Estacionamiento en el primer piso con gran sauna y ducha. El segundo piso es el piso principal de vida y entretenimiento con cocina, sofás, chimenea, área de comedor y amplios ventanales con una gran terraza de observación y una corriente en el patio trasero con tres pequeñas cascadas. El tercer piso son las tres habitaciones, la principal con terraza privada con vista y las habitaciones de invitados que dan al patio trasero.
Excepcionales, expansivas, vistas panorámicas de más de 100 millas. Confort total en el piso principal con gran sala central, chimenea, sofás y TV Samsung de 75 pulgadas. Lugar de relajación total con sauna y corriente en el patio trasero. Nadar en el río Deschutes es una corta caminata de 2 minutos hasta el agua. Excelente esquí en el monte. Bacheloris está a solo 20 minutos de casa. Un corto paseo de diez minutos a lo largo del camino del río conduce al casco histórico con sus excelentes restaurantes, bares y otros negocios pintorescos. La vista y el alojamiento hacen una estadía increíble para aquellos que buscan un alquiler por 30 días. Perfecto para un escritor que busca escaparse un momento, para esquiar y la experiencia invernal, para divertirse en verano con muchos lagos y áreas silvestres para elegir, o para una pareja que se reúne para una estadía prolongada.

Really beautiful, comfortable home with lots of helpful amenities and a great location. My husband and I stayed for a month in August and were sad to leave! All of the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was super well stocked with nice herbs and spices and condiments. Back yard and front deck were both very nice options. Easy walks (tho uphill) to and from nearby parks and downtown Bend. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great Location

The property was really perfect. The backyard water feature was peaceful. Also, the house is in a great location with easy access to downtown and west-side dining. We loved it.

Fantastic location with a lovely view

We really enjoyed watching the sun rise from the large picture windows of this home. And the house does feel like a sanctuary with a thoughtfully furnished main floor and perfect backyard setup. The kitchen is set with many things one may want: spices, a hot water pot, coffee maker that supports drip and K-cups, french press, dutch oven, pie plate, and glass storage containers to name a few. The mattresses are new Tempurpedics. And I just refilled the propane tank for the backyard fire pit table, so it's ready to go!

The good & the bad

The rental location with great views was close to down town Bend, The Mill District and golf courses. The back yard was very beautiful with waterfalls. However, the house needs repairs related to the double doors, lights in the back yard and the cleaning service. When I mentioned the issues to the owner he threatened to evict me because I complained too much. Not good customer service. Also, the bed in the master bedroom needs to be reconfigured. Too difficult to get in or out. Great house overall but stressful experience with the owner.

Amazing Summer Get Away

This house is a gem of a property! We spent the month of July in our beloved town of Bend. When you first walk into the main floor, you realize the house sits on a hill overlooking downtown Bend. You begin to unwind as you see a sea of pine trees through the living room windows. Both the main floor and master bedroom patios are equipped with great furniture and umbrellas to get some Vitamin D. I must say my favorite spot to relax was with the master bedroom patio as you can see and hear the Deschutes River go by. Walking to First Street Rapids Park is just minutes away and I think one of the best spots along the River for swimming or sitting on a rock or bench and reading a book. We walked to downtown Bend numerous times for coffee, shopping and dining. Northwest Bend (property location) is really a special spot with great restaurants, breweries, and shopping and proximity to the River. There is also fun to be had at the Old Mill District and the Amphitheater where we saw a concert and is only 10 minutes away. The fabulous tv with Satellite was perfect for my hubby as well as the numerous golf courses he played. I am a hiker, and within an hour from this home, are spectacular lakes, waterfalls and hot springs. This property resides on a dead end street so the neighborhood is very quiet. The owner, Bud, was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed and also followed up after our stay to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We will be back!!

A Wonderful Respite...

We put everything in storage and decided to hit the road this year, and our first stop was several months in Central Oregon. We chose this house out of many options for some winter fun and we couldn't have been happier. The first floor with the wrap around windows, southern exposure and light was so restorative after a tough 2020. I spent every morning on the window seat looking out over the territorial views with a smoothie in hand. I will miss our time in this house! So much to list that was awesome: * Great kitchen for cooking. We love to cook and bake and we took full advantage. Aside form the usual, they had ceramic cookware, a toaster oven, a Nutri bullet, a slow cooker, and a Traeger outside... my husband perfected his brisket and pulled pork. Yum! * Furniture was SUPER comfortable. The sectionals were great, dining was solid, mattresses were comfy. And the TV/soundbar were studpendous. My husband and daughter fell in love with the size of the television, and I had to put the kibosh on us every buying a television that large! :) * Proximity to stuff! We went up to the mountain to ski often. We walked on the river trail super frequently (loved that). We liked to joke that everything we went to in Bend was 7 minutes when you looked it up on the GPS. Just a perfect location. Neighbors were nice and quiet. * Backyard and balconies were great. Even though it was largely winter, we spent a lot of time either catching some rays for Vitamin D on the front balcony or spending time at the fire pit in back. (As spring arrived, the frogs moved into the water feature in our back yard, they were lovely!) * Garage was tall enough for CRV with a roof rack and box. We very much appreciated that and it's very rare. * Owner was lovely, responsive, and a great communicator. * Sauna and the jacuzzi tub were also a nice touch for someone who needed to recover from skiing while in super bad shape, as we were when we arrived! * Well stocked. We rented for a very long period, and he really stocked up kleenex, dishwasher detergent, laundry, etc. That was unexpected and nice. We would definitely rent this house again!

Outdoor retreat

Loved the location of the property. Walking access to best bars and restaurants in town and extremely close to dechutes river trail. Enjoyed easy access to mount bachelor and I loved the skiing there. Overall, very happy with my month-long stay and would rent again.

I am a partially retired 69 year old dentists with a wife and four grown children and all but my son Adam live in Los Angeles, Ca. When visiting Adam and his wife and daughter, my family loved the house when we visited the real estate open house. Their reaction to the place was all that was needed and we purchased it in October of 2018 There are so many outdoor activities in the area that there is really something for everybody to enjoy. Come and see for yourself
