This historic water front house is built on a natural dune 30 ft. above sea level, overlooking Hutchinson Island on Inter Coastal Waterway with ocean access. A private 300 ft. long dock to go fishing, hang out and watch some spectacular sunrise views!

We had the very best time at this charming water front home. We had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday from day one. We loved the location, ocean breezes, outdoor space and the layout of the home. The host was very communicative and we felt very taken care of.

Kenneth is a premier host. The location is right out of a travel magazine. The home is clean, well stocked and everything worked! It has a real TV instead of a micro screen. The electronic darts was an unexpected treat.

Very Nice Home

This is one of the best places that we have stayed. The home is very nice on the inside and everything out back is extremely nice. The fishing from the dock was amazing and I will save this place for future visits to the area.

This property had it all… pool, dock, beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. The house was stocked with plenty of towels/linens. Its spacious kitchen made ease of cooking with a large group. 10/10 Thanks for having us!

Beautiful Property

The home and property were amazing. It was perfect for our family. Between the pool, basketball court, pier, ocean front view and extremely well appointed home, our stay was fun and relaxing. The property manager and owner were both very attentive and communicated well. We would definitely come back!!

Better than the pictures

Great place to relax. Kitchen was great, well stocked with quality pots and pans. Back yard was a wonderful oasis. I give it a ten!

Beautiful location!

The location is absolutely beautiful!! The host and concierge were extremely kind and their communication was wonderful. We were greeted and shown around. We were grateful to be able to dock our boat for the week!! Our children enjoyed the pool as well. I would rent this property again if I’m in the area!

Charming Coastal Stay

My wife and I were looking for a few days of child-free space with a relaxing coastal vibe. This charming home was just the place, and Carneisha, the guest coordinator who met us at the home upon arrival, was welcoming and informative. The owner was gracious enough to allow us the use of the fireplace even though it was summer time, which was perfect since it rained both evenings/nights we were there. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Fantastic stay to visit family

Loved this home for our most recent visit to Ft Pierce to visit family! We usually have to work while we visit, and this house and amazing location and backyard/pool/play areas all made working on a vacation feel like paradise. We usually like to feel like we're at a second home when we travel, including cooking most of our meals ourselves, and the kitchen and living spaces were perfect for that. Our host/the concierge were lovely, thoughtful, responsive and accommodating which elevated the stay. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful house

House was better than pictures! Pool was perfect. I have never stayed at a house that was this well stocked. Overall, a great property with awesome hosts. Would definitely recommend this place!

We are mature working professionals who currently live in Broward County Fl. I am a CPA and my wife is a Dr. in Psychology. We both came from up north (New Jersey and New York) during 1970's to Miami Fl.
We do miss the seasonal changes up north but truly enjoy all the outdoor life style Fl weather allows us to enjoy year around.
We purchased this property in 2002 as a real estate rental property and rented it long term for 17 years. In 2019 we decided to remodel the entire interior & exterior of the
property and convert it to a short term vacation rental property.

Our professions can be very stressful.
In 2002 we visited the Ft pierce area and traveled down historic Indian river drive.
This highway is located on the west bank of Indian River built on a natural sand dunes and is listed among the 9 historic highways in the USA.
Traveling down the highway brings you back to Florida's scenic landscape in the early 1950's with beautiful Sable Palm trees all along the drive. Elevation can reach 30 ft. above sea level which allows for amazing views of Indian River and Hutchinson Island with breathtaking sunrise views.

We call our property "Peace of Paradise" because evetime we stay at the house all our stress goes away and really feel that this truly a paradise!
