The home is in a great location, but our stay was disappointing. We specifically booked this property because it included 2 golf carts, yet one never worked and the other repeatedly died, leaving us stranded and ultimately unusable. The golf carts should be fully inspected and working before guests arrive. We also noticed several smaller maintenance issues, including outlets upstairs that didn’t all work (making it impossible to use a night light and phone charger at the same time on either side of the bed) and stained sheets. The owners did provide a partial refund, which we appreciated, but I think future guests should know our experience so they can make an informed decision.

Throughout your stay, we kept you updated on the repair status and provided a partial refund to help offset the inconvenience. We also appreciate you bringing the electrical outlets and stained sheets to our attention. These items have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so they can be addressed promptly. Misleading the availability of use of golf carts

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented this property because it had two golf carts to use during our stay. When we arrived the rental agent told us that not one,but Both Golf carts were not working. We inquired why both were not working and she told us they were working to repair them. Well our stay ended five days later and the golf carts were still not repaired! We selected this house specifically due to the golf carts since the resort was spreadout and most transportation was done with the carts. We were very upset about the whole way this was handled and it really affected our enjoyment of our trip! Hopefully the management will compensate us for the loss of the golf carts. But so far they have not!!

Throughout your stay, our team remained in contact with the vendor daily and provided updates as they became available. While we were unable to restore the carts to service during your visit, we did provide a substantial credit to help offset the inconvenience and communicated that resolution directly with you. We understand this did not replace the experience you expected, and we regret that the situation impacted your enjoyment of the trip. Another great trip to Sandestin!!

Great trip and beautiful water! The unit was very clean and has been updated since we rented it about three years ago! We had a little trouble with one golf cart but they were “on it” quickly! Great communication with the property management team! We will come again soon!

Wonderful family vacation

Very clean and spacious home for our family of 8. Perfect location. We loved the golf carts and being able to ride anywhere we needed on them! Short distance to most places. Only complaint we have is that there is no dead bolt or inside lock on the main door. Our 3 year old and 2 year old were able to open the door and walk right outside! Other than that it was a great place to stay for a big family. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!

The property managers were super friendly and responsive, and the problem was resolved swiftly. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tivloi 5440 (a gated community) offered our family a lot of space to spread out with large rooms and 4 bathrooms. It was close enough to walk to the beach, but having two golf carts made it much more convenient going to the beach and driving over to BayTowne for dinner and shopping. There is a garage, which is great for storing beach chairs/toys and keeping them out of the house. It also backs up to the pool, which is very convenient for those that like time at the pool, but we never used it since our family is all about the beach. The townhome was a bit dated, but overall clean and comfortable. We thought it was a good value for what it offers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the SanDestin area, and have stayed there before. However, it was our first time staying in Tivoli and we loved it. Our section was gated and it gave you a quieter, secure atmosphere. The house was great, the pool was right behind it. We had the pool to ourselves the whole week (Sept) and it was so nice, large, and wonderful! Loved the layout of the house-great for 2 families. The golf cart provided us us with easy means to get to the beach, and also Baytowne. The only “negative” was the master king bed upstairs was too hard, and the downstairs king bed was too soft/worn. Hated to leave!

Everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time staying in this vacation condo. It was well equipped and comfortable. Large and roomy...home away from home! Perfect for the kids to come visit during our stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival and kitchen was well equipped.Gibson is an excellent rental agency! Very efficient and organized......excellent customer service!The only negative we had in this unit is the fact that the view is very limited. Surrounded by vegetation and an occasional deer. However, very user friendly with the 2 golf carts and the covered one came in handy with the cold weather we had in January.The back patio was a little disappointing with it being in the shade most of the day we hardly used it.Overall, we would recommend it for anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing vacation and a short walk to the beach.
