There are quite a few of San Diego's best beaches in flight paths that's why you have a 15-20 min drive from the closest airport in the Country. Try Coronado with home prices from 3 mil-30mil and 3 military bases with aircraft. No one could have responded faster to unforeseen maintenance issues that where not reported by the previous guests or our cleaning staff. Running toilet was fixed ASAP but not sure what you kept hearing since it was not running during the departure cleaning.

Liar, Liar, Liar. We have never had an experience or review like this guest. Local Guest checked in early on Friday. First we where notified about water and internet issue was 10am Saturday. Maintenance was arrived in 20 min. (and never received a prior call even though a cell phone number was provided in the check in document) to find internet was always working perfectly (guest actually had only a TV app "Prime Video" that would not open for sign in NOT AN INTERNET problem). All water fixtures where checked and had hot water. Two brand new tankless water heater where installed 6 months ago. They are unlimited hot water not instant so some locations take up to 45 sec. Guest just did not know how a few fixtured worked to obtain hot water start. At check out no trash was thrown in the cans every room and on the main patio had trash left and catered food trays where left. Guest was local so not sure why they did not take them. Guest left all the beach toys and chairs scattered on the patio and not returned to the garage, Last thing guest did not return all the keys to the office as told needed to be done at check in. One set was not provided but was eventually found in the house and guest was not charged, Then he is trying to convince VRBO to get a refund for the entire stay. Capri Beach Accommodations has been handling Vacation Rentals in Pacific and Mission Beach since 1987 and our reputation is second to none in the area.

Guests broke a locked storage door that took us half a day to repair. Also the handle of a second storage door was removed. If doors are locked leave them alone. We would not rent to them again.

Thank you Kate for staying with us and the review. Since Covid we do not leave previous guests items. Otherwise have never provided the cooking items you mentioned.

Thank you for the review but we did not appreciate the breaking into the locked storage closet in the second floor hallway. Your group is not welcome back.
