Retreat to the balconies of this spacious 2 bedroom condo on the corner of AQUA and enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully decorated with luxury furnishings and a modern beach flair, this property is a must-see in PCB! The living room features a 65” smart TV for you and your family to enjoy family movie night after a relaxing day at the beach! Both bedrooms feature king size beds, en suite bathrooms, and plenty of space to store your items whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks. In the common area, there is a set of queen over queen bunks. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and anything you and your family will need for a night in. Only 2 cars allowed. All guests must pre-register & pay a $50 fee per vehicle. All guests must be at least 25 years old unless they are the child of a guest.

Beautiful condo! We loved the oversized bunks, and the overall layout of the condo. However, the floors were not cleaned well. Our feet were absolutely disgusting after walking around. We went and bought a mop to clean the floors. The facility overall is amazing & Aqua will always be a fav!!

The condo location was perfect and the room itself was perfect for us and our party of 8. Wish it would have been cleaner, looks like the housekeeper done the base clean. Dirty dishes in the cabinet and things looked quickly wiped down- just all in all a rushed clean. We cleaned it ourselves once we were in but that would be my only complaint. The resort had nice pools and beach access. I really liked that we were able to go straight to our room instead of having to go through the typical check in process. I would stay at this resort again and would recommend to friends and family.

Spring Break 2025

The condo was the perfect size and location for our family. We experienced several issues with the unit but they were resolved in a timely manner. The furniture in the living room is worn/stained. Hopefully they get the temp control repairs on the refrigerator. We had a few things freeze because the temp control wasn’t working. Aqua is a very nice place and location is wonderful! We will stay here again.

Great elevators. Room was ok. Facility was not as nice as i have heard but would stay again. Nice size resort not too big or small. Parking was good. Showers did not always work at pool bathrooms and handles missing on showers coming up from beach. No major issues

Great location and ez excess view from balcony limited furniture is a bit dated

Over all good curtains need to be washed or replaced (soiled and mold spots,return air vent is missing vent blades and ceiling fans were dusty. So over all room was manageable for our stay but if I was the owner I would want to know who’s over seeing my property (don’t let thing get out of hand)

Nice room bad complex

Gulf Front was very responsive when i had a problem. However i would not recommend this condo complex. The location is good, but traffic was very loud. We had neighbors shooting fireworks off the balcony for three nights. We tried to call the condo complex to complain but no one ever answered the phone! They actually threw one on a lady at the pool. The condo itself was nice. Our air was out on our arrival but they did get that fixed the next day. The filter in the air unit was very dirty and looked like it had not been changed in awhile! Our towels and dishes were also dirty when we arrived we had to wash everything including our bed sheets. They did refund us our cleaning fee. As a buisness owner i do understand how hard it is to get employees to do their job!

Update property photos

The photos on VRBO when I booked showed a private corner balcony with privacy. These are obviously old photos. What I received was a balcony that had a new hotel with multiple floors looking into the balcony. Along with the hotel pool noise, hotel loud music and hotel cornhole at 8am. NEVER AGAIN. If the photos were a current representation of the actual view, I never would have booked it. Zero privacy

My only complaint would be the floors need a little more attention. They were rather dirty .

Had a excellent weekend in this beautiful condo! Host communicates well and makes sure you are well prepared for your vacation! Floor plan is perfect for a family. Everyone has their own space!

Fun Trip

The room was great and loved the location (Shuckum’s Ouster bar is conveniently right across the street). Only issue we had was the elevators, several were out of order during our stay which meant standing in long lines waiting for one or just taking the stairs, which we did except at when unloading and loading up when we checked out.

Disappointed.

The specific condo needs some up grades. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice sizes. Master bath had mold in the shower - don’t think the cleaning crew scrubbed behind the shower curtain. The couch and chairs were dirty and stained, as well as the decorative pillows (some of the pillows were torn). The washer and dryer are nice but the wash machine had mold inside. I attempted to clean it but wasn’t successful. We thought the corner unit would provide a better view of the ocean and city views but with the construction of a new building on this side we weren’t able to use the balconies. Too much noice and no privacy. The worst aspect of the stay, which the condo owners had no control over, was the broken elevators. Only 50% of them worked, which means you could wait up to 30 minutes or more to get to the lower level. Being on the 5th floor was an advantage but difficult and painful for those with a bad knee and back. Something to consider would be to include beach service (chairs and umbrella) with the unit. For those arriving by plane, this would be a welcome perk included in the rental.

Not what we expected!

They are building high rise appts right next to the balcony. Blocks your view, noise. Dirty stained furniture, bring slippers as your feet will be black.

CONSTRUCTION

LOVED the Condo. However their was construction next to our room, very noise. Woke up at 6:30 am. This was not told to us at booking time nor in the pictures. Also recommend owner get a non-stick pan. Condo was very cozy.

Everything was nice! Elevators at times a little slow. Cleaning lady named Dawn was very rude.
