The Grand Moxie House se encuentra a pocas cuadras del distrito universitario (1. 2 millas de distancia de Matthew Knight Arena, 1/2 milla del campus), y cuenta con una casa moderna con elegantes muebles de alta gama. El interior es completamente nuevo en 2018 con granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, chimenea de propano, pisos de madera, barbacoa al aire libre. Esta casa se encuentra en un excelente vecindario para caminar. Para su información, el código de la Ciudad de Eugene solo permite que hasta 5 huéspedes no relacionados se hospeden en la propiedad. We enjoyed our time at the Moxie Harris House. It was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own big bed! The house was clean, There really wasn't anything we didn't like about it.

Great stay here. The house is very comfortable with great updates and decor. The backyard is fantastic and a great place to hangout when the weather permits. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This was nice home in a great location. We very much enjoyed the backyard and patio, as well as the fire pit. It was a great place to hang out and visit. The only issue we had was that the outdoor grill was not clean when we first used it, and the grill utensils need to be upgraded. We would stay here again.

Almost Great

We loved this house and the convenience to everything in Eugene. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, etc. and the layout was great. A few areas of concern: 1) the TV in the main living room was stuck on 1 channel and could not be changed; 2) the master bedroom bed was not comfortable from the mattress to the duvet; 3) I think the floors and area rugs could use a cleaning; and 4) we would have liked to ride bikes that are pictured in the listing but could not find them and the binder of instructions did not give guidance.

Week long stay in February

This house was perfect! The owners have thought of every detail and are obviously focused on guest comfort. The layout was perfect for us with two bedrooms on one side of the house and the master bedroom on the other side. All of the furniture was so comfortable, the linens were very high-quality, the beds were super comfy and the appliances were top-notch. The rain prevented us from enjoying the beautiful backyard and bikes!

This home is modern and cozy. Clean and very well stocked. The back yard is awesome - beautiful deck/fire pit/ games and comfortable sitting and dining areas. Lots of special touches. Will definitely stay here again

Even better than prior visit! Owner has invested in outdoor design & many styled seating areas …. We loved our am coffee on deck & evening dining outside!!! Beds comfy, kitchen well furnished , ALL LOVELY!!!

Nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in!

Shelley and Robert have done an incredible job updating this house and have thought of everything. The house is incredibly comfortable with brand new furniture and appliances, along with many thoughtful touches, and the back yard is amazing! We wish our trip had been longer so that we could really have taken advantage of it. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Eugene.

Comfy with all the amenities!

Spent 3 days here and had an amazing time. Close to college and downtown. Grocery store is walking distance if needed. Backyard was super fun! They have thought of everything with tons of creature comforts. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Eugene!!

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at the Moxie Harris house and we couldn't be happier with it! Such a beautiful bungalow, great location, comfortable and fully stocked with everything one could need! Thank you for an amazing stay! Looking forward to staying again. :-)

Great little remodel with lots of amenities

This property was very nicely redone. The owners have put much thought into anything you might need while there. We cook a lot on our vacations, and the kitchen was really well established. When we had an issue pop up, the owners were immediately responsive. The yard is fantastic and we were quite comfortable in the home. Our only frustration was paying a cleaning fee and being asked to do laundry, strip beds, dishwashers, and take out trash for check out. Maybe one of those things, but all of those things seemed excessive. Also notable that the owners stay in a trailer behind the house. That felt a bit watchful. All in all, this was just a really nice spot and it is clear that they have put tremendous effort into making it comfortable for guests.

Wonderful space

The house is everything described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach. We had a wonderful winter visit—only wish it was warmer to use the lovely backyard space. Would return & highly recommend!
