Este espectacular retiro se encuentra justo a orillas del Roaring Fork, con su cubierta en voladizo directamente sobre el río. Un plan abierto en la planta baja ofrece vistas sin obstáculos, con el río corriendo audible en todo momento. Diseñado y renovado sin ningún detalle pasado por alto, este espacio lo tiene todo: una gran sala con chimenea de leña, cocina de chef con electrodomésticos de primera línea, dormitorio tranquilo del santuario y baño spa. Tranquilo y sereno, aunque a pocas cuadras del centro y la góndola. ¡No hay nada como esto en Aspen!

Perfect getaway

The condo is beautiful, clean and modern, we had a great time! It was easy to book and communicate while we were there. The best part - the sound and view over looking the river - so peaceful.

Great location. Only have to park once. Nice modern clean apartment. Excellent communication with host. And the shower is awesome!

Beautiful property, excellent location, very comfortable.

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting Aspen and this location is absolutely perfect. The unit is clean, comfortable, and very close to everything in town – only a five minute walk. The bed was extremely comfortable and very quiet to sleep while opening the door to hear the running stream all night made it extremely pleasant. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Aspen Highlight

This property made our stay in Aspen perfect. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and galleries in town, grabbing a coffee or stopping at the grocery. After a day filled with Aspen activities, it was comforting to sit and enjoy the tranquility and sound of the water rolling over the riverbed just beyond our reach. Truly a beautiful and relaxing property - with wonderful amenities!

Perfect Aspen Basecamp

Lovely, modern one bedroom condo that has been nicely remodeled - pictures provided in the listing were accurate. The bed was comfortable and extra linens provided, along with other general kitchen supplies.. The property manager did disclose in the booking confirmation that this unit has a smaller water heater, so we consciously limited the lengths of showers (~5 min) and didn’t have any real issues with 2 people staying at the property. Loved the patio set out over the river and the wood burning fireplace - very peaceful, especially in the evenings. Very convenient location (short 4 block walk to Silver Queen gondola; very walkable for exploring Aspen). Pool / hot tub and sauna were communal and a little dated but generally as described in the listing. Note, it’s a garden level unit (1 flight of stairs down from main entrance) and there is occasional noise from people above going up the stairs, but all as expected in a multi-unit building in a ski town. Check-in was a breeze (instructions provided via email), hosts were responsive as needed throughout our stay and the place was clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend!

Great Aspen Spot

My husband & I went to Aspen for NYE weekend and this rental was a great spot! It was a fairly short walk to downtown, which was perfect! The apartment was very clean. The shower was incredible! The bed was comfy & the bedding felt luxurious! We enjoyed some time in the hot tub & building a fire in the fireplace made it very cozy! It has a nice view & a great patio! The host was not responsive. I had sent her 4 messages before she finally responded. Also, not a huge deal, but the ammenities listed said there would be an iron to use that we planned to use for our NYE outfits; however, there was an ironing board but no iron. Overall, it was a wonderful stay & would definitely stay again and recommend!! My biggest complaint was the heat was not turned on when we arrived our first night and it was 20 degrees outside & there are glass walls to the outside, so it was FREEZING when we arrived. It has electric heat so it never even warmed up until the next day! We literally slept in multiple layers & multiple blankets and still shivered the whole night long. It was a terrible first night. The other complaint I had was a cleaning lady just walked right into the apartment without knocking & I wasn't fully dressed. She was very apologetic and said she had on her schedule that we checked out on Saturday when we actually were scheduled to check out on Sunday. It was a simple mistake & she was very nice, but I was very embarrassed to say the least. But overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Awesome location! Great place. However , I had issues with the kitchen sink and disposal. I reached out to the property manager and never received a response for the week that I was there. Luckily it was just me. Could have been a mess.

Clean and great location

A nicely remodeled unit with attention to modern details. Heated bathroom floor, great lighting along with fixtures and appliances. The highlight was opening the patio door to listen to the Roaring Fork River in the back. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Steps were steep heading down to the unit and some exterior noise and barking dogs from neighbors but typical for a multi-condo unit. A fan in the bedroom would have been nice as it got stuffy at night with the windows open since they were located in a window well. Close to town and grocery all within walking distance.

One of our best rentals ever

Cozy modern condo in perfect location. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Listening to the river over morning coffee on the patio. Heated bathroom floors. Soft comfortable bed. Walked to all shops and restaurants downtown. One of our best stays ever. Just watch your first step on the stairs!

Upscale & modern but not perfect

Steep 12 stairs from street down to living area (not noted in description and one of us uses walker). Wanted TV only for French tennis Open, but set was unusable with Xfinity provider. Height of dishes in kitchen cupboards is extreme and no stepladder. Weird chair by fireplace never used. Baseboard heat in living room was inadequate. Bathroom was outstanding & creative.

Riverside escape

Beautifully renovated riverside escape. The sight and sound of the river right outside the window were so peaceful. The place was great. Very close to everything downtown. We loved it.

Great Ski Weekend

The condo is just as described, with great views over the river. It is a garden level unit but the large glass windows over the river make the main room very light and open feeling. The finishes and interior design are top notch, with great use of space and functionality, giving a sleek minimal feel, which is refreshing in Aspen. The shared pool and hot tub area is elegant and provides a nice space to relax outside. The wood burning fireplace in the unit is a nice touch.

Amazing Location

This property has an amazing location. Easy walkability to restaurants and shops. Very close the City Market. The soothing sounds of the roaring fork were amazing. Very comfortable furnishing and well equipped.

Great Condo

The condo was clean, cozy and very well equipped. Full kitchen with everything to cook meals. Good location, walking distance to town for restaurants, shopping, and Aspen Mountain Gondola.Parking permit was provided but also close to shuttle bus stops(going to Buttermilk and Snowmass). The owners Scott and Kate were very responsive to any questions and truly helped, easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place.
