This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 9th floor is perfect for a family vacation or anyone wanting to experience Daytona. Only footsteps from the Atlantic Ocean, where you can put your toes in the sand and enjoy some leisurely fun in the sun. The sunsets over the intercoastal & Downtown Daytona are a highlight that can be enjoyed from the privacy of your balcony.
This unit can sleep up to 8 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed and flat-screen television with private bathroom where you can enjoy the walk in shower or Jacuzzi bath tub. The other two bedrooms have 1 twin bed & 1 queen with full bathroom located just across the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances & keurig coffee maker. Open dinning & living room space with walkout sliding door.
There is a small gym & club room with billiards table located on the first floor of the building, and gated parking garage for 1 vehicle. You’ll find within a minutes drive stores for groceries & any needed beach essentials.

Overall a wonderful experience! Family of seven and everyone had enough space and comfort. Condo was supplied with essentials. Easy to get in and out. Activity room down stairs was a plus. Our kids enjoyed playing pool.

Beautiful condo complex, and the unit was spacious and clean. I loved the convenience of having everything so close by—Dollar General and Winn-Dixie are within walking distance. One of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in at Daytona Beach Shores.

Big property

The condo was big and right on the beach. I have stayed here before and will continue to come back. Great location, away from the big high rises, right in the beach and close to grocery store. Excellent for families, cheaper than a hotel and 10 times bigger and better.

Summer Vacation

For the most part we had a great stay and the condo was nice and had all items we needed. It was right on the beach. We were disappointed that the pool was not even close to being done when we arrived. When I booked the condo in January/Feb I was told the pool would be completed at the end of the month when I asked later in June I was told that it should be done at the end of the month and it was not. We really needed the pool for our three year old nephew. I asked for a small refund for no pool use and the owner never responded back to my request.

Daytona Beach Vacay 2024

The property was very nice. It was very clean and very comfortable. All the comforts and amenities of home was available. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The only downside of our trip was that we did not get any pool time due to reconstruction from the hurricane a couple of years back. However, the beach was very easily accessible and fun was had by all.

Spacious and Comfortable Condo

We especially enjoyed the kitchen and bar area for preparing and eating food; the comfortable living room and balcony furniture; and side views of the ocean. We were also able to see the sunsets several evenings from the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. The owner is very nice and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. We wish the renovation of the pool and pool deck was finished in time for our visit in the middle of June, but we made up for it with many hours on the beach.

Great Spot to enjoy Ocean

Eric’s place was very comfortable and a great kitchen, enough beds and great property! We would enjoy this place over and over. Can’t wait for the pools to return to Daytona vacations as well.

Excellent Property, Highly Recommend

We just finished up a week long stay in this property. We loved everything about it. Accessing the property on the day of arrival was extremely easy. We appreciated that the condo was prepared and ready for us right away. This condo has direct access to the beach and the main drag that gets you to all things Daytona. The balcony, while not directly facing the beach, still had excellent views of the ocean and was quiet and private. The beach was a little busy during the first weekend due to Memorial Day, but after that it was quiet and open. Fun mini golf place directly across the street and many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Best place all around

From the time we checked in we were impressed, from the cleanliness, how sweet and full of smiles from employees to the extreme responsiveness of the Owner and Host. My family was so happy and relaxed the whole time.

Beautiful Beach Condo

The condo and views were beautiful and exactly as described. Pool is still under construction. FYI luggage trolleys/carts are located in the garage (We didn't find this out until day 2). We absolutely would stay here again. Thank you Eric.

Beautiful Condo

Our family of 6 stayed here. It was very spacious for our whole family. Super clean and the communication with the owner was great! He got back to us immediately when we had questions and resolved an issue we ran into with VRBO. I love that the master bedroom door opens up to the deck so you can crack the door open at night and listen to the waves. The only thing better would have been a better view of the ocean! Our friends stayed in another unit and had a beautiful direct view of the water. I would definitely stay here again though. Beautiful place!

Great Stay

We've rented in this building before. Very well kept up and love the covered parking. The condo was well stocked and clean. Best part was ower/property manager. He got back quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend

Loved the condo! Plenty of space for us. Was a little bummed about the pool and hot tub being under construction. We probably wouldn’t have used it anyway because of the weather. Overall a great experience!!

Family Vacation 2023

Condo was great, just as described! Clean and plenty of room for us all. Lots of beach towels and supplies there to enjoy on the beach, considering we flew and couldn’t bring ourselves. Only complaint was we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to hurricane damage but, hopefully it’ll be repaired soon. Overall we had a great time and made great memories!

Big 70

My mom celebrated her 70th. Enjoyed herself very much as well as rest of us. That fact she was able to have easy excess to beach etc really made big difference. In fact we hope to make this a yearly location. Condo was very clean and organized lots of room to move with all adults in same areas.
