Charming one-bedroom apartment at the base of the slopes in SAINT LARY PLA D'ADET, completely renovated this year (still a work in progress, so no photos yet...) Suitable for 4 adults and 3 children

WEEKLY, SHORT-WEEK, AND WEEKEND RENTALS AVAILABLE YEAR-ROUND

South-facing and very bright, located on the first floor of the Armazan residence (Entrance B), in a quiet setting at the base of the slopes.

You’ll be located about 20 meters from the trailheads and ski lessons, right next to the daycare center and the recreation center. The apartment is less than 30 meters from the chairlifts and gondolas providing access to the village (movie theater, ice rink, spa, restaurants, etc.) and right next to shops such as a bakery, restaurants, a small grocery store, and equipment rental shops.

To welcome you
Entryway with storage and a loft area featuring 3 bunk beds (70×190), suitable only for children and equipped with safety rails; the area is enclosed by Japanese-style screens to ensure privacy and rest. These beds are not suitable for adults.

A cabin-style bedroom with a 140×190 bed, a TV, and storage. To help you get in shape for skiing or hiking, this room is slightly raised! We’ve thought of everything!

A bathroom with a 90×90 shower, sink, storage cabinets, and a wall-mounted toilet. A washer-dryer is available.

In the living area, you’ll find
a very comfortable sofa bed (BZ with a 140×190 Bulletex mattress) on the living room side, and on the kitchen side, a console table that can seat 2 to 7 people in the blink of an eye (or almost!), a TV, a DVD player, games for kids and adults… as well as an ironing board and iron… everything you need is right here!

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, toaster, raclette grill, kettle, and refrigerator.

Sheets and towels are available for rent.

Parking right outside the apartment. Private ski locker on level -1, just below the apartment (with an elevator!).

In this apartment, you’ll also find everything you need for little ones, including a playpen, booster seat, foldable bathtub, games, and toys, as well as a welcome booklet guiding you through all the activities to enjoy and introducing you to local producers.

Everything is ready (or rather, will be ready soon!) to welcome you for a pleasant stay.

Weekly rate from December 1, 2019, through the February school break ending March 9 2020 650 Euros

Weekly rate for All Saints’ Day break, April break, and summer break: 550 euros (discounted rates for multiple weeks)

Weekends and short stays of 2 or 3 nights (depending on arrival time): 300 euros; arrival possible any day.

Outside these periods, 500 euros per week with a spa package from April through November at a sliding scale rate
