Hermosa casa de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños completos con piscina cerca de la Interestatal 95 y Gatlin Blvd con fácil acceso a todo. 20 minutos a Jensen Beach, campos de golf públicos dentro de 10 minutos, 40 minutos a Palm Beach Outlets, a 25 minutos del centro de Ft. Pierce, pesca en alta mar. Las atracciones del parque y South Beach están a 2 horas. Super Walmart al otro lado de la calle de este barrio seguro. Bass Pro Shop, tiendas de lujo Tradition Plaza y restaurantes a poca distancia en bicicleta. Futbolín y juegos. Calentador de piscina instalado antes del 15 de noviembre.
Esta casa está respaldada por el bosque con una valla de privacidad de 6 pies para un retiro tranquilo junto a la piscina rodeada de plantas y flores tropicales. Incluso viene con su propia barra de tiki REAL. Cuando coloque el comedero para pájaros, verá cardenales rojos brillantes, empavesados pintados y cualquier otro pájaro de color. The pool is very private. The home was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the walk around the lake across the street is very relaxing. We we had an issue the host corrected them immediately.

Convenient location in a nice neighborhood

We stayed a month. We really liked the comfort of the bed, the well equipped kitchen and the privacy of the backyard. The pool was wonderful too and the pool was cleaned every Monday. There were plenty of towels and linens. We liked the big dining room table as well. We missed the convenience of having a gas grill. There is a small charcoal grill we used a few times. All the outdoor seating needs a refresh, as do all the mats and area rugs. The plants around the house and pool are overgrown. That being said we had a pleasant stay.

Won’t be back

House wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Had to clean stove and oven before we used it and when I opened the oven door the handle fell off. Floor was dirty and outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Vacuum didn’t work, no belt. Bathroom rugs were disgusting. Had to wash them. We cleaned it up and enjoyed our time in Pirt St Lucie. We will not rent here again.

Nice home in Convenient location.

After spending a week here to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday, I have no complaints with this home. It's a nice home that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really wanted privacy during this trip and this home provided that. No random pool or yard service people showing up. Thank you. The heated pool was great. The only real concern I had during my stay were the number of spiders around the pool area. Thankfully, there were none in the house. The home is in a good location with a surprising number of police officers who live in the area; one being only about 2 houses down the street. I will say that I would rather have the ability to park in the garage to keep the car cool rather than having the so-called "game room" that only has one game in it. Honestly, ya'll could just get rid of that foosball table. No one is renting this house for that. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

The Jungle Smoker Paradise: An Unforgettable Experience

Red flag number 1, the host contacted immediately after initial booking with a strange message about there being a digital lock and that payment to them won't come for several days after check-in. Red flag number 2, the house is for sale which is a surprise because that was not disclosed in the property details or prior to check-in. As we made our way up to the front door, we had to navigate through the dense jungle of plants. The foliage was so thick that it seemed to be reaching out to touch us from both sides. We were warned not to touch the plants, as doing so would result in a fine according to the property rules. Upon entering, the pungent smell of long-time smokers immediately assaulted our senses. It was the unmistakable odor of someone who had smoked heavily indoors. If you are sensitive to such smells or are traveling with a child you may know the struggle ahead. The only option provided by the host was to open the door to the patio. With the heat index soaring over 100 degrees for the week, it was clear that everyone would struggle in such conditions. In an attempt to save the vacation, after 2 hours at the property we checked out. It was a costly lesson to learn that the term "completely renovated" in the listing only meant superficial changes to make the property suitable for vacation rentals.

Family wedding

We had an amazing time! Great home for family get togethers. Beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors, gorgeous landscaped backyard with beautiful heated pool. We both have stressful careers and coming from Texas to a family wedding here just added to it. But relaxing in this home with the amenities was just what was needed. Highly recommend. Responsive hosts. Will definitely be back.

A tropical paradise

The yard was filled with tropical plants which made the pool area private and beautiful. There was a large dining table to play games with the family and the teens enjoyed the foosball table. The house was clean and nicely updated. The owners answered all my questions quickly and were easy to work with. Overall a great place.

Complete upscale renovation Sept 2022. The pool is heated with a top of the line heat pump for 85 *F. We do not charge extra for heating the pool. The pool is also equipped with a high grade salt water system for a soft luxurious swim with no bleaching or irritating chemicals to burn the eyes or skin.

The home provides a fully stocked kitchen complete with utensils and a blender, toaster, commercial coffee maker, rice maker etc. There is also a charcoal grill on the back patio (utensils for it are in the kitchen).

Free high-speed internet with WiFi, and two large HD televisions with streaming movies and full television channel selection (cable and local).

The home sits across from the lake with a city maintained walking/jogging path. All amenities and upscale chain restaurants are less than 2 miles down the street.
