Richard responded to questions in a timely manner.

BIRTHDAY...BIRTHDAY...BIRTHDAY!!!

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY AT RJ'S HOUSE!!! House was very clean, roomy and we lived in the pool the entire time. Richard was very responsive and answered all of our questions. House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. So much space for all 6 of us to spread out. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back in San Antonio. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway with an amazing host!

We are beyond impressed with the lovely property and the amazing host! The property itself exceeded our expectations and were exactly like the pictures but better! We spent the weekend there celebrating our daughter's college graduation. We had a small dinner with family and friends. The place was so spacious and perfect for the amount of people that were there. The pool was everything!! We spent the entire weekend enjoying the pool that we didn't even want or have to go anywhere. Richard was such a gracious host. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bowl of delicious snacks and a very nice card. If you plan to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, then I highly suggest that you get this property. We will definitely come back!!!

Excellent Choice!

This property exceeded our expectations and provided an excellent place for my family to celebrate our grandson's graduation from his air force training. The host was gracious from the start and was very responsive with our request to dial up the heat in the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Richard!

Home away from home

We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here. We hosted a birthday party and the amenities of the home along with the large open floor plan made for a beautiful setup! 10/10 Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great host

This was a great place to stay. Richard is quick to respond and left a welcome basket of snacks for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean. Loved having the pool to enjoy.

Pool was great

The Pool made this a great stay. Well kept. The beds were noisy and the pots and pans were in rough shape. Other than that this was a great stay! Out of the way of traffic and a quiet neighborhood but easy to get to everything.
