Pero dentro de un corto trayecto en coche o en bicicleta (¡bicicletas incluidas!), numerosos restaurantes y entretenimiento en vivo esperan en la fabulosa ciudad costera de Vero Beach. ¡Esta cómoda casa tiene capacidad para 6-8, y está equipada con todo lo que necesita para pasar un fin de semana o un mes! Perfect Quiet Beach Vacation

Susan's place was the ideal home away from home on the beach. We felt extremely comfortable at this lovely home - beautifully decorated, plenty of room, very clean, and well stocked (kitchen items, linens, laundry, and beach supplies (even bikes!)). Plenty of room, great TV set up for family time and comfortable beds. Susan even checked in on us during the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Nice shops and an excellent restaurant a short walk away. Easy, brief walk to a gorgeous and private beach. We will definitely be back!

Already signed up for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at sunrise T. The house itself offered great features, including two sitting areas, guest rooms far from the master ( we had a few guests) and a screened in porch where the dog loved to hang out watching the salamanders. It also had a large laundry room ( which doubled as my excercise space- I had brought mats) and outdoor shower great from cleaning off sand from the beach) The host equipped the house with the essentials and much more! ( kitchen had spices, bathrooms had night lights) the beds, linens and towels were all cozy. There were beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag. ( plus lots more beach items for kids)and bikes. The toaster was broken and toaster oven slow, but really very minor issue compared to all that was right. ( my husband texted house guests the day after they left telling them their toast was ready). The most incredible of all was the short walk to a beautiful beach that was dog friendly. Our walks on the beach were the highlight of all our stays (including the dog’s) The neighbors were friendly/lots of dogs. We are looking forward to next year!

Spent a week at Susans place- ideal location, spacious home, very well cared for and clean - lots of household items - loved the extra bikes and she was always so helpful. Plus her candles, bath products and towels were top notch - better than luxury hotel!

A wonderful stay in VB

Our family needed some extra space while visiting my parents in Vero Beach. Susan’s place was perfect for us. We loved the easy beach access and layout of the house. Susan is a great host - accommodating and available, but respects your privacy. Our family had a wonderful visit!

Sunrise Terrace

Our stay at Sunrise Terrace was delightful. The home is kept very clean and maintained. Every supply including beach towels, toys, chairs, bikes along with shampoo and kitchen supplies were on hand when we arrived. If we were in need of anything our host was readily available. Our family enjoyed biking into town each morning, playing in the boogie boards at the ocean and enjoying outdoor dining within walking distance of the house. A perfect home at an even more perfect, private beach!

Right from the start the owner, Susan, was a pleasure to work with. Her well located house is on a lovely, quiet street, close to a beautiful beach. It comes fully equipped with more than enough that anyone could want for a beach vacation.. bikes, plenty of beach towels, beach toys all in pristine condition. The kitchen and laundry have everything you will need. There are two great seating areas for lounging and eating. and a huge tv. Can’t say enough good things about this house and owner! It worked perfectly for our son and his daughters.

Perfect location, comfortable house

We so enjoyed the Sunrise Terrace beach house! The location is awesome and Vero a beach was more than we hoped for. It’s only a few miles to everything. The house was perfect size for us and comfortable as could be! The host was very attentive and fast to respond. Had a couple great bike rides on the Historic Jungle Trail!

Great home steps from the water

The host was super gracious and helpful. The house was just as pictured. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the rental and had a great time just spending time together as a family!

Cute and cozy

We had a lovely stay. Beach was a 2 minute walk and the neighborhood is quiet and cute. The house is very comfortable with everything provided, even boogie boards and beach chairs! Will stay here next time we’re in the area

Perfect house in perfect location

This house has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and to feel at home. The rooms are decorated nicely, the beds are comfy and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was more than well equipped with 2 coffee makers as well as several other small appliances. The cabinets were well stocked. 2 short blocks to a beautiful, quiet beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Just perfect!

Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Susan’s home for a girls weekend birthday celebration and the whole experience was wonderful. Booking was easy with prompt replies to my questions, check in was seamless and the house is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. The bikes were a bonus and a big hit! We will not hesitate to rent this home in the future. Thank Susan!

5 stars all across the board

There isn't anything else to say except amazing. There isn't one thing that could have been better about our experience. The home itself if beautiful and peaceful, with a lot of space that allowed us to stay connected but provided privacy. It's not too far away from town for dining and shopping, and easy beach access was a plus for us. Susan was easily available and more than accommodating throughout the process. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!

Great location

Communication with property owner was excellent. Answered texts within minutes. Offering great places to eat and places to see. Home is well equipped with everything you need. Including all your beach needs, chairs, umbrellas even boogie boards. Within walking distance to a great restaurant and shopping area. Your steps away from the beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic.

Conveniently located steps to the beach on a dead end street with The Village shops and Citron Bistro (amazing food) just a 5 min walk away. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach cruisers all included (Beach cruisers by request). A quiet (except the sound of the ocean) street and private beach like feel, but close to everything! Dogs allowed on the beach off leash mornings and evenings, on leash 9-5. This is a popular house that is meticulously maintained. Pictures don't do this house justice. Updating all the time!
