El edificio Watercrest ha sido recientemente renovado por completo. Se han reemplazado todas las ventanas, se han reparado hormigón y estuco, pintura nueva y pasillos y balcones revestidos. Es el complejo más nuevo y brillante de la playa. Nosotros, como propietarios junto con nuestro HOA, hemos gastado 4. 3 millones de dólares en esta renovación. Ven y quédate en el nuevo complejo turístico en la playa! Nuestra unidad ha sido recientemente renovada. ¡Sillas de playa / sombrillas reservadas incluidas en el precio! Estamos ubicados en el tranquilo extremo familiar de la playa, lejos de la locura que es Front Beach Rd. Sin embargo, los restaurantes y tiendas (Pier Park) están a solo unos minutos. Nuestra unidad ha sido completamente remodelada, sin gastos. Nuevos electrodomésticos Frigidaire Gallery de acero inoxidable, gabinetes y tocadores personalizados, granito en todo, nueva ducha y baños con grifos Moen de níquel cepillado, lavadora y secadora de carga frontal Whirlpool Duet. Me refiero a todo nuevo. 3 televisores LED Samsung de pantalla plana que van desde 48 "a 55", todos con servicio HD y servicio Xfinity DVR, Netflix y Prime Video. WiFi de alta velocidad. Nuevos pisos de tablones de porcelanato. Podría seguir y seguir sobre lo nuevo, solo quedaba el panel de yeso original y ni siquiera todo eso. Las paredes fueron derribadas para abrir el espacio habitable. La vista es espectacular desde la unidad final del piso 16, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, 1400 pies cuadrados con balcón envolvente de 700 pies cuadrados. Rey maestro, 2 reinas en la unidad de la habitación de invitados dormirán 6. Las puestas de sol son increíbles y los delfines se ven a diario. Los servicios del hotel incluyen una piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje, piscina para niños, tenis, tejo y canchas de racquetball cubiertas. ¡2 sillas de playa reservadas están incluidas! No hay que esperar mucho para los ascensores, los pisos superiores tienen ascensores dedicados. No te decepcionará absolutamente con tu estancia.

Condo was fabulous!

Thank you for the most wonderful vacation stay we have experienced with VRBO. Do not get me wrong, we have stayed at other places and liked them as well, but the WaterCrest Property ID 704528 was the absolute gorgeous, well equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Best home away from home ever!

Incredible Sunsets 🌅

We stayed 5 nights, the condo is luxurious and beautiful. The online pictures don’t do it justice. The views from the gigantic balcony are fantastic. There are several great restaurants and supermarkets close by. We normally stay in Destin but we were pleasantly surprised by the reduction in the volume of traffic. There is also a really cool state park and 2 fishing piers nearby. We would love to return and Sherry, David and Chase were polite, accessible and accommodating. Can’t wait to return, cheers, Tom, Donna and Kyle

Awesome stay at a gorgeous condo!

This beautiful condo was exceptional. It was immaculately clean and well kept. The view from the wrap around balcony is spectacular! The bed linens and the bath towels are exceptional quality and were supplied geneously. From the kitchen utensils, the appliances and toiletries, nothing was less than superb. Sherry and Chase were both quick to respond and very attentive. I highly recommend this condo for anyone interested in experiencing a exceptional stay at Panama City Beach!

Great Beachfront rental

The room was great w at was a huge balcony. Amazing views and plenty if room for family and friends. The only disappointment was that customer service was terrible. The person on the other side of the phone had a bad attitude and did not have good manners. So disappointed and definitely made our stay a little less pleasant. Overall, great place.

Spring break

We are so grateful for this condo! The weather was less than great the week we were there. But the condo was so comfortable that we didn’t mind staying inside part of the time. We had a great time playing games with our kids. The patio was amazing beds were great and it wa soo clean! Whoever cleans for them needs a pay raise! Lol I’ve stayed at many Vrbo’s. It was by far the cleanest. The managers were amazing going above and beyond! If I go back to pcb I will definitely book this condo again.

1610 WaterCrest review

Property was phenomenal and up to date. Great views, very clean, just perfect. Only issue was there was no remote for DVD player. So, Netflix and the Redbox movies we rented weren’t an option. I emailed asking about it but didn’t hear back. Overall I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the beach. We cooked dinner once while we were there and found the kitchen to be fully stocked. The included concierge beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus each day! We spotted dolphins and rays from the balcony while enjoying coffee in the mornings. Very clean and the use of the washer/ dryer was a plus. Being able to walk to Schooners for lunch, or come up quickly from the beach to restock cooler made for a super easy lunch transition. Our family enjoyed the refreshing pool And hot tub area as well. The owner was quick and responsive when we had trouble figuring out the door code. Thank you so much for loaning us your special Space for our vacation!

Schools out for summer!

This is a beautiful corner high in the sky condo. My family was awed when we arrived at the decor and attention to the details. I was awed by the views and comfort. All of the furnishing were extremely comfortable and my kids loved having their own balcony to hang out on. We own a condo in Crescent Beach and are extremely particular about other condos that we will stay in. This one did not disappoint. In fact, I am taking a few decorating ideas with me. Thank you for accommodating our special needs. My kids are already wanting to know when we can go back.

Great Place Right on the Beach!

This place was everything it advertised! The location is great, right on the beach, and a short drive away from many local attractions. The views from the balcony were amazing. There was plenty of space for our group of 4. Groups of 8 may not feel the same, as the common area might get a little cozy, but for us it was perfect. The beds are really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were awesome to relax in/by. The security guard patrolling the area was very friendly and not overly enforcing all of the rules that were written (she still wanted people to have a good time while not getting too out of hand). The ice maker in the freezer is not fast enough to keep up, so keep that in mind. There were also only 4 rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay, so you will have to purchase extras. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook (there are even some spare spices in the cupboard). Overall this place was great and we'd definitely stay here again!

So Clean

As a rental property owner myself I was extremely Pleased with the cleanliness of this condo! I wiped down everything upon My arrival just to take extra precautions with Covid and didn’t find any areas that had not been cleaned. Only negative comment I have for this rental is that a bar is missing on the outdoor patio. With this being on the 16th floor and having small children it was extremely alarming. There was enough of a gap for me to even go through it. So we couldn’t allow the kids to go outside. Other than that property owners were great and responded extremely fast! Overall I would 100% recommend and stay at this location again. The views were unreal!!!!

After reading your review we had security look over the entire balcony railing and everything is to code with spacing of the railing etc....No missing or bent spindles. Beautiful condo, be sure to take inventory

The condo was beautiful and on the quiet side of Panama City beach. We attended the jazz festival and the condo was the perfect place to get away from it all. My coworkers and I truly enjoyed Jim, who will get you set up quite nicely with umbrellas and chairs. Be sure to do a thorough walk through upon arrival. We did a walk through, however did not take inventory of how many sheets were on each bed. Go figure! Murray advised me afterwards that there was a missing flat sheet from our bedroom. However, sheets were not taken and I believe it was a mistake or not checked from last renters. No worries, as this does not take away from how beautiful the condo is and how much we enjoyed our stay.

I appreciate your business and happy you enjoyed your stay at our home. I assume every bed had a fitted sheet and a flat sheet upon your arrival or I would have been notified it was missing. Since there was 7 in your party I'm sure all beds were used. After the linens were washed, in the condo, our laundry never leaves the unit. A queen flat sheet was missing and I had to replace it.

Incredible luxury and amazing views

Wow! I've stayed in 100's of accomodations including 5 star Nyc and Chicago hotels such as four seasons, trump soho, ritz carlton and more. This condo ranks right up there with the top for luxury and quality! Beautiful furnishings, incredible view of the gulf as well as a bonus city skyline view that's very enjoyable with the evening lights twinkling in distance. Best of both-- beach, sunset and city lights view all the way to the Ferris wheel at pier park! Balcony off every room. Huge bedrooms and baths, guest has 2 queens and still tons of room plus a private balcony-- really like 2 masters here. Spotless! fluffy towels, great bed linens, well stocked kitchen --you won't want to leave. Also love that you can see the ocean and feel the breeze from the elevated pool deck--- if you have kids who want to stay in the pool you don't have to sacrifice the beach enjoyment. Huge plus for me. Couldn't have been any better. Thank you for sharing your beautiful renovated condo with us.

At this end of the beach the traffic is never bad and the beaches are not nearly as crowded but is conveniently located to several restaurants and attractions. Elevators are never an issue and the parking is easy! All make for a stress free experience! Welcome
