A must stay if you’re in the Grovetown area

We loved our stay! Cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed. Super dog friendly with plenty of area for your dog to run and play. Hosts are fantastic people! Very nice, responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!

Very enjoyable visit

We stayed at the Cottage while attending the Masters. We enjoyed our stay. The host communicated prior to our visit providing information about the Cottage and the amenities provided, and restaurants in the area. She was very helpful and responsive in addressing questions we had prior to our visit. We really enjoyed our stay and have made reservations to stay again next year.

Work vacation

Had a amazing time love the deer that came up to the cabin very peaceful and beautiful would definitely stay there again and also i was able to fish there pond and caught a couple of bass so that was amazing.

Amazing private getaway

My wife and I visited the area to see the neighborhood and explore properties in the area. Jasmine’s cottages are the perfect escape, extreme clean and well stocked. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever used on vacation. Delightful home and hostess!

Delightful

Truly adorable cottage with everything you need and MORE. They absolutely provided anything you needed. The property is beautiful with lots of deer roaming. We completely enjoyed our short stay and will stay again without question!

Peaceful High Meadows Cottage

Five stars for High Meadows Cottage. It was perfect for my short visit to the Grovetown area. The cottage was tastefully decorated, offered everything needed for temporary lodging, and was very clean. Its location provided a relaxing, private atmosphere, and was conveniently located to restaurants, recreational facilities, stores, etc. I would definitely lodge at Hight Meadows Cottage again.

Cute cottage near everything!

The cottage was extremely well furnished. The hosts are nearby if you need anything. The property is located near every place we needed to be in the CSRA. We loved the fire pit especially. Next time we will try out the disc golf.

Perfect small cottage

Beautiful, super clean cottage that comes equipped with everything you need. Large bathroom and small but fully functional kitchen. The space feels light and fresh with great natural light. Very convenient location to Augusta amd surrounding areas!

Great, quiet spot in town

Just what I needed to accomplish my goals during my stay. Jasmine was great. The soft water was awesome. Quiet, private piece of heaven near Augusta. Will book again next time were in this area.

My wife and I are both system engineers. We bought this 16 Acre property with its large manor in 2016. In 2018 we built the High Meadows Cottage /guest house and started hosting traveling guests and families. In 2020 we built two more cottages that they are available for rent as well. Our Mulberry cottage and Deer View cottage are located in the same 16 acres property.
You will be staying at our detached standalone High Meadows cottage. Our High Meadows cottage has an open floor plan and sleeps four people.

It has one Queen size bed, and a Queen size sofa bed (pullout)
The cottage has a full kitchen with full size appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, large sink and 5 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system).

Full private bathroom/shower tub combo,

Enjoy the smart TV with xfinity app which includes live TV, Amazon prime on smart TV.
The TV comes with several other apps as well, such as Netflix, YouTube and many more apps... but you should have your own accounts to watch Netflix and those additional services.

WiFi internet access is included.

Checking in time 3:00 PM
Check out time 11:00 AM

Guest access
For your connivance an outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill, patio table and chairs are provided.

If you like fishing you may fish in our private fishing pond that is stocked with Bass and Bream. Just bring your fishing poles and the baits and be aware of the wild life on the property.

The guests will have access to the entire cottage and the whole 16 acres that surrounds it.

The guests have a concrete pad next to the cottage for parking and a concrete walkway. There is ample parking space next to the concrete pad for extra parking of any type of vehicles including RVs and trailers.

The main house is only a few hundred feet away.

Other things to note
Smoking is permitted only outdoors. You may smoke outdoor and please use the provided planter pot outside by the porch as an ashtray for the cigarette butts.

Sookie is our 9 years old solid black German Shepherd and a member of our family. She has her own separate yard away from the cottage to play surrounding the main house. She is completely fenced away from the cottage and the rest of the property.

Are you looking for quiet time and privacy and feel close to nature?
This property/ estate is one of the few large estates left on William Few PKW as most other properties are developed into subdivisions, townhouses and business shopping centers. Although, you feel like you are in country side with rolling pastures, yet you are in the middle of the developed area with all the amenities nearby.
We have 3 guest cottages and all 3 are vacation homes for travelers visiting Augusta area. All 3 guest cottages are built on the same 16 Acres property.
