stayed here with a group of friends for country calling this year ! it was a perfect location, 3 blocks from the boardwalk and PLENTY of room! Fully stocked kitchen with supplies and everything we needed. Did not include linens it was an extra fee which was a bummer, and some rooms and bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but it worked for what we needed. Communication was great, and would totally come back again!

Great location, love the pool, love the check in/out process. Could have been cleaner, flosser left on dresser. Floors dirty. WiFi was spotty. Overall it was a great place. Would book again.

We have a big family and this condo was great. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We noticed that somethings needed extra cleaning reached out to have them send some to clean up what was missed and they had a someone there to clean within 15 mintues.

Perfect spot for family

Great for family with kids

The property is nice, clean and in a great location. Two block walk from the beach was ideal. Property had beach chairs and cart which was a plus. Also being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus as street parking was limited. Plenty of room for our three kids, teenage niece and wife and I. The bunk beds for the kids was a hit! Loved the open kitchen concept and two balconies were nice to sit and have our coffee. The property had everything you need from cookware, washer and dryer to coffee makers. Great communication with owners. Just beware of early June as OCMD seems to have an influx of youth renting much of the town. This was a surprise for us.

Beach week non-optimal

Loud ruckus and police visits at surrounding units all night from down up to sun up most nights. Unit was great - lesson learned in choosing “beach week” as our time to visit. Master bed can use an update.

great location!

Great location to downtown. Parking on the street is hit or miss. Only issue we had was the wifi… unable to work remotely from this property because wifi is not strong enough.

Awesome BEACH Vacation!!!!

Property was easy to find and access. Really liked the keypad to get in as there were numerous people coming and going at different times. Great location to beach-only about 2 1/2 blocks. Only draw back we went after Labor Day so pool was closed. Would recommend this property and book again.

Beach perfect

Our stay

Location and home were very nice, however the cleanliness was not the best. The floors were very dirty and under the couch looked like it had never been swept. It raises the question what does the cleaning crew actually do, especially with the cost that gets added to your stay.

Great house near the boardwalk and beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great place to stay for our family. The house had everything we needed and was only a couple minute wall to the boardwalk and beach. Having a 2 car garage was also nice to avoid parking on the street. The only minor things to call out were that the house clearly hadn't been cleaned more than just the surfaces in a while and that a handful of beach items shown in th listing were not available. There was a lot of dirt and dust behind furniture and garbage left behind a couple beds. Both of those things were very minor and did not affect the quality of our stay.This house was exactly what we were looking for and our family had a great stay. I would highly recommend staying here for the price, the size of the house, and proximity to everything you need. We will most likely consider staying at the same house again for future visits.

Very nice townhouse and location.

We had a great week here. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course 🤣. Highly recommend this property⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great location and amenities!!

Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Ample space for the 9 people that stayed.
