Con 3500 pies cuadrados de área habitable, esta espaciosa y conveniente casa es la cita perfecta para sus vacaciones familiares cerca de la playa. Ubicado a solo unas pocas cuadras de la playa de arena blanca del golfo, Asolare está perfectamente ubicado cerca de las fantásticas oportunidades de compras de la zona. Nuestro vecindario incluye Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Capitol Grill, Fleming's Steakhouse, dos salas de cine y mucho más. A 15 minutos de la famosa 5ta avenida y 3ra calle de Nápoles. This house is beautiful, spacious and very well laid out for a large group/family. The house was very well stocked with everything you might need for a wonderful beach vacation. Many amenities that made our stay absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay at this location again. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Safe streets for the kids to ride bikes. Hosts were very attentive and responsive. 10/10 recommend.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Great location - close to the beach and the pass into the state park was a plus! Communication with the property manager was easy and always responsive. The house was spacious and comfortable. Loved having the heated pool and grill right there for the cooler days.

Central location with all amenities

The owners were great just like the property. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend!

Great house

We really enjoyed the stay at Naples Park. The house was exactly as described. It was clean and very well decorated. The pool was clean and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it and if we are in the area again would stay here for sure.

Wonderful house

Clean spacious house that allowed great family time together yet quiet time when needed. The house had many items that also make your time more enjoyable such as coolers, beach toys, beach chairs, pool toys, and bikes. Kitchen was well equipped and included nice gas grill poolside. The warm pool certainly added a great addition to family fun. Location was close to many further activities. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Fabulous stay in Naples Park!

We couldn’t have been more happy with our spring break stay in Naples Park! House was beautiful and meticulously maintained. We appreciated the extra space in this property so much! Pool was wonderful, as was the kitchen and grill area. Close proximity to the beach was great and we never had an issue with parking thanks to the included parking pass. Owners were wonderful to work with and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

One of the best VRBO's we've rented

This property worked very well for 7 adults, a 3yr and 11mo old. We were grateful to have a pack and play, highchair, bikes, pool/sand toys as well as a kitchen with most anything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the warm 90 degree pool and walking to the beach. If planning to drive to the beach with supplies, go early to find parking. Communication was excellent.

Fantastic Stay!

This property is fantastic for a family or group. The place is spacious and very comfortable. The owners include all sorts of extras, like beach equipment and bikes. There aren't many family board games, but there are cards and you can bring your own. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to respond by text/phone/email with any questions.

Fun in the sun!

This property is what we were looking for. A short walk to the beach, a warm and clean pool(the kids loved the pool), a beautiful and fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beds for everyone in our group. Karen and Rob really thought of everything. Karen and Rob were very kind, patient and hospitable. They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was working properly before our arrival. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. It is close to major retailers as well. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing house

The house exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable for a large group. All the appliances worked very well. It has everything you could possibly need, from towels, beach chairs, lots of bicycles, toiletries, laundry soap, etc, etc, etc. The beds are very comfortable. The pool has the perfect temperature and is ideal for relaxing after a long day full of activities. Very well located close to everything. The owners are very helpful and attentive. If we return to Naples, we will surely come back to this same house. 100% recommended.

Amazing property

I can’t say enough about how nice our stay was here. Rob and Karen have truly thought of everything that you need for you stay. I was here with my 3 college age kids and their significant others. We had plenty of space and the amenities were amazing. The kids enjoyed riding the bikes through the neighborhood. The beach is only a few minute ride away. There was plenty to do in the area for my non beach going kids. The pictures don’t do justice to how nice the kitchen and living room area are for everyone to congregate. They all said they would like to come back.

Great place, great location

The house was so much bigger in person than what it looked on the pictures. If you like biking, there are bikes for every size and age. Plenty of beach toys and everything you need for a little child - potty chair, high chair, swimming vest and much more. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The location is great, close to everything - shopping, beach, park, etc. Walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Rob was a great host and responded very quickly to all questions. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Thank you for a great vacation!

Fun in the Sun

This property had everything we could have asked for. The house is exactly how the pictures appeared. There was so much room and having 2 master suites was great. The home is in an excellent location, close to the beach, entertainment and shopping. They also had a season pass for Delano Wiggins State Park, the park is beautiful and has excellent access to the beach. We also attended a spring training baseball game and it was only 30 minutes to the ballpark. The owners were excellent to work with and responded to any questions/e-mails promptly. They made everything extremely easy for checking in and checking out. Thank you for great vacation in Naples!

Fun Location and Great Layout

We stayed at this home during Thanksgiving week after canceling our hotel due to concerns over COVID. We couldn't believe our luck, as the house had a great layout and such a fun location, only a short bike ride away from the beach. The house's layout was convenient, with the master bedroom downstairs and the 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, giving our kids (and us!) some privacy. The hot tub was great for late nights. Every day we went running and biking along Vanderbilt Beach, which was about a 5 minute bike ride away. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen. This was our first time in North Naples and it is full of action, although not quite as lush or secluded as more southern parts of Naples. The house could use some updating as far as paint, floors, and furniture, but for a beach house at that price in that location, it is awesome. Rob was incredibly kind and responsive to all of our requests.

Perfect

We booked our trip two days prior to leaving. I was concerned there wouldn’t be any homes available let alone ones as nice and perfectly situated as Karen’s. My guess is there was a cancellation and we got lucky. The pictures don’t lie. If anything, the pictures don’t capture how nice and roomy it is. The ceilings are tall and there is a lot of light in every room. What I really appreciated was how Karen has made her rental feel like a home. t took us no time at all to settle in. It’s a ten minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach, close to the grocery store as well as many other shops and 15/20 minutes to town. The home was very clean, well appointed, the pool was clean, bikes to use and even a few kettlebells/weights that I was able to workout with. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations

We really enjoyed the house and all the amenities provided, which include Smart TVs in every room, beach and pool toys and accessories, and plenty of room for our family group. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the wonderful pool and the pass for Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which is a lovely stretch of the Gulf only minutes away from the house. The property is well-located to enjoy all that Naples has to offer including beaches, fantastic restaurants, shopping and other sights. We definitely recommend for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Naples!

Very enjoyable

We loved this house. The house was very clean and had everything you would need to live like you were home. I ran to the beach everyday and the others walked. There is a large grill on the patio and the pool was awesome. We will definitely rent this house again. Rob the owner was very helpful with questions and always responded right away very friendly. Hello! We are a retired couple who have lived in Naples for over 50 years. Yes, we know the area, especially the Vanderbilt Beach area as we first met on the school bus right in this neighborhood way back when. Rob's grandfather was a charter member of the Naples Park Area Association. We love our home town neighborhood and we enjoy welcoming guests.
