Perfect retreat accommodations for family & friends! Better than advertised, with activities galore for any weather. Got to chat with the hosts when we arrived and they were super helpful with tips and suggestions. Would rent again in a heartbeat and will recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, entertainment-filled mountain retreat in a gorgeous setting!

We have stayed here 1 year ago and loved it. We had grandparents, sibling and her spouse, and my family stay here. It was a peaceful nice stay. We saw moose multiple times. We caught trout abd released them for a fun activity. The garage is full of fun games. We went on the row boat on the lake many times too. We even got a few games from the closet out to play. Would highly recommend this stay. It is always nice abd clean and has a well stocked kitchen.

Beautiful home and property

We had an amazing stay!! Such a peaceful, relaxing setting with gorgeous views. The home was very spacious, clean, and well supplied. Our teens absolutely loved spending time on the lake and having the opportunity to try some fishing. The garage game room was well enjoyed, also. Highly recommend this property!

A Little Piece of Colorado Heaven!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was very clean, spacious and super cozy! We really enjoyed the beautifully kept flower gardens and especially the relaxing hot tub! There are gorgeous views inside and out of the water, trees and wildlife. We couldn't ask for a more perfect vacation location. My husband and I hope to be back!

This place was the best, so clean, wonderful view and lots of animals. It was so easy to move in and feel right at home. The owner/managers were great, very helpful and covid friendly.

Great Scenic Mountain Getaway

The rental exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. All the instructions were made available and easy to follow. Hot tub was great. After a day of skiing at Eldora.

So wonderful to get away

This is an amazing property. Hiking in the neighborhood, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, we even saw a moose from the deck. We were a group of four friends and really enjoyed our time at this beautiful house. Thank you!!

Girls' Weekend

The snow line lake house was the perfect spot for a girl's weekend getaway. We ended up getting some snow and spent the weekend at the house. Everything looked magical in the snow. And, before we could even think about it someone was there to clear the snow from the driveway and deck. A great stay overall and we all agreed that we'd love to go back and do it all again.

Roomy, clean and quiet mountain home.

This property was exactly as described; roomy, clean and quiet. Beautiful home on a small private lake. Can't really be described as a cabin, because it had the feel of a modern home. We debated keeping our vacation plans this summer because of the virus, but were able to stay relatively isolated, while still enjoying luxurious time away. Many spaces for us and our 3 adult children to spread out and relax. Comfy beds. Breathtaking views from every room in the house. Hummingbird garden provided daily visits. If we returned, we would bring our own watercraft (i.e. kayaks, etc...). Owner provided a row boat and waterboard. During our stay we experienced a medical emergency (non-CoVid) and the owners were responsive and understanding. We would definitely recommend this property!

Loved everything about our stay!

The hosts had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. The kitchen was very well stocked. The scenery was top notch being right on the small lake. We saw moose 3 times, a bald eagle, many birds, a fox and much more. The garage had such a fun set up of different games to play. Our toddler loved exploring the property and playing games too. The TV room was so nice for giving her naps while other family members enjoyed the rest of the house. The deck was lovely to sit on any time of the day. It had shade most of the time. The hot tub was refreshing and relaxing. We were happy having 2 bathrooms and many bedrooms to choose from. It felt very homey to all of us. We would highly recommend any age group staying here. We caught many trout fly fishing too. We all felt very relaxed and rejuvenated. We didn't want to leave! We wish we could buy the property, we loved it that much. Thank you again to the hosts for such a great set up.

Amazing location with lake views from all front of the house windows. Great extras including a hot tub, ping pong table and foosball in spacious garage. Loved the visits from Lucy the dog. Mother and baby Moose sighting on our first night!

Mountain bliss!

Wow! This property is a slam dunk. Everything you need to enjoy a little slice of heaven in the mountains. WiFi worked well. Hot tub was amazing on the chilly winter nights. Whole house floor heating kept us cozy and happy. The local dog Lucy was our loyal companion and even led us on a magical hike to a mountain top lake! I can’t say enough great things about Catherine and her property. We’re already looking at booking next summer for a family trip! Thank you so much!
