Our stay was wonderful. Kitchen was nicely stock with cookware. We where allowed to check in early. Krista the cleaning was still there when we arrives early. She was very kind and allowed us to stay. Very informative on places to eat and places to go look at. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything in this home is very well maintained. The property is clean and inviting. Views are outstanding and host couldn't be any better. Lots of extra toiletries in the house in case you forget something. Everything you need just as if it was your own home!

We absolutely loved our stay in Somers! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see while still feeling peaceful and private. The house was spotless and stocked with every amenity we could have needed. The bed linens and bath towels were high quality and so comfortable, which made it feel extra cozy. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the whole process easy. My favorite part of each day was enjoying my morning coffee on the porch, soaking in the beautiful Montana surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again!

Cozy Cabin

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin. It has everything you need and has a beautiful view. The owners were great to work with, and I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to this area!

Cabin in the Woods

Our family, all adults, stayed in Janice’s cabin in Somers for a week. The cabin is a little removed from the Flathead Lake, but only maybe 2 miles into a wooded area. We absolutely loved the area and the house. Super quiet place with a partial view of the lake as deer and wild turkeys wander by daily. House is immaculate with everything you need. Janice communicated with us to make sure we had accurate directions and anything else we needed she was quick to reply. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Flathead area.

Home away from home

Our family could not recommend this cabin enough. From its central location, beautiful view, and abundant wildlife, this place was truly a home away from home. We will definitely be booking again next time we’re out in Montana!

This property was perfect for us. It's a very very clean mountain retreat home, with comfortable beds for our tired legs & bodies after a long day of hiking, and the peace and quiet was the icing on the cake.

Fantastic retreat from the concrete jungle

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. It is thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. Everything is is ready so you can enjoy the outdoors right from arrival. We will be back!

Great Somers location

We apprecaite a well kept new property. Limited lake view in the distance, well supplied home, quiet area with easy access to surrounding tourist stops. Owner helpful and responds to questions quickly. A great place to stay for a Montana vacation.

Wonderful quiet base camp for Montana adventure

My husband and I stayed at this property with another couple. It was the perfect size for all of us and was conveniently located for easy access to hiking, restaurants, and the lake! Property was very clean and had all of the amenities we’d expect. Highly recommend!

Glacier Stay

Very much enjoyed our first time to Glacier. The house was very nice and well stocked. We spent time on the deck and enjoyed the quiet. Hopefully we get to come back sometime. Convenient to Kalispell and Whitefish and other fun towns. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable cabin. It's exactly as advertised. Super clean, comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms, peaceful surroundings. The owner was extremely responsive. No complaints. Highly recommend.

Love the Wildlife

We are a family of three. Son is a teen so it was great to have our own bathrooms. My favorite part of our stay here was sitting on the deck to watch the deer and turkeys. It is a beautiful and very comfortable property. Clean and well stocked if you want to cook. Could not have asked for a better find. We enjoyed Bigfork and going to Glacier almost everyday. Just know that West Glacier park entry is just under an hour away so it does make for a lot of driving if that's your agenda. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Great Family Getaway

Great mountain cabin, accurate to the VRBO description. Cabin was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We were not lacking in amenities. Property owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Flathead lake is a short 5-7 minute drive from the front porch. West Glacier entrance is approx 1 hour drive. Many other points of interest were close by. Our family of 5 spent the bulk of our time on foot in the mountains, and would recommend to others. If you are older there are no steps to enter the house, and there is a main floor bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. The other two bedrooms are upstairs.

Beautiful cabin and surrounding area

My family and I booked the cabin to explore the area and visit Glacier NP. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Everything looked new. It was spacious. Nice quality bedding and appliances. The deck was great to sit out on and enjoy in the morning or evening. The neighborhood was super quiet. A real sanctuary to obtain some peace and relaxation. We headed up to GNP every day. One drawback was the drive to the park which was about an hour to the west entrance. The day we went to Many Glacier it took 3 hrs one way. ( however, well worth it!). I would highly recommend staying here. No regrets. Check in and check out were very easy. We had no issues that needed dealing with during the stay.

I want to move here!

Let me start by talking about the location. Picture the perfect location for the ultimate outdoor experience. This is it! Lake for boating, kayaking, jet skiing? Check! Mountains for hiking and viewing wildlife? Check! World class rivers for rafting and fishing ? Check! The most beautiful national park in the continental US? Check! This cabin is relatively secluded on a hillside in the small community of Somers, Mt overlooking the Flathead Lake. The cabin has every thing you need and is luxurious inside and out. The cabin is very well stocked, tastefully decorated, and is furnished with comfortable, high end furniture. Use the front deck in the morning (the sun is hot at this elevation) and use the back deck overlooking the Flathead lake in the evening (enjoy stargazing with the pitch black sky). We couldn’t recommend this cabin and location enough. Do yourself a favor and book 1-2 weeks here!

In the Woods Yet Close to the Fun

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful house for 7 nights. Janice is highly organized, so everything from booking to check out was simple and easy. She and the property manager, Diane, were very available if we needed anything. The house feels brand new with beautiful finishes and all the comforts of home, including a propane BBQ, washer & dryer, plenty of hot water, a spacious refrigerator & freezer, and fully-stocked supplies that made cooking easy (yep, even a toaster oven!). The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom linens are plush (so is the carpet!), which made our stay even that much nicer. The home was a convenient base for us, from exploring Glacier National Park and White Fish to riding ATVs in Elmo and Wave Runners just down at the lake. The private road is easy to navigate so you won't find yourself in that dreaded "Does anyone recognize any of these trees or know if we're still on the right road?" situation. During the day, we watched deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife from the deck. The neighbor's Husky even came by for a visit. At night, we stargazed and were awestruck by the Milkyway. We can't wait to come back!
