Karina es una encantadora casa de campo adosada libre de mascotas en una tranquila callejuela muy estrecha en Morfa Nefyn, a poca distancia del centro del pueblo. 3 habitaciones 2 arriba 1 doble y una con literas en la litera superior más adecuado para niños / adolescentes o adultos ligeros. También cuarto de baño. Un dormitorio en la planta baja con cama king size, TV propia en la habitación con reproductor de DVD, segundo baño con bañera en la planta baja, ideal para familias / amigos Sala de estar de planta abierta con estufa de leña, ideal para noches acogedoras. TV con TDT de Netflix y DVD. Buena conexión a Internet Cocina independiente equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora. Gran jardín apartado en la parte trasera ideal para que los niños corran con una mesa de picnic y una barbique de metal. También el pequeño Tykes Playhouse, el jardín es una verdadera trampa para el sol. Vistas sobre los campos al frente y atrás. Alojamiento sin mascotas (alergias familiares). Situado idealmente a poca distancia de ambas playas, el sendero costero y el famoso campo de golf de Nefyn. Un campo de golf de 26 hoyos con vista al mar desde cada tee. O simplemente siéntate en la casa club y disfruta de la vista abierta todo el año. A poca distancia de la tienda de papas fritas 5 minutos 10 minutos a la tienda de alimentos / estación de servicio con café muchas pizzas de productos locales y comidas familiares, 15 minutos al pub / restaurante y cafetería. El pub Ty Coch en la playa echa un vistazo a la cámara web. Nefyn 1 milla de distancia, incluso tiene su propia pequeña cervecería, tours disponibles. Y un restaurante indio. Y tienda de kebab
 Debido a que el carril es tan angosto, el ESTACIONAMIENTO se encuentra en la calle inferior o en el estacionamiento casi enfrente del carril, siempre hay espacio, incluso en verano, la cabaña se encuentra a un corto paseo por el carril muy tranquilo que es posible conducir hasta la descarga SOLAMENTE, evalúe el ancho antes de subir, se ensancha a medida que sube y puede conducir en el extremo superior, le recomendamos subir desde el extremo angosto en Lon Isaf. Tenemos un VW Touran y no tenemos ningún problema, pero es posible que los autos más anchos no puedan acceder. Algunas personas con autos más anchos han bajado para descargar y luego retrocedieron. No hay estacionamiento directamente fuera de la cabaña de descarga solamente. Hay espacio para detenerse justo después de la cabaña antes de que los vecinos conduzcan. Vacaciones de agosto semanas de sábado a sábado o de viernes a viernes, vacaciones cortas de viernes a lunes o de lunes a viernes. pregunte sobre cualquier otro día de inicio.

Lovely cottage in ideal location for exploring Morfa Nefyn and the Llyn Peninsula

Great 5 night stay in a lovely cottage, tucked away on a quiet lane in Morfa Nefyn. Had a great time, cute little house which is like a tardis downstairs. All the amenities you need and a sun trap of a garden. Well recommended.

Just what we needed

Lovely place, small but perfectly functional with a wonderful peaceful garden (and sun trap) to relax at the end of the day. Hosts were great communicators and even offered us an extra night beforehand as they had availability - something a lot wouldn't do. Very much appreciated. Would benefit from a shower in the downstairs bathroom, but that's only a small thing.

Perfect cottage!

We stayed here for 3 nights in October. We had a fabulous time. The cottage has everything you need. It's in a very good location with loads of beautiful walks on the doorstep. There's a local brewery too in walking distance. Nant gwrtheyrn is really worth visiting too ( 10 min drive) Janice and Rob are great hosts and communication is excellent. The cottage was spotlessly clean and has a very nice well equipped kitchen. The photo's don't do it justice. It's a perfect base to explore the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. We hope to visit again!

Great week

The cottage proved to be perfect for our stay with our daughter and her family. The owners had made provision for all ages - our 4 year old granddaughter had a great time in the garden with the toys provided. They were also very helpful when I was forced to telephone them to find out how to work the TV!! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely look to return here. The lane is narrow, though, but we managed it!

Great launch pad for exploring Wales

If I could give this property more than five stars, I would. It is very clean, well-stocked, well organized and the perfect location for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. The host and hostess were friendly and welcoming and were very helpful during our stay. The property is very well set up for young families, but it was also comfortable for our young adult children too.

Comfortable house in very beautiful location

Karina is a very comfortable and relaxing property which was perfect in size for a family of four. The children really liked the garden to play in. We loved the proximity to several fantastic beaches, and would really recommend this area of Wales.

Super house, super area, and super weather

2nd year at Karina, this time with other son and younger grandchildren (4 and 2). The garden was well used whilst waiting for the parents to get ready for the beach, especially the ride on tractor and Wendy House. The cottage is in a very peaceful location and is immaculately clean and well cared for. Janice and Rob’s communications were most helpful. We really appreciated the putting up of the stair gate before our arrival.

Visiting relatives

This is the second time we have rented this house and I would happily go back a third time. It,s a great size for our party of 5 tall adults. It is clean and modern with a lovely private garden. It is centrally located, easy access to everything in the village. Plus it,s a cute house :) I highly recommend it!

Spotless cottage with child friendly garden

My family had a wonderful holiday whilst staying in the cottage. It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The garden was great for BBQs and just relaxing in the sun. The cottage is just a short walk from the cliffs and beach which was ideal for my families stay. Communication from Janice was second to none. The welcome package provided by Janice and Robert was much appreciated. People with mobility problems may find it difficult to access the cottage.

Wonderful!

We have been to Karina before a few years ago. Beautiful cottage. Clean and well appointed-everything you need. Robert and Janice are fantastic communicators and whole process was seamless. Weather not great and not much open round and about so made it even more important that we were warm and comfortable in the cottage. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Perfect location for family break

This house was spacious and cosy. We love Morfa Nefyn and the whole llyn penninsa but being in walking distance of the beach and a lovely pub (The Cliffs) was excellent. The house was a hidden gem, three spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a garden. The on road parking wasn't really a problem for us at all. We would definitely recommend.

A beautiful area and good friendly village. Great pub good food. Great walks along the beach.

Owners very cooperative. A wonderful property, very clean well equipped and comfortable. Good position near shop and pub. Coastal path to beach and walks around offering amazing views. Will definitely recommend and return. Thank you for a lovely few days.

Delightful cottage

Such a lovely cottage, so clean and well equipped. The private garden was very neat and tidy , so pleasant to relax in. Only a short walk to the local shop and the chip shop. Easy access to the coastal path. We managed unloading/loading from the top end of the lane and only a short walk to the car park from the narrow end .

Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean.

Beautiful property in a very quiet position. Spotlessly clean, and very well appointed. Equipped with almost everything we required. Very pretty garden, immaculately kept. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Excellent stay in Morfa Nefyn

An excellent stay in Morfa Nefyn. A very acceptable place to stay. You are warned about the lane - and it is all true but you do need to experience it to fully appreciate it. We did manage to scuff the car bumper on the last day before loading up. The house itself is very nice. It is very quiet and peaceful. As with another review we did have trouble with the shower on the first day running hot and cold, but this wasn’t a problem after that. I realise there are issues with Covid so if you are going at the moment the kitchen is a little under-stocked, but I fully appreciate the restrictions that there are and I found the oven too low to the ground (bad back). We were out every day and in every evening and that was no problem. It was nice and cosy even without using the fire. The owners are very responsive too and a bottle of wine on arrival was most welcome. The beds were very comfortable and it was easy enough to sleep. There is a store at the petrol station just down the road which had everything you need and there is a big Asda at Pwllheli if needed. There is plenty to see and do around the area on the rest of the Lleyn Peninsula, Snowdonia and Anglesey. But you do need a car as there is little to do in the village itself. The nearest place to eat/drink is probably a good 20 minute walk and along a main road with no path or lighting so we decided against that. A very welcome break in a lovely area in a perfectly fine little cottage.

It really is a narrow lane...!

Certainly quiet and perfectly sited for touring and walking the Llyn. A garage and shop are a short walk away and the village hall is a safe place to park the car. The cottage living area is a bit of a tight squeeze furniture wise but the roomy kitchen was a bonus. The bedroom behind the kitchen has no direct access to the downstairs bathroom the only way is through the kitchen so slippers are a must. Covid has brought restrictions ie no games or books but also no tea towels or oven gloves so take them if you intend to cook. Sunshine most of the week so the pleasant private garden and seating area was well used. The garden area and bins in front of the cottage appears to belong to the neighbour with shared access to the front doors.

It’s good all round except it needs new sofas, a chair in each bedroom to put clothes on, waste paper bins In the bedrooms, a milk jug, and loo brushes. The sitting room is dark. The downstairs bedroom is immediately off the kitchen so it not very private or quiet. But it’s spotless, high spec, everything works to high quality, beds comfortable, shower is good, garden well equipped. Good views and quiet location.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is immaculately clean throughout and well equipped apart from a few minor things (bring your own tea pot and cafetière). We stayed at New Year but would have made good use of the garden on warmer days!

The cottage is owned by Robert Temple and Janice Humphries, we live in Altrincham Cheshire with our two daughters.. Our long search for a cottage eventually brought us to Morfa Nefyn where we fell in love with the area and the village. The cottage was in a very bad state and we took nearly two years to slowly improve it.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this area as we know Caernarfon area well having holidayed many times around there. Also we have friends who have been going to Nefyn for 20 years. It has beautiful beaches and scenery, secluded but in easy reach of amenities. Its a real hidden gem which is increasing in popularity year on year.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Minimal passing traffic mainly walkers or cyclists as lane very narrow but this adds to the away from it all feeling. The good sized rear garden is enclosed with lawn decked area BBQ and playhouse for children, recliner chairs in store for relaxing and small patio area at rear the garden gets the sun all day.
There is even a fish and chip shop within a few minutes(top of lane turn right). Easy stroll to beaches, cafes and pubs makes it the ideal holiday destination for families, walkers and golfers alike, also perfect for a romantic getaway. The Log burner makes even winter breaks cozy.
