Si está buscando un espacio tranquilo, seguro, bien equipado y actualizado, este es el lugar. Nuestro enfoque está en la limpieza y la comodidad. Todos los nuevos electrodomésticos Samsung. We were visiting friends in the Green Bay Area and this townhouse was perfect for what we wanted. Clean, had everything we needed, beds were good and the owner was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

The property was great and the host was super easy to work with. House is in a great location. Absolutely loved the coffee place around the corner. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. Place was very clean and just as described. Would stay there again!

Perfect place—had everything!

This was the best VRBO we have ever rented. We had plenty of room and it was so comfortable. The huge garage was fantastic since we had snow when we were there. There were plenty of pots and pans to use when cooking! And the washer/dryer sure were handy. We loved the huge tv. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Great place!

We were in town for the inaugural ski races at the Ariens Nordic Center. We have a daughter attending UWGB, so the location worked well as we traveled back and forth for the races. The property is very clean, and well appointed. We would stay again!

Great location close to UWGB

We stayed at the property while we moved in our son to UWGB. The property was very close to campus and amenities (stores, restaurants, etc). It was very clean and as advertised. Will definitely stay at Rick's property's again (in fact we've already booked a weekend in late October to visit our son).

Special trip to Titletown

Hi, my name is Jon, but most people call me Rick. It's a long story so I won't bore you with the details. I spent my career in real estate and my wife Renee is a school teacher in the Howard Suamico school district nearby. I've been doing the hosting thing for many years now. I currently have six short term rentals all in the same location. It's become sort of a full time thing because so much effort is given to maintaining these places to assure our guests end up with a comfortable and satisfying stays.
We enjoy traveling and have recently been to Scandanavia and Eastern Europe. Renee's family has a beautiful home in northern Wisconsin near the Eagle River area. So, we get up there often with our kayaks. Lastly, I have to throw Daisy Duke, my first mate English Springer Spaniel into my description. Double D spends a lot fo time with me. We rescued her from our local animal shelter. She's a good pooch. I have a daughter who lives in Townsend, Montana which is near Bozeman and also another daughter who lives in Sturgeon Bay. Both of them have VRBO properties where they live.
Renee and I would love to host you on your next trip to the Green Bay area.

The location of this property is perfect for guests who want sort of a central location to everything. It's located less than a mile away from Interstate 43 which serves as part of our beltline around Green Bay. We have made these units very nice. I guess the difference with our properties is that we made a choice to always keep them up to date. Pillows and bedding are changed and refreshed often. I understand the charm of renting a place that has a collection of old and new kitchenware and furnishings. But we decided to keep everything on the newer side. We have strived to find a happy medium between providing a cozy place with also the ability to keep it super clean. So there isn't a lot of clutter and everything is easily wiped down and sanitized after every stay. Our kitchens are well stocked. If you choose to stay in and make a great dinner, you should be able to find everything you need. If you can't find it, just let us know and we'll get it to you.
We've put so much into these units and I can comfortably say they are the perfect place to stay in Green Bay.

We didn't skimp on the beds. They are super comfortable with Sealy mattresses and lots of pillows. All our properties have updated furnaces and AC units. You'll stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Our main focus these days it to provide our guests with a super clean yet comfortable experience. I promise you won't be disappointed. Please read our reviews.
