Este gran complejo cuenta con dos unidades. Uno tiene un dormitorio adicional y un gran patio junto a la cocina. Fuera de eso, las unidades son las mismas.

Gran casa de 6,000 pies cuadrados / 7 habitaciones convenientemente ubicada en el centro de Dallas con fácil acceso a las mejores partes de Dallas. Perfecto para viajeros de negocios con un corto viaje de 5 minutos al centro de convenciones y al distrito financiero. También está bien equipado para familias con corta distancia a museos, zoológicos y acuarios.

Camine hasta bares, restaurantes y tiendas en la animada calle Henderson. Escuche música en vivo en el famoso bajo Greenville, compre en la cercana Highland Village o visite los museos y la cultura del centro. Cerca del transporte público, el aeropuerto, el centro de la ciudad y actividades familiares.

La propiedad más grande es una gran casa de 3 pisos, 3100 pies cuadrados con 4 habitaciones grandes y 3. 5 baños. Master suite con cama king, dos vestidores y baño completo. Las habitaciones tercera y cuarta se encuentran en el primer piso y comparten un baño completo para las personas que no desean usar las escaleras.

El segundo piso es la sala de estar. Amplia cocina totalmente equipada para uso de los huéspedes. 2 áreas de descanso con múltiples sofás y sillas para amplios asientos. La sala de descanso cuenta con una cama de día completo / completo. Gran patio cubierto de la cocina para el entretenimiento. Otros dos balcones fuera de la sala de estar.

La propiedad contiene 4 televisores inteligentes y está equipada con televisión directa y wifi. También cuenta con múltiples balcones para que los huéspedes puedan usar para tomar aire fresco. Los huéspedes pueden estacionar en el garaje o en el camino de entrada con un amplio estacionamiento en la calle disponible también.

The location was excellent, with restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance, which made it really convenient for our group.The property also has a lot of character and charm, being in an older building, which we appreciated. The one thing I’d love to see improved is a bit of an interior refresh. Updating some of the furniture, paint, and towels would really elevate the space and make it one of the top places to stay on Vrbo for this area.We were very thankful for the accommodations made for our group and especially appreciated the timely communication and responsiveness throughout our stay.

Great property. Met all our needs. Needs a tiny bit of maintenance - light bulbs burned out, top oven didn't work, etc. But all-in-all, it was GREAT and we'd stay here again without hesitation. We felt safe in the neighborhood and walked to nearby restaurants.

Fantastic location, spacious, and very professional hosts!

This space was perfect to host our large family reunion. We all had a great time, had plenty of space to ourselves, and loved the location of this wonderful unit. We really felt like the actual space exceeded our expectations, and the host was very communicative and helpful.

Perfect for a family reunion

We booked both sides of this duplex property for a family reunion coinciding with the total solar eclipse in April 2024. We are a family of 6 siblings + kids + Mom, and our total group size was 16 ranging in age from 15 months to 82 years. The property was as advertised. There was enough room for every family unit to have its own space (bedroom) with a door that closed, and most groups had their own bathroom as well. Everyone was comfortable in their sleeping arrangements with no one “stuck on the couch”. One side of the property, I believe the 5100 side, had the more spacious sitting area and kitchen; this is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was adequately stocked, though I wouldn’t want to try to cook a gourmet meal. The neighborhood was nice; we gather it is a housing area for SMU upperclassmen and grad students. There was ample parking between the driveways, garages for smaller vehicles, and street parking. The property backs up to a park with a playground and room for kids to run around. The adults felt comfortable getting their steps in walking around the neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We communicated several times before and during the stay. Given a similar situation, we would stay here again.

Pictures are misleading

This rental was fantastic in terms of space for the 14 adults and 5 children we had staying there. Sadly we were very disappointed by the condition we found it in when we arrived. First of all it was dirty and very worn. Thankfully our bedding and towels seemed clean but they had their share of use showing holes, stains and very low quality. The extra towels in the linen closet along with other items were very disorganized and looked like they were just tossed around making it hard to find things. The place had MANY things broken and or lacking like dishes/glasses and silverware. The kitchen faucet was very loose and falling off the sink. The sofa was broken and it had stuffing ready to come out where seams were ripped. Toilet seats in many bathrooms were loose and our bathroom only had one towel bar. My husband had to use a hanger to put his wet towel on to dry. Many cooking utensils were badly worn and dirty. One of the coffee makers had not been cleaned and had the filter with moldy grounds still in it! The walls had numerous scuffs, wallpaper falling off, and just plain dirty!! Many of the area rugs seen in the pictures were gone leaving bare floors that were dirty-our feet were black after the first day. And we discovered a large stain under the coffee table that had not been cleaned. We cleaned it as best we could removing what we thought might have been vomit due to the fact it left a mark on the wood floor. We did report this and the dirtiness which was addressed by the owner who offered to send the cleaning crew back. We declined due to our scheduled plans and he refunded our cleaning deposit. The best space in this house was the large outside porch which we used a lot! This place is located in a nice area and the house is big for to accommodate lots of people however it’s very worn and dirty. We would stay again ONLY if it’s cleaned up, and things repaired. The price is too high otherwise. And honestly even if the price was much lower we would’t go back in it’s current state.

Great for groups

We had two teams for a convention meet-up in Dallas, and this worked out perfectly. There was more than enough space, and would choose this place again if we ever needed to come back. The host checked in frequently to make sure our needs were met.

Air conditioning didn't work

Half of the property had broken air conditioning and while the owner was responsive, it did not end up being resolved. There were also no towels in the bathrooms.

Hi Catherine, we certainly do apologize that the air conditioner was having issues the night of your stay on one side. It was an issues that require much more than a simple fix. We replaced the entire unit following your check out. This will not be an issue anymore as it has a brand new unit for the property. The other side has a new unit as well.
