Con un entorno que hace una declaración de vistas panorámicas y privacidad, esta casa privada es una de las propiedades más exclusivas en el área de Park City. Sentado en 80 acres en la parte superior del desarrollo Red Hawk 3000 pies cuadrados es suyo para disfrutar en un entorno arquitectónicamente sorprendente. Los huéspedes disfrutarán de 4 habitaciones, 4 baños, bañera de hidromasaje privada, cocina bien equipada, garaje, 2 chimeneas, lavandería y una amplia gama de comodidades y actividades. Ubicado aproximadamente a 15-20 minutos de Park City Main St. y las estaciones de esquí.

El espacio habitable está en tres niveles con loft, piso principal y nivel inferior. La envoltura alrededor de la cubierta y el espacio abovedado crean una intimidad con un entorno tranquilo y, sobre todo, una sensación inigualable en cualquier otra propiedad. Mucho espacio para trineos privados y actividades de invierno. No es raro ver vida silvestre como alces, alces, venados, pavos, castores y otros que se preguntan el área para su disfrute. Amazing views and elk, moose, and deer !

Beautiful property with amazing views we cooked on balcony each night watching elks in valley. Mama moose and baby came last night and stayed around cabin. Even in morning they were still there, as we drove out we saw several deer on side of the road. Please let them know propane tank is empty. They need more bath towels and wash cloths. But it was an amazing experience !

Beautiful home with stunning views

We spent a week at this property in late July. This is a beautiful home, but can use some updating which has been addressed with owner. We saw elk herds in the draw below house every morning and evening and saw a cow moose with her calf most every day near the house. At 8000 feet there are stunning views looking over to the ski mountains which can be thoroughly enjoyed from the expansive deck which had a nice breeze even on very warm afternoons. Please beware this house does not have air conditioning. Location of home is very nice as it's an easy 25 minute drive to Park City. Lots of great dining options both in Park City and in surrounding areas. House is a good jumping off point to go into the Uinta Mountains and Heber Valley as well.

Very nice views

The views are fantastic and you’re unlikely to get a better picture from anywhere else. As far as the house itself it could be updated a bit, but was well stocked with essentials and everything you would need and had a lot of space. Only large complaint (and reason for the rating) is the hot tub did not work the entire 5 days we were there. As we were traveling for a ski trip in the middle of winter this was an important part of picking this location and at the price we paid you expect major items like that to work. Unfortunately, despite trying any number of recommended fixes by the property manager, it never worked.

Great location - incredible views

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Very well equipped. The host Zach communicated real time. Super responsive. The view from the house is incredible. Overall, a 10 out of 10. We will definitely consider coming back. Only word of advice: be ready to drive 5 miles from the highway to the house in completely iced roads that will force you to go at 10-20 mph tops… when returning from the ski slopes in the evening, the drive uphill in these iced, slippery roads can be a bit nerve wrecking. Even with an all wheel drive SUV, our car skidded multiple times. ABSOLUTELY GET SNOW CHAINS FOR YOUR TIRES!!

Family Tradition

Our choice for Thanksgiving 2022 was an exceptional one! Loved the large wrap deck. Lots of privacy with the 80 acres that come with this property The big open living room, dining room, kitchen space was remarkable. With so much space and room on all three floors. The kids enjoyed the big island for their chocolate fountain. We played so many games of pool. (perhaps bring your own pool stick if your a serious player). Gathered around the table with our games. Just us girls did the hot tub. You snooze, you loose fellas. The mountain view is incredible, had taken several photos. Sunday morning there was a momma and baby moose. Great to have the beautiful fireplace going., That fireplace.......... was awesome. My little grandson was so intrigued with the indian/eagle sculpture. Having a double oven was a greatly needed. Our Thanksgiving holiday was again, over the top. Thank you to our host Zach.

Pictures don’t do justice

Absolutely spectacular views from outside and inside. Kitchen was fully stocked with Anything, and everything. Loved the stainless steel countertops. Also home was fully stocked with any type of blankets, sheets, pillows, etc… couches were comfortable as well. Also was very nice to have an abundant amount of firewood as it was fully needed.(was not expecting that) definitely a great place for family or friends to gather. Honestly, this place is amazing.. if I had to pick out one negative thing, it would only be that the driveway would be paved, because it did get a little muddy but not a big deal, just needed to go through car wash before returning rental car. thanks again for Sharing your beautiful home. Zachary the host was great and responsive as well.. overall great experience and would definitely return

Beautiful views but some thing could be better

Spectacular views, deck, and great room, and nice touches like the binoculars to watch the elk. There is definitely room for improvement: the smoke detectors were missing from their mounts, several of the bathrooms were dirty (dead flies on the windowsills and a muddy tub), the downstairs smells kinda funky, some of the outlets, light and switches are missing covers, the small grill was very dirty and propane tank empty (we had asked about propane beforehand). The oven was in a weird state when we arrived and took us a while to figure out (instructions would be great). Overall, pretty expensive for the quality of the place, but the weaknesses seem fixable.

Incredible House and Property

Ten of us stayed in Zac's house for a long weekend and couldn't have had a more enjoyable time. The kitchen, dining, and relaxation areas inside were perfect and the outdoor seating and gathering areas are second to none in the area given the views of the valley and Park City. We saw countless Elk traveling to and from the house to Park City and a Moose even hung out in the driveway for a short period of time one morning. A very thoughtfully built place that utilizes the most of its natural surroundings.

Beautiful view without the hike

We love to hike but it was nice to wake up to the amazing views without leaving the house. Our family of 4 adults 4 teens enjoyed this unique, secluded, open space. Wonderful deck to lounge, eat a meal or star watch. Easy to make meals in the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space to relax. Close enough to Park city restaurants and shopping, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. Deer and moose sightings were a highlight. Lisa

Beautiful View with Great Activities Right Outside

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! When we weren't outside - enjoying the complementary snow shoes (for all ages!), sleds and hot tub - we were enjoying the views and fireplace in the open concept kitchen and living room. We enjoyed the solidarity of the property - we didn't see another home or person for miles. 20 min to nearest grocery, liquor store & ski resort. For those who didn't ski, we enjoyed Tubbing at Woodward. The property manager was immediately available and efficient. Zach went above and beyond to help us with a delivery before we arrived, for which we are greatly appreciative. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful home and stunning view

The view is breath taking and space was clean and beautiful. I've traveled regularly and have stayed in a lot of beautiful homes. This is one of my top favorite rentals. There was difficulty with us getting our car up the drive way, but Zach was kind enough to us get our car unstuck. If you plan to stay, I highly recommend you get a four-wheel drive car. We had other car rentals which had 4-wheel drive and had no difficulties with getting up and down the drive way in those.
