A really nice holiday chalet

Fully equipped and up to date chalet , the location is not that easy to reach and there is some roadworks to be done. Not even one streetlight for the whole road
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 25 de oct de 2024
Thank you Samuel for your visit and your feedback. The road will be redone next spring but none of the small mountain roads have street lights and we will not ask to change that, otherwise we will not be able to see the stars as much as we do now! We hope you had a great stay and would love to welcome you again in Nendaz. The Altipik Team

Lovely spacious chalet, wonderful views and location

The space, well equipped kitchen, views, communication with hosts and hot tub were all amazing. Great location near the town of Nendaz. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. We would love to return one day, highly recommend! Only minor details such as including a welcome folder/pack containing all information regarding rubbish disposal, instruction manuals etc. The neighbours did complain about the smoke from the hot tub on one occasion. The kitchen is so well equipped there wasn't a lot of space for our own food but not a big problem
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 24 de jul de 2020
Thank you for your constructive review. The welcome folder is under construction. We will have a look to clear up some space in the kitchen. We hope to welcome you again! Laetitia & Jess

It was a perfect week nice chalet. One remake two times electrical fuses react. Its good to know how many apparatus can be used in one time. We had some problems with the car because of snow and therefore we forgot to pay the wood We used in the hot tub. Sorry we used 25 parts of wood, can we still pay that ? The hanger downstairs for coat's is hanging obliquely because of lose bolts in the wall, thicker both must be installed
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 13 de ene de 2026
Thank you for your review. We will have a look at the fuses, maybe with the renovations, we need to add power. We will get in touch with you by email regarding the wood, We hope to welcome you again soon!

Respuesta de VrboOwner el 10 de may de 2022

Jess & Laetitia

Super chalet

Great property, we had a very good time! The only little complain is about hot tub was not clean and ready to be used (probably unused since summer, it was smelly and plenty of spiders and insects under the cover). Being part of the rented house it would have been nice to keep it in a cleaner state for guests.

Great as usual

I'm visiting Nid Blanc for the fourth year in a row and intend to come back again my whole family totally loves it. I don't mean to complain much I'm still very happy about the overall experience! But as far as improvements go, 1) My older kid was looking forward to playing Wii again, but this time around we didn't manage to plug it into the TV. I think a Wii-to-HDMI adapter would do it. The available wires seemed to suggest an option of wiring the signal through the DVD player, but that didn't seem to work. 2) The cleaning could be a bit more thorough. When we arrived, the dishwasher was filled to the brim, half of the dishes facing upside down and filled with water or stacked between other dishes and thus unreachable by water. We also found some cigarettes stuck in the sofa on the upper floor. 3) The slope in front of the chalet tended to get icy in this week's around-zero weather, so we had some unpleasant sliding-in-a-car experiences not sure whether it's possible to fix it though (get some sand to throw on the icy patches? set up a parking spot on the ground level?)

Dear Vladimir, as already written to you in a private email we are feeling extremely sorry for the negative points listed below. We are taking this comment very seriously and have discussed the issue with the responsible cleaner that day. Please next time let us know your concerns while you are at the chalet. Although it should all be perfect when you arrive, we could have at least sort the problem while you were there. Still happy the overall experience was great. We hope to see you again next year!
