The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The communication was excellent. I received immediate answers to all of my questions. The house was clean and ready. The only negative (and I did not drop the rating due to this, because it would only affect a small percentage of people), this house is described as wheelchair accessible. I am in a wheelchair and was excited to find this listing. However, the ramp in the garage has a much larger amount of grade than the ADA limit. My husband could not push me up the last third of the ramp. My daughter finally came in the garage to help push, or we would not have made it. Once we got in the house, we found that my wheelchair would not go through the door to the master bedroom. I switched to my walker, and it went into the bedroom, but not the bathroom. Please be aware of this if you have mobility access needs.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house and rooms are just as pictured with everything you could need available. Including a ramp and wide pathways for easy movement through the main level of the house with a wheel chair. The host was great with communicating and really made us feel welcomed. This host and house was perfect for our weekend getaway and we would gladly recommend it to others!

Tod and Thuy were so gracious, sending a reminder of available amenities and an opportunity of extended stay. They responded immediately when we had questions. The house was perfect for our family and extended family gatherings. The neighborhood is so quiet, well maintained, and safe to walk and bike in. Loved our stay there.

Hosts were very accommodating to our questions and needs. Very spacious house! Loved the screened in porch as well as the large open front porch and big basement. In town for a family wedding and this was a great location for everything we needed to get around to on the east side of Wichita.

Volleyball team camp

We have stayed at this house when we come for volleyball three summers. The house is the perfect size and location to the camp. Great communication with the host Tod. We even got egg rolls delivered this year and the players loved them. Looking forward to staying again next summer.

Large family stay

My husband and I brought our five kids for a few days. The house was clean and we all had enough space. The basement was great for hanging out together. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great house, great owners, excellent location

If you are staying in Wichita, I would recommend this house. There is plenty of space and a well planned floor plan layout for families. The house has a well stocked kitchen if you plan on doing cooking at the house.The location is great with easy access to get around Wichita.The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to a few questions that I had.The neighborhood is very nice, safe and great for going on walks if want to.

Great place for a family stay

This is an incredibly beautiful home. There was so much room that all my family felt comfortable. With the basement downstairs and the garage and the living room we were able to connect and then have our own space if we needed some quiet time. We would definitely consider returning in the future. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond and had everything set up perfectly for us. 10/10!!

Bowling Retreat

Great place to stay with our friends and family while in town for a bowling tournament. A couple of things could use some repair and the jet tub did not work. Also could have used some extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Took a nice walk to the pond and the kids had fun riding bikes. Also, some extra attention to cleaning would be good with emptying the porch ashtray, spider webs above the basement stairs, vacuuming under the beds, and making sure the grill is ready for use. As a whole, cleanliness was good and there were lots of dishes and cooking/kitchen supplies. The overall stay was good!Overall a food stay

spacious and comfortable

This is a lovely property. Seven family members and our elderly dog stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with, and they even left us a tasty treat upon arrival.

Perfect weekend

The place was great, there was definitely a lived-in quality that we all appreciated.The property was very comfortable and inviting for kids. Plenty of space to spread out and well furnished for any activity you might want to engage in.Check-in and check-out were the most straightforward I've ever seen. A huge plus in my opinion.I'd highly recommend this property and will be seeking it out, on future trips.

Family Christmas

We have adult children some married, teenage and grandkids. This is the second year in a row we rented this house to do our Christmas it has so much room, the host is amazing, the house is perfect for our big group we enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
