Comedor local y tiendas. Super Walmart, la tienda de comestibles Publix, Walgreens, McDonalds, restaurantes, bares y más están cerrados. 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, garaje para 1 automóvil. Very comfortable home. Had everything we needed. It felt like we lived there. Enjoyed coffee on the back deck and a peaceful bike ride through the neighborhood. We are already planning to stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

The house was in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The house was stocked with everything you need and decorated very beautifully. We even used the bikes to ride out to the beach. It was a great stay and will definitely book again!

Updated, clean and convenient!

Loved the property. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. The pond in back will keep you busy with the wild life all day if you let it☺ The porch made a great place to relax or just catch up. Would definitely recommend it!

Good location

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property because it's close to beaches and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, decor a fun beach vibe and the neighborhood quiet. The back deck overlooks a tranquil pond where we enjoyed coffee every morning. The place had everything we needed except for enough clothes hangers. Thank you Javier!

Comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay. We work at VA Hospitals and usually stay in hotels. This home was much more roomy and comfortable. The only issue I had was sharing a picture of my DL. I’ve had my identity stolen and am not comfortable sharing my DL with someone I don’t know. I will not stay in any more VRBO’s if that is their policy

Not what we expected

It was a nice house but was disappointed that the 2nd bathroom was actually in the garage. To use the bathroom you had to walk thru the garage, not what we expected. Was over a mile from the beach not "Steps to the Beach". Enjoyed the pond and the ducks. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was not very well equipped.

Our property it is a mile away from the beach , we never put the is steps to the beach. The second bathroom we informed on the description the it is on the garage you probably missed that part. our kitchen got: blander, small oven, a large oven, coffee cups, 3 coffee makers silverware, smalls plates, large plates, wine glass, baking sheets, deep plates, trays , and more please let us know what we missed so we can improve our place, ones again thanks for your review.

Love this place!!!

Please ignore that negative review from the lady and her dog - this place is perfection!! It’s like a brand new house with the reno they did. Every part of it feels luxurious and meticulously clean. Didn’t see a SINGLE Florida bug inside or outside. Beds are super comfortable. My kids loved feeding the ducks and turtles in the pond in the backyard. We also enjoyed the front yard - nice area for them to play and a cute sitting area on the front porch. So many little extras were included that we didn’t expect like everything you’d need to do dishes and laundry, plus nice cookware. We hit a different beach every day and each one was so close to the house. Would 100% stay here again with our 3 kids!

Peaceful and healing

The property was perfect! The house was thoughtfully stocked, beautifully decorated and provided my family and I the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate . The backyard was serene and full of wildlife that kept us entertained and happy for hours every morning. The house was in a great area, a quick drive to the most beautiful beaches and fun. I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area. FYI, the beds were incredibly comfortable, we slept so peacefully. Javier was an excellent host, he was very responsive and lovely to work with.

Beautiful and comfortable!

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. I am a little picky about places we stay and their cleanliness. I travel with my own box of cleaning supplies, a bit intense, I know, but didn’t need it for this place. It was immaculate. The nautical theme throughout the property makes you feel at home and relaxed. The location was perfect for exploring the area and even though the neighborhood was quiet and away from the bustle of people and cars, it was well located with grocery, restaurants and other shops close by. We would definitely rent it again!

Perfect Trip!

My girlfriend, her daughter, and I came to the area for the Skyway 10k. We absolutely loved this property. It was very close to the beach but not too close to where traffic was a problem. We loved watching the turtles and birds in the backyard. If/when we come back to the area, we will definitely consider renting this place again!

Great stay near Madeira Beach

Excellent property—well appointed, clean and welcoming with lots of amenities. Enjoyed the beach toys, wagon and bicycles. Loved the screened-in porch and location near a pond—very peaceful setting watching the wildlife. Comfortable beds. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully updated!

This 2 bedroom hone was perfect for our 4 day stay in the Seminole area. I traveled with my brother to visit our dad, who lives just 1.5 miles from this home. The house has been updated in almost every way, and gave us so much more room to enjoy than just a hotel room. It is close to the beach. We chose to drive, but probably could have used the beach bikes to get there as well. The use of the garage was a wonderful bonus, because it poured every afternoon we were there, and it was SO great to pull into the garage, and nit get soaked getting into the house! One thing to be aware of, is that the second full bathroom is located in the garage. This was very convenient for removing sand from our feet & legs before entering the house, but just know that it is not air conditioned, so it’s a little humid in there, and for a summer stay, probably not the place to count on showering and getting ready for the day. We shared the main bath for daily showering, but it worked fine with just the two of us there. Javier, the owner was very nice and we enjoyed his emails and the welcome letter left for us in their home. The linens were very nice and the available toiletries were extremely considerate and much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit!

Great property - wonderful location

The home is exactly as pictured. Very clean, well maintained & the host is very responsive. Located in a quiet neighborhood - the ducks and other birds are the only "noisy" things around!! Loved the bicycles and other beach toys that were available.

Spring break

The house was clean, cute, and spacious. We loved the deck by the pond and the screened porch. The kitchen could use a few items and it’d be nice to have a bigger grill. One thing to note, it’s a 5 minute drive to the beach. We found street parking and a quiet spot on the beach so that was fine. Also, the house has a bathroom with a double sink in the hallway and the second bathroom in the garage. That was fine too but it would have been nice to know. There were two beach chairs and two umbrellas but just one working cooler. We bought and left some ice packs. We would stay here again but will try for a place on the beach first- just for convenience.

Beautiful spot on the canal, nice screened porch

This is house is quite nice - it overlooks a canal out back which is filled with birds and turtles. It is very pleasant place to sit. It also has a wonderful screened porch, which to me was the highlight of the house, and allowed my husband and I have each have our own space - very important. The beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quite nice. My only complaint is that it is advertised as half a mile to the beach. It is at least a mile if not more. Since that was one of the main reasons we chose this house, I was a little disappointed with that. However, the water in back, and the beautiful screened porch (and modern kitchen), made up for it, so we were quite content.

The rental was exactly what was expected in the pictures, everything at the house was very well planned out and above standards. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and convenient location to the beaches. I would 100% come back to this house.
